U-19 cricketer drives car onto railway station platform during rush hour

Under-19 cricketer Harpeet Singh allegedly drove his car onto the platform of a suburban railway station during the rush hour in Mumbai, leading to chaos at the premises.
According to a Railway Protection Force (RPF), Ranji cricket player Singh drove his four-wheeler directly onto the platform number one of Andheri railway station, one of the busiest suburban stations, at around 7.20 am.
The car was immediately confiscated by RPF officials and Singh was taken into custody. The incident caused chaos at the Andheri railway station as daily commuters were rushing to catch the local trains to their offices.
Singh is likely to be booked under various sections of the Railway Act.
