US-based IT Firm OnProcess To Spread Its Wings In India

OnProcess Technology,US-headquartered knowledge process outsourcing and consultancy firm, is looking to expand its operations in the country. They entered India three years ago by acquiring BNKe Solutions, a BPO based in Kolkata, with staff strength of about 350 people.

Now, they are planning to set up their second base in Noida. The centre would be mainly for maintaining business continuity as the company has to provide 24x7 uninterrupted services.

Edward Barry, chief executive officer of OnProcess confirmed the news, “We have two centres in Kolkata and we are planning to set up another base, in Noida, which is expected to be ready between January and March 2015."

Currently, OnProcess has a staff strength of 2,200 across its global centres and its businesses are growing at an annual rate of 20-26%.

"Over the last two years, we transformed our company from a primarily reverse logistics company to offering a host of service offerings in supply chain management," Barry said.
