Raunaq Singh Kohli, our first feature under ‘Stars in the Making’, joined Tinder in 2016 at the age of 22. He was the 3rd employee in India and one of the first 100, globally. He heads all of Tinder's offline marketing initiatives and brand partnerships across the country. Kohli was hired to create and spearhead Tinder’s offline strategy in India. At present, he heads Tinder’s largest global brand extension across India with Tinder U. He has localized Tinder’s global intellectual properties, created a nationwide launch strategy and has led execution with Tinder Live Sessions and Festival Mode.
Kohli has also created IPs specific to the Indian subcontinent and led projects such as Camp Tinder, Tinder Turf, Tinder Sundowners, Ladies Night with Tinder and Tinder Travels from conceptuality and strategy to execution.
