West Bengal WBCHSE 12th result 2019: Pass percentage increases from 82.43% to 86% this year

The West Bengal Board of Secondary Education(WBBSE) has announced the result for class 12th examination today i.e. 27 May 2019. The overall pass percentage this year stood at 86%, nearly 4% up from last year.

In 2018, the results were declared in June and the overall pass percentage of students appearing for the exam was recorded as 82.43%.

Over 8 lakh students appeared for the class 10th examination. This year, the examination was held from 26 February to 13 March 2019.

The students can view their results on the board’s official website www.wbchse.nic.in . Alternatively, you can check the score via the official examinations website wbresults.nic.in.

To check results, follow the steps:

  • Go to the official website www.wbchse.nic.in
  • Click on “West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary” tab. Education”
  • Enter roll number and login credentials.
  • You will be able to view your results and can also download it for future reference.
To view the results via sms,

  • Type WB12[ROLLNUMBER], send it to 58888 or 5676750
The board has already declared results for class 10th examination on 21 May 2019 and the overall pass percentage this year stood at 86.07%.
