This role is perfect for a programmatic expert with technical experience of implementing, delivering and optimizing programmatic revenue partnerships across video, mobile and desktop display. Someone who can translate this knowledge into the field to support sales efforts and consult with trading desks, agencies and brands in this programmatic landscape

The Role:

Leading the EMEA Programmatic team you will be responsible for:

  • All Programmatic Operations (working with our Ad Op's manager)
  • A deep working understanding of the technology platform and developments in the landscape
  • Working strategically with our global team to manage and optimize programmatic setups and technology partners for UK and EMEA region.
  • Implementation, Management and Optimization of Private Marketplace deals
  • Troubleshooting technical problems and QA in Programmatic environments
  • Data analysis of performance and revenue growth in Open and PMP's
  • Working closely with sales group to sell and account manage Programmatic partnerships
  • Commercial revenue growth of EMEA inventory in Programmatic

Your Profile:

We are looking for someone hungry to move to the next stage in his or her career development within an innovative company environment. You should be able to demonstrable strong levels of technical experience in Ad tech and Programmatic with the aptitude and desire to develop their skills into a commercial facing role.

  • A Programmatic evangelist
  • Excellent account management, analytical and data-driven skills and keen commercial acumen
  • A minimum of 2 years of Account Management or Operations
  • Excellent understanding of real-time bid exchanges and programmatic buying fundamentals, particularly display, mobile and video formats
  • Good relationships across marketers, agencies, and agency trading desks, ad tech companies, Ad Server's, DSP's, DMP's, etc
  • Can do attitude, no ego and a positive outlook. Ready to make a difference in one of the most exciting publishing companies around.
