Over the past few years, accusations have been mounting against Ballinger. In 2020, the YouTuber <a href="https://www.insider.com/colleen-ballinger-apology-accusations-lingerie-teen-fan-miranda-sings-2020-5">confirmed that she had sent lingerie</a> to one of her fans, Adam McIntyre, when he was 13 years old. In his parody song, which has been watched over 6.3 million times so far, Mandel strums a guitar while pretending to apologize for a controversial TikTok video he posted in July 2022. In the TikTok, Mandel had shown his friend's prolapsed anus and asked, "Does somebody know if this is COVID related?" Mandel deleted the video soon after he posted it, but many users had already seen it. "People told me not to do this, but nobody said I shouldn't sing this," Mandel said in the video, seemingly referencing the beginning of Ballinger's video, where she said: "Even though my team has strongly advised me to not say what I want to say, I recently realized they never said I couldn't sing what I wanted to say."In the rest of his two-minute video, Mandel sang that he was "just a human being, who didn't know what a prolapse was." He referred to the incident as getting on the "prolapse train," parodying Ballinger's concept of the "toxic gossip train." Throughout the video, someone off-screen sellotaped objects to Mandel's head while he sang. TikToker Chris Quazzo, who goes by the username <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@quazzomodo" target="_blank" rel="noopener">@quazzomodo</a> and has over 700,000 followers, posted a <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@quazzomodo/video/7250921063373245742" target="_blank" rel="noopener">parody video</a> captioned "Colleen Apology Video (Ice Spice Remix)." In the video, which has gained over 200,000 views since it was posted on July 2, Quazzo rapped over the sound of Ballinger's ukulele apology song. In the song, which he appeared to be singing from the perspective of Ballinger, Quazzo suggested that she was "not really sorry," and that she was playing people "like a ukulele." On July 1, TikTok user <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@fleetwoodmacarena" target="_blank" rel="noopener">@fleetwoodmacarena</a> also posted a parody apology <a href="https://www.tiktok.com/@fleetwoodmacarena/video/7250538682497666310" target="_blank" rel="noopener">video</a> in which she pretended to be sorry for eating a human being. She said that she was "not a cannibal," and that she was "just hungry," playing off Ballinger's "not a groomer, just a loser" lyric. Facebook is launching an <keyword id="35666" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="advertising">advertising</keyword> campaign in the US, across TV, outdoor, cinema and online on Sunday that is aiming to get Americans to use its standalone app Messenger in more creative ways.
The TV spot, created by ad agency Wieden + Kennedy is far less weird than its <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/facebooks-chair-ad-video-and-transcription-2012-10">bizarre - and widely-ridiculed - 2012 "Chairs are like Facebook" effort.</a>
"Say Love You Better" tells the cute story of a couple as they exchange cute messages, audio, pictures, stickers over the Messenger app, all to the soundtrack of a ukelele version of Elvis' "I can't help falling in love with you." The company is testing the campaign in LA and Chicago first to see how people react, before a wider national rollout.

McGregor was living up to his "Notorious" nickname.<h2>Dublin starts to turn its back</h2>When Business Insider was in Dublin late last year, ahead of a Bellator MMA event featuring many Irish athletes, we visited the Colosseum boxing club in the Kylemore district of the city.An Irish middleweight boxer called Luke Keeler told us that McGregor had been bullying a friend of his. When Keeler saw the footage of McGregor throwing a punch at an older man in the pub, <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/conor-mcgregor-luke-keeler-challenges-ufc-fighter-to-stay-sober-2019-10?r=US&amp;IR=T" target="_blank" rel="noopener">it made him tweet what he says he knew about McGregor</a>.It was not long before McGregor called Keeler. "He made a phone call to me," he told us. "There was a bit of ranting and raving … I don't think he was in his right mind. I just says, like, we can have a fight, do you know what I mean? Obviously it's a payday [for me]."Keeler said there's been "a few instances" of McGregor bullying people. We asked Keeler if Dublin was turning its back on its most famous athlete. Keeler told us: "Everyone's on the back of him now … but he can turn it around."Keeler's head coach Peter Taylor, the father of Ireland's famous world-champion boxer Katie Taylor, told us he thought Dublin had fallen out of love with McGregor last year. "But he can win the love back," he said."I won't tell him what to do. People love to see a downfall. One minute you're up there, then everyone wants to cut your legs off. Conor hasn't helped himself though. I don't want to see anyone down. Him and my daughter Katie are the faces of Irish combat sports but Katie lives the life.
