The Decaux and Badinter names are well-known to adbiz insiders. Decaux is the huge outdoor/billboard conglomerate that competes with CBS Outdoor and Lamar Advertising. Jean-Claude is 233rd on the list of the world's most wealthy, with a fortune estimated at $5.2 billion.

Badinter is the French intellectual feminist heiress to the fortune of Marcel Bleustein-Blanchet, founder of Publicis Groupe. She's currently the chairman of Publicis. She's 1,031st on the list, with a $1.4 billion fortune.

They're both French.
