The brand showcased 2 innovative products that took the internet by storm. Adaptive display technology, a bendable smartphone with a POLED screen. A concept right now, you can bend it, wrap it around your wrist and keep it on a table like a clock. It's made possible with the help of a back panel encompassing a special battery case in which you can change its orientation. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/C31mR3evCmC/">Check out the viral video now</a>! <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/C3z1QwlPIkT/">Xiaomi SU7 Max</a> Xiaomi’s claim to fame this year was the SU7 Max on display at MWC. The Electric Vehicle from the renowned smartphone brand boasting a 600KM range and a 0-100 kmph pick-up time of 2 seconds, made headlines immediately. The EV running on Xiaomis HyperOS is a smartphone brand's first serious attempt at pivoting to an integrated auto and tech product. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/C32FqRGLnUO/">Humane AI Pin</a> Humane AI’s kiosk at the Qualcomm booth gained popularity over time after day 1. A favourable form factor for bringing AI to our everyday lives, this AI pin is extremely advanced. Put it on like a name tag, and then you can talk to it. Running on Chat GPT, the product gives you answers in real-time. The device comes with a camera, projector and a speaker built-in. Learn more about it from our video. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/C35F4rQrD0w/">OnePlus 12R Genshin Impact</a> OnePlus made headlines throughout the MWC, even though the brand didn’t have a booth inside the arena. Launching two very solid products, the <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/C30KF7tP5u-/">OnePlus Watch 2</a> and the Genshin Impact edition for the 12R. As we expect from the brand, the integration with Genshin impact was not just vanity. The device gets a new exclusive colour, a completely new UI along with audio profiles. The exclusive Genshin impact packaging comes with collector pins, an L-shaped cable and display items as well. Moreover, the entire box can be converted into a display piece. <a href="https://www.instagram.com/reel/C37SpIVLDsO/">Lenovo Transparent Laptop</a> Circling back to the Lenovo booth, the transparent laptop was a star attraction. In a fully working condition, the laptop performed far beyond my expectations. You could play videos on it, work on spreadsheets and even type on it. The laptop could also identify items kept behind it, or in frame. Now Tesla has a new rival in the country as smartphone maker Xiaomi launches its first EV.The Chinese tech giant <a target="_blank" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnVdU66R8-A">unveiled the SU7</a>, a battery-powered luxury vehicle, on Thursday, with Xiaomi's CEO vowing to take on Tesla in the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.semafor.com/article/12/27/2023/chinas-byd-to-overtake-tesla-as-worlds-biggest-electric-vehicle-seller">world's largest EV market</a>."Xiaomi's goal is to make a dream car that is as good as Porsche and Tesla," said billionaire CEO and co-founder Lei Jun in comments <a target="_blank" href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-12-28/xiaomi-launches-first-su7-ev-with-ambition-to-be-china-s-porsche-or-tesla?srnd=technology-vp">reported by Bloomberg</a>.Lei did not say how much the SU7, which launches next year and is intended to compete with luxury electric vehicles like the Tesla Model S and Porsche Taycan Turbo, will cost.Xiaomi, founded in 2010, announced that it would <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/xiaomi-electric-vehicle-cars-china-apple-huawei-phone-ev-2021-3">invest $10 billion in EV production in 2021</a>. The company is best known for smartphones that are a little cheaper than Apple or Samsung devices. Xiaomi is the third-most-popular phone maker globally with 14% market share, <a target="_blank" href="https://www.counterpointresearch.com/insights/global-smartphone-share/">according to third-quarter shipment data from Counterpoint Research</a>.It is aiming to turn itself into a major global carmaker within the next few decades, with Lei telling the BBC that the EV push was the <a target="_blank" href="https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-56585697">"final major entrepreneurial project"</a> of his life.Xiaomi's entrance into the highly competitive Chinese EV market will add to the growing pressure on Tesla in the country.The Elon Musk-owned automaker is <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/china-byd-tesla-electric-car-ev-race-2023-11">likely to be overtaken by domestic rival BYD</a> as the world's largest EV producer by the end of 2023, and faces additional threats from other local rivals such as <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/ev-electric-vehicle-china-brands-byd-nio-wuling-zeekr-geely-2023-5">Wuling and Zeekr</a>.Tesla is reportedly planning to refresh its most popular car in response, with Bloomberg reporting that the company is planning to <a target="_blank" href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2023-12-27/tesla-said-to-plan-revamp-of-smash-hit-model-y-from-china-plant?srnd=technology-vp">produce a revamped version of the Model Y in China</a> next year.Musk has pointed to Chinese EV manufacturers <a target="_blank" href="https://www.businessinsider.com/elon-musk-china-is-tesla-main-rival-in-ev-war-2023-11">as the US carmaker's main competition</a>, describing them as "extremely competitive" in <a target="_blank" href="https://twitter.com/dealbook/status/1729988793065767376">an interview at the NYT's Dealbook Summit</a> last month."By far Tesla's competition is in China.
