UNC Chapel Hill issues 'all clear' following lockdown

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has issued an "all clear" following a lockdown amid unconfirmed reports of an "armed and dangerous person" on campus.

The lockdown was issued after reports emerged of a suspicious person near the campus' ROTC Armory.
