Liver is that fat burning organ in our body that converts food into nutrients and passes it on in the blood stream.
Even though the liver has the capacity to break down greasy, oily food and alcohol, this doesn’t mean you dump everything unhealthy on it. Mindless eating and consuming alcohol means forgetting about your liver’s health which can lead to obesity, cardiovascular disease, chronic fatigue, headaches, digestive problems, et al.
It is important to cleanse the liver from time-to-time for holistic living. It is no rocket science as our health depends on us only.
