The NBA season has kicked into full gear, and one of the most fun storylines early into every season is how well the rookies are faring in their first games as pros.

Although it's still early, it's safe to say that the current crop of rooks - led by Kristaps Porzingis, Jahlil Okafor, and Karl-Anthony Towns - are as fun a bunch as we've seen in recent memory.

Of course, not everyone pans out in the NBA. Many high draft picks struggle to catch on and last only a few seasons before dropping to the D-League or moving on to Europe and elsewhere around the world.
