In a short time, WYP is one of the fastest-growing, hottest creative agencies in India, winning never-before accolades at international awards like Cannes Lions and Clio, along with Content Agency of the year at Goafest. It has also been the most awarded agency from India at the APAC Effies. Amit Akali, Founder – MD &amp; CCO at WYP will now be the co-founder at Wondrlab. Amit comes with nearly 25 years of experience. How? Because they noticed snow wasn't settling on the roof the building that hid it.</p><p>Cannabis cultivation requires significant warmth, so most illicit grow operations use heat lamps to provide heat and light to the plants. If not properly insulated, this heat can radiate out into the surrounding area, a dead giveaway if it means yours is the only house on the street without snow on its roof.</p><p>(<a href="https://www.citylab.com/life/2013/10/police-can-find-your-marijuana-grow-house-heat-sensing-helicopters/7246/">Police also use heat-sensing cameras to find cannabis grows in more inclement weather</a> - as do <a href="https://herb.co/marijuana/news/heat-vision-drones-grow-ops">some enterprising criminals out to steal other cannabis growers' crops</a>.)</p><p>Police constable Caroline Foster shared photos of the raid on Twitter, and wrote: "Whilst the snow has kept the burglars at bay it has also helped us in finding some rather large plants..&#xa0;hmmm I wonder why there is no snow on your roof??"</p><p>The police seized more than 280 plants from the property, she said, with some of them reaching more than six feet in height.</p><p></p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image on-image"></div><p></p></div></div><p>Police community support officer James Butterfield tweeted that the total value of the grow was around £80,000: "Removing this filth from the streets is always great. LONDON - A man has died after being shot by police during an operation in northern England, West Yorkshire Police said on Tuesday.
<p>
	Police said the incident occurred during a "pre-planned policing operation" near the M62 motorway in Huddersfield at about 6 p.m. on Monday.</p>
<p>
	"A police firearm was discharged and a man has died," police said.</p>
<p>
	On Tuesday morning, the police said the incident was not terrorism-related, <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2017/jan/03/man-dies-after-being-shot-during-police-operation-on-m62?CMP=share_btn_twc" target="_blank">according to The Guardian.</a></p>
<p>
	There were no further details and the death has been referred to the Independent Police Complaints Commission to investigate which is routine in any police shooting incident.</p>
<p>
	Fatal shootings involving police in Britain are rare, with four fatalities in 2016.</p>
