Tory Burch Employee Says She Was Taunted For Being Black And Gay

Courtesy Tory BurchA former Tory Burch Beverly Hills flagship employee is suing the company and her manager, alleging that she was subjected to horrible treatment there.

Jessica Jones, who is black and bisexual, said that her manager and coworkers called her racial slurs as well as "disgusting," TMZ reported.

She worked at the store from July 2011-July 2012 but says she was resigned because of how she was treated.

Jones alleged her manager referred to Jones' girlfriend as "that thing that comes to visit her at work."

She also said that when she took lunch breaks her manager would ask if she were going to eat fried chicken.

Tory Burch LLC isn't commenting on the case, citing pending litigation.
