Vodafone Launches High-speed 3G Wi-Fi Dongle At Rs 2,399

Are you tired of using a LAN connection with limited access to Internet? If yes, here comes the good news for you. In a bid to offer better Internet experience to its customers, telecom major Vodafone India has launched high-speed 3G mobile Wi-Fi called the R206Z. The device is up for grabs at Rs 2,399.

According to a statement released by the company, the new 3G mobile Wi-Fi device offers a data transfer speed of up to 21.1 mbps. This compact device is currently available in four metropolitan cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Chennai, and would soon be launched in other cities across India in a phased manner.

Vodafone R206Z allows sharing of a mobile broadband connection with up to 10 users through standard Wi-Fi operation. Interestingly, the dongle can be connected without a power source, the statement added.
