Prime Minister Narendra Modi broke the protocol and met French President Francois Hollande in Chandigarh.

While Modi showed Chandigarh’s famed Rock Garden to Hollande, he repeated history yet again.

The Indian Prime Minister who is famous or infamous for his awkward moments with world leaders (Be it Obama, Razak, Cameron, the list is endless!), he yet again gave fodder to Twitterati.
