Eat right
Virat Kohli is a strong believer of eating right. He is a foodie and never gives up on that. But what he does is eats carefully. Kolhi suggests everyone not to eat less but eat home cooked meals. Unlike other celebs, Virat’s diet is a combination of home cooked food just like us. A big fan of seafood, Virat loves going to Colombo’s famed restaurant Ministry of crabs.
Virat advices everyone to stay away from junk food like pizza, burger and chips. If you have a craving, satisfy yourself with wheat fritters. He also drinks lot of water.
Workout routines
Virat hits the gym 5 days a week.
He does a combination of cardio and weight training.

His regime also includes 100 squats everyday.
What he gains from this routine is immensely strong muscle, good strength and stamina. He also tones his lower body muscle to run steadily between the wickets.
Virat didn’t change overnight
At one time, Virat revealed to the media, he was regularly drinking almost every day. Mutton roll and Butter Chicken had become his staple.
