Build a team which has the same vision as yours. Everyone should have a deep understanding about the product/service and the company strategy.
3. Fundraising:
Every entrepreneur wants to raise funds as early as possible. But, don’t focus on this alone and invest more time in adding value to your product and your customers. The funding will follow.
4. Find a mentor and listen to him/her:
You have to find guidance in your life. Books can solve this purpose but having a mentor who has been there and done that is also important. Be with people who have made huge strides in their businesses, despite falling down. They are your real teachers.
5. Website:
Every start-up wants a super flashy website (even if they’re not a web company) and so they invest tens or hundreds of hours into making the “perfect” website (which they typically don’t have the in house skills to make).
