Risk Reversal
If people fear that they're going to lose their money and lament their purchase, they are probably not going to buy your product. If you remove these doubts, people are given an incentive to try your product or service out.

So it's an incredible thought to offer a risk-free guarantee. Knowing there is no risk and that they don't have anything to lose by purchasing your product or service is an intense purchasing incentive. This "inverts" the risk and places some of it on the dealer.

The general message is clear: As with product or service design, remember the customer when developing your ad. Consider its placement, and consider how it will affect the user. In case you're not barging in into the purchaser's space and hindering the experience, you're already a couple steps ahead of numerous brands.
