Admit it! A man wearing pink shirt with cufflink doesn’t raise eyebrows on streets anymore. Because the modern Indian men are progressive, as far as fashion is concerned. And why should it be so! Gone are the days when men needed to feign valour to look masculine.Move over to 2016. You will find men attiring up in designs predominately worn by fairer sex and indigenous tribal cultures. Each fashion week, you would come across collections focusing on flora motifs shunned by mostly women.
But as global style may put it, floral motifs are working great for Indian men. “Florals are a great way to bring out the best in a man. You should wear floral in winter. May be a sweatshirt or a Henley t-shirt. The floral revolution began in men’s apparels long back in the form of Batik, Navajo or Kente. But now men are more experimental and adaptive. And we can see more such designs making it to the mainstream fashion,” blogger Sayantani Chakrabarti of Indulgence Chronicle told Business Insider.
