"These people are literally ruining my experience of streaming," she told the HuffPost. "It's basically like having millions of people be your boss, and your boss is allowed to sexually harass you every day."Anita is a British streamer with over 1.7 million followers on Twitch. She began streaming in 2018 and became known for broadcasting herself playing video games like "Overwatch" and "Among Us."She has a form of Tourette's Syndrome with coprolalia, which means she experiences tics where she cannot stop herself from uttering obscenities, she told <a href="https://melmagazine.com/en-us/story/what-its-like-to-have-tourettes-in-a-pc-world">MEL Magazine</a> in an interview. Anita, who has never published her real name online due to privacy concerns, told HuffPost that in June, she discovered a "not safe for work" (NSFW) Reddit page dedicated to compiling GIFs of tics where she made sexual remarks and screenshots of her cleavage, thighs, and other body parts from streams. She said there were pictures in which she was digitally manipulated to appear naked. People also shared links to other forums on messaging apps like Discord and Telegram that had more explicit content, Anita, who streams full-time, said. "No matter what I do or how I dress, they do this to me," she told HuffPost. Streamer Sweet_Anita says she may quit Twitch because the 'mental toll' of online sexualization won't be 'survivable' forever

Most of these everyday items are used by even those who are not financially well off. And a higher tax is the last thing they need. “What is the logic of taxing them [cardboard boxes] at 18%. Except for rationalisation, I cannot think of any other reason for change in these rates,” said <keyword id="3809784" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="sandeep-chilana" source="Orion">Sandeep Chilana</keyword>, managing partner at Chilana &amp; Chilana Associates. Some rates, however, such as for retro fitment kits for vehicles used by the disabled, fortified rice kernels, medicine Keytruda for treatment of cancer and biodiesel supplied to oil marketing companies, among others, were reduced to 5%. <cmsannotation type="cmsannotation" annotationid="Here’s why having fewer tax slabs is good" comment="subhead" text="Here’s why having fewer tax slabs is good">Here’s why having fewer tax slabs is good</cmsannotation> The development comes as the government looks to move to a twin-tax structure under the GST regime, <keyword id="136087" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="bipin-sapra" source="Orion">Bipin Sapra</keyword>, tax partner at advisory firm EY told Business Insider India in a video interaction. The biggest reason for such rationalisation, he said, is correction in the inverted duty structure that leads to difficulties in claiming the net input tax credit. An inverted duty structure is a situation where inputs or raw materials are taxed higher than the output or finished products for sale. “But ultimately your product is becoming costlier at some point because once the (input tax) credit gets utilised, what is the net amount of tax that you have added to the product, would need to be seen,” said Sapra. He also expected more such rationalisations to happen in the future. At present, GST is levied under five slabs for services, and under seven slab rates for goods, with the tax on gold that is kept at 3% and rough precious and semi-precious stones that are placed at a special rate of 0.25% under GST. But that may change soon as the government is likely to move to just two tax slabs of 5% and 18% over the next 6-18 months, said Sapra. “We will see more of this happening in the coming days, because they [the government] are ultimately trying to move to two rates of 5% and 18%,” he said. So, most of the items in the 12% GST rate category are likely to move up to 18%, while some may be brought down to 5%. “But, predominantly, whatever we see at 12%, based on the discussions I have had with policymakers, will ultimately move to 18%. That is the broad reason why we are seeing this. My view will be within 6-18 months, we will move to a two-rate regime,” he said. Further, moving certain products to the higher 18% tax slab also seems unfair to customers and businesses during the pandemic, said <keyword id="107827" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="anita-rastogi" source="Orion">Anita Rastogi</keyword>, partner - GST and indirect taxes at PwC. “I do not think 18% is the right rate, if we want to do a two-slab rate. It should either be 15% or 16%, because 18% is not the genuine correct rate in today’s scenario,” she said. “There are a lot of factors that need to be re-considered post the pandemic, [such as] the situation in which the businesses are and also the purchasing power of the people. So, if at all the rate fitment committee is discussing it, we really need to urge them to relook at the rates at which they want to do it.” <keyword id="3063029" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="abhishek-rastogi" source="Orion">Abhishek Rastogi</keyword>, partner - indirect taxes at law firm Khaitan &amp; Co., concurred. “16% is ideal. There may be some anti-profiteering issues coming down from 18% to 16%, but 16% is the best rate. If that rate doesn’t suit in terms of revenue, then 5% can go up to 6%,” he said. Since the rationalisation for change in the rates was not given by the GST Council, Sapra said that it would be helpful if the committee came up with a vision statement to give more clarity to businesses, instead of doing patchwork to solve the issues of tax cascading, inverted duty structure and perceived revenue loss. “Right now, we believe that the GST council is doing what it needs to (do) to keep the GST running and solve the problems the industry or state governments throw at it, but we need more clarity and vision from the GST council,” he said. It’s good that India wants just two GST slabs⁠ but it has to ensure it doesn’t hurt consumers

