This is one of its kind app from the German auto giant that will tell the VW customers various things. For starters it will educate the drivers on what each indicator on the dashboard suggests. The app will also tell labour charges on your next service, manage road side assistance and emergency contact details.

Users can also book a test drive via the app. A good feature if you ask us. This will enable a potential buyer to quickly call for a test car at a push of a button. Moreover, current set of VW owners in India can also send queries to the company and get them answered swiftly.

Mr. Michael Mayer, Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Group Sales India Pvt. Ltd. said, "Effective after-sales measures allow brands to build a stronger connect with their customers. This helps develop an element of satisfaction and delight that the brand aspires to achieve. We hope this new service application will help us better serve the needs of our existing and prospective customers."

The app is available on both iOS and Android platforms.
