Video: The simplest explanation to why India’s own GPS, NAVIC, should matter to every citizen of the country

India joined an elite category when it launched the 7th satellite of the GPS system NAVIC on April 28, 2016. NAVIC, navigation with Indian Constellation, will give India more accurate navigation facilities and brings India at par with the revered US GPS system.

The whole project cost around Rs. 1420 crore. To celebrate India’s victory, Inshorts with Office Chai presents a video to explain in layman’s term what the project is and why there is sucha hulabaloo around it.