<ul class="summary-list"><li><keyword id="1754577" type="COMPANY" weightage="60" keywordseo="Twitch">Twitch</keyword> streamer Sweet_Anita says she has been dealing with a stalker for many months who has waited outside her house, followed her home from the store, and sent threatening messages.</li><li>In a series of tweets in July, Sweet_Anita said she had gone to the <keyword id="11098" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="60" keywordseo="police">police</keyword> and issued a restraining order, but the stalker did not honor it. She said the stalker is still sending death threats, but she doesn't feel protected by the police.</li><li>Sweet_Anita told Insider the police have told her repeatedly they won't be taking the case further, and do not understand what online harassment and doxxing really consist of.</li><li>Doxxing — revealing someone's personal and identifying information online without their consent — and stalking are issues that are rarely taken seriously. In 2018, <a href="https://www.vice.com/en_uk/article/9kmy3a/49-british-women-were-killed-by-men-they-previously-reported-to-police">Vice research found</a> that 55 women were killed between 2015 and 2017 in the UK by men they had previously reported to the police.</li><li>Insider could not contact the police department for comment because Sweet_Anita did not feel comfortable disclosing her location. However, Twitch confirmed it is aware of Sweet_Anita's case and has worked with her and the police since she reported it. </li></ul>Twitch streamer <a href="https://www.twitch.tv/sweet_anita" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sweet_Anita</a>, who has 900,000 followers, says she has been dealing with a violent stalker for months. She has said in livestreams and tweets that her stalker is ignoring a restraining order she had issued against him and is still harassing her.Sweet_Anita told Insider the police "repeatedly told me that they won't be taking it further" and she is scared for her life.Insider could not contact the police department for comment because Sweet_Anita is incredibly protective of her private life. She has never shared her real name or location online, and was not comfortable confirming them to Insider.Instead, she's working on a video that will feature stories from other streamers and <keyword id="1112328" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Influencers">influencers</keyword> who have also had to deal with online harassment, stalking, and doxxing — revealing someone's personal and identifying information online without their consent — and will be pursuing comment from the police herself.<h2>Sweet_Anita says she has been dealing with a stalker for months</h2>"I have a stalker that has been stalking me for quite a few months actually," Sweet_Anita said in a livestream in April. "They have been coming to my house, they've been sleeping in my backyard, watching the house, and the other day some shopkeepers had to intervene and kind of hold him back while he chased after me."Sweet_Anita said the stalker waited outside her house and followed her to a shop so he could wait outside for her."When I told him to leave me alone and asked if he had a knife he didn't respond," she said. "And when I said, 'Are you going to let me walk home alone?' He said yes but when I went to cross the road he started chasing [me]."Two shopkeepers had to intervene at this point, she said, and restrain the man so he couldn't run after her."It's not the worst thing he's done," she added. Sweet_Anita said she felt nothing can be done in her recent tweets, as the police seem ill-equipped to deal with internet harassment.She told Insider she has provided evidence of the messages, but the police "did nothing with it.""Since my tweets about the threats went viral, they mysteriously picked up the case again," she said. "But have been telling me that it's not likely, or they are uncertain that it will amount to any further action."She said it's frustrating and feels like a waste of her time, because the stalker is still harassing her to this day."The police don't even turn up when I call anymore," she said. "I have only called them about four or five times in the past nine months — which is far fewer times than he has actually threatened me — because I've learned that they won't do anything to help."She said one time the stalker told her he would be at her house in 15 minutes to murder her, and the police didn't even show up."So I had to stream knowing that he could be back at any minute, and nobody would do anything to help me," she said.<h2>Online harassment is rarely taken as seriously as it should be</h2>It is unknown where in the UK Sweet_Anita lives, or what police department she has spoken to. But she said this is a problem that has affected countless women who have careers online."I feel like they just don't care," she said of the police. "They didn't even know what doxxing was or that it was a crime when I spoke to each officer that came to take a statement, nor did they even know what Twitch or livestreaming was. It feels as though they don't even understand what is happening let alone what to do about it."