WeWork is a company that's based on a great, almost startlingly simple concept: providing affordable, eco-friendly coworking spaces for entrepreneurs and startups.

Since it was founded in 2010, the company has grown from a scrappy startup to a $10 billion entity.

WeWork has already opened offices in 12 countries, with more to come.

That's why we're so excited to hear WeWork cofounders Miguel McKelvey and Adam Neumann speak at Business Insider's flagship conference, IGNITION 2016, taking place December 5-7 at the Time Warner Center in New York City.
