You Can Get A Free $25 Gift Card If You Buy An Apple TV Soon

If you were already considering purchasing an Apple TV, now may be a great time to do so.

Apple is giving away a free $25 iTunes gift card with each Apple TV purchase through Sept. 30.

Apple's promotional page, which was first spotted by 9to5Mac, notes that this gift card can be used to purchase iBooks, apps, games, music, and anything else available through iTunes or the iOS and Mac App stores.

This isn't the first time Apple has offered this type of promotion - the company offered the same deal back in February.

The deal comes just as Apple is supposedly preparing to release a new software update for Apple TV this fall that will make it look a bit more like iOS. (Not to worry, though, we don't think the Apple TV will be obsolete in a few months, Apple might not have a new Apple TV for a while.)

The beta for this update already began rolling out to developers earlier this month.
