Trump jokes about his hair during speech: 'I try like hell to hide that bald spot'

  • The moment came in a wild speech where Trump touted many of his accomplishments on the economy, tax reform, and healthcare.

President Donald Trump on Friday turned to large video boards showing a live video of his speech to the Conservative Political Action Conference. He began to jokingly smooth his hair with his hands.

"By the way, what a nice picture that is. I love that. I would love to watch that guy speak," Trump said, pointing to the video screens and turning around. "I try like hell to hide the bald spot, folks. It doesn't look bad."

Trump's hair has long been a topic of speculation and fascination. As a presidential candidate, Trump allowed late-night host Jimmy Fallon to ruffle his hair to prove that it is real.

Additionally, as part of his medical disclosure, Trump revealed that he takes Propecia - a prescription drug to help prevent hair loss.

The moment Friday came in the midst of a raucous speech in which Trump touted the recently implement GOP tax law, protection of gun rights, and the repeal of Obamacare's individual mandate.
