Versluis, who has been trading crypto since he was 15, recently spoke to Insider about his outlook for the market. "The psychological thing of bitcoin always being number one and king can be gone. So, by 'slaying bitcoin', I mean I want something to pass it and then we'll see what happens after that," Versluis said. Bitcoin has a market capitalization of just under $800 billion, out of the roughly $1.9 trillion that the entire crypto market is worth, according to CoinMarketCap.In the last 12 months, it's gained almost 350% in price, but Versluis thinks there's more value to be had elsewhere. "A 401k is not a scam, it offers tax advantages."Sam Stovall said the advice is good "only if you like to throw away money, and if you are a believer in illogical conclusions.""Maxing your company's 401K match will get you free money, since the company will give you - free of charge - all or some of your contributions," Stovall said. In a response to Insider on TikTok, the user said, "The strategy I use specifically is referred to as scalping."
