About two weeks ago Google showcased the first in the series of advertisements that had two friends who were separated by fate and circumstance, during the partition of 1947. Their grandchildren bring them together using Google Search and services. Reports had stated that there would be more Google commercials coming our way and they were right.
The old friends are up to new things now and their grandchildren are using Google Search to find just about everything. While one advertisement promotes the idea of searching for cricket scores using Google, another one shows the Indian granddaughter using Google to search for clothes. The new advertisements are not as long as the first one; about 40 seconds each, these are must-see commercials by Google who have already garnered over 1 million views (put together) on YouTube.
