We tested out a popular style hack for transforming a silk scarf into a trendy halter top. There's lots of ways to turn scarves into tops, but this hack adds an accessory to change things up and create a top that can be customized. Insider producers Irene Kim, Kyle Kerchaert, and Nico Reyes followed Gabie Bassett's TikTok tutorial to see just how the hack works.
