Dentsu Aegis Network is now dentsu international

• In an official statement, Toshihiro Yamamoto, President & CEO, Dentsu Group announced today that Dentsu Aegis Network has changed its name to Dentsu International Limited.
• Dentsu International Limited will operate under the dentsu brand name.
• The name change is subject to registration by the UK Companies House and is expected to be in use from early October 2020.

Dentsu Group Inc's President & CEO, Toshihiro Yamamoto has announced that Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) has changed its name to Dentsu International Limited.

"Aligned with the rebranding of Dentsu Aegis Network to dentsu international, Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd. will change its name to Dentsu International Limited," read the official statement.

The announcement was made following the approval of the Board of Directors of the Dentsu Aegis Network. Dentsu International Limited is the consolidated subsidiary that oversees dentsu’s international business operations.

Dentsu International Limited will operate under the dentsu brand name.

The organization further notified that the name change is subject to registration by the UK Companies House and is expected to be in use from early October 2020.
