Emirates' business class lounge in Dubai has showers, beds, and a full bar - take a look inside
After checking into my flight and going through security, I head towards Terminal 3's Concourse A. This also required a short ride on a people mover and an elevator ride to the main departure level of the concourse.
After another elevator ride, I reached Emirates' business class lounge. It's one of three business class lounges in the terminal. The business class lounge is normally available to business class passengers as well as frequent flyers. But travelers can also pay a fee of $100 to get access.
While most airport lounges are made up of a few rooms in the terminal, the Emirates lounges take an entire level in Concourse A. And it's also absolutely massive. It can accommodate more than 2,500 passengers.
One level below the business class lounge is the first class lounge.
And below that is the main departures level where you'll find a bountiful selection of duty-free shops.
The lounge is made up of two identical wings connected in the middle by a central check-in area. Incredibly, it takes 12 minutes to walk from one end of the lounge to the other.
The amenities are plenty. Here is a selection of the latest newspapers from around the world. However, those who prefer online publications like Business Insider can use the the free high-speed wifi. There are also conference rooms and a full business center.

I went for a traditional breakfast of eggs, potatoes, beans, mushrooms, and beef sausages. Even though the beef breakfast sausages weren't quite to my liking, everything else was delicious.
