Samsung is holding a big event in Berlin today to announce two major new products: the Galaxy Note III phone and the Galaxy Gear smart watch.

The Galaxy Note III is the third generation of Samsung's popular phablet, or a phone with a giant screen and special pen for writing or doodling. The new Galaxy Note is rumored to have a nearly 6-inch display.

The Galaxy Gear will be Samsung's first smart watch, a wearable computer that's powered by Google's Android operating system. Early photos of the Galaxy Gear leaked over the weekend, and it looks a lot like a mini smartphone that you wear on your wrist.