<a href="https://www.vice.com/en_uk/article/9kmy3a/49-british-women-were-killed-by-men-they-previously-reported-to-police" target="_blank" rel="noopener">In 2018, Vice reported</a> that 55 women were killed between 2015 and 2017 by men they had previously gone to the police about. The number of women killed in the UK <a href="https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2020/feb/13/female-homicide-victims-england-wales" target="_blank" rel="noopener">rose 10% in 2019</a> from the previous year."Frankly I haven't found a single streamer who's escaped this kind of harassment," Sweet_Anita said. "It's insane, from revenge porn, constant doxxing, threatening people's children, to even trying to abduct their children from school. It's horrific."One woman Sweet_Anita spoke to was threatened and blackmailed with her explicit pictures for years."They had her sit with a male police officer where she had to show him the images this stalker was sharing," Sweet_Anita said. Vitamin E can also be ingested from various <a href="https://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/vitamin-e/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">foods</a>, including plant-based oils, nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. "Foods like <a href="https://www.insider.com/pumpkin-seeds-benefits" target="_blank" rel="noopener">pumpkin</a> and sunflower seeds are all good for dryness," Sadaty says. When sourced naturally through food, vitamin E carries no risk. But in supplement form, <a href="https://ods.od.nih.gov/factsheets/VitaminE-Consumer/#:~:text=Eating%20vitamin%20E%20in%20foods,(known%20as%20hemorrhagic%20stroke)." target="_blank" rel="noopener">high doses</a> of vitamin E might <a href="https://www.insider.com/vitamin-e-toxicity" target="_blank" rel="noopener">increase the risk</a> of bleeding by interfering with the blood's ability to clot. This could potentially lead to a hemorrhagic stroke, or bleeding in the brain, though this is rare.<h2>6. Try a vaginal DHEA treatment</h2>Your body produces the hormone <a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements-dhea/art-20364199" target="_blank" rel="noopener">dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)</a>, which in turn helps produce other hormones including estrogen. DHEA levels peak in early adulthood and decrease with age. For vaginal dryness, a doctor may prescribe a synthetic version of DHEA as an oral treatment or a topical cream. A <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26731686/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2016 study</a> spanning 12 weeks found vaginal secretions improved in participants by 86% to 121% over the placebo effect. However, DHEA treatments may have some risks, including an increase in the risk of <a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/drugs-supplements-dhea/art-20364199" target="_blank" rel="noopener">hormone-sensitive cancers</a>, such as breast and ovarian cancers. It should also be avoided if you have high cholesterol. <h2>7. Look into estrogen treatments</h2>There are <a href="https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/menopause/in-depth/hormone-therapy/art-20046372" target="_blank" rel="noopener">two types</a> of estrogen treatments for vaginal dryness: <ol><li>Systemic hormone therapy: This treatment comes in pill, skin patch, ring, gel, cream, or spray form and is absorbed throughout the body. Women with a <a href="https://www.health.harvard.edu/womens-health/is-hormone-therapy-safe-again" target="_blank" rel="noopener">history</a> of clotting issues or breast cancer should avoid using it. </li><li><a href="https://www.health.harvard.edu/womens-health/by_the_way_doctor_is_vaginal_estrogen_safe" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Low-dose vaginal estrogen products</a>: This treatment option comes in cream, tablet, or ring form and has an added advantage of lowering the risk of hormone-sensitive cancers because there is less danger of too much estrogen being absorbed into the bloodstream. "There is estrogen absorbed into [the blood] but it's not measurable," Sadaty says. "In general, it is considered safe. Even women who've had breast cancer can use it judiciously."</li></ol><h2>8. Apply topical hyaluronic acid</h2><a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3583886/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Hyaluronic acid</a> is a molecule that exists naturally in your skin and is key to keeping it moist. However, you can also get hyaluronic acid as a topical gel, which <a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24178484/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">multiple</a><a href="https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23574713/#:~:text=Results%3A%20Both%20hyaluronic%20acid%20vaginal,statistically%20significant%20difference%20between%20them." target="_blank" rel="noopener"> studies</a> have found can help vaginal dryness in <a href="https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4709811/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">postmenopausal women.</a> <h2>9. Relieve stress</h2>One of the most important factors in balancing your hormones is a <a href="https://www.insider.com/how-to-relieve-stress" target="_blank" rel="noopener">low level of stress</a>, Sadaty says. Research is still limited, but <a href="https://ufhealth.org/vaginal-dryness" target="_blank" rel="noopener">stress, anxiety, and depression</a> are thought to make vaginal dryness worse. Marsha Blackburn, Arizona Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, and Nevada Rep. As they have for the past few decades, they made small, but steady, gains in the Senate in 2016, their numbers risings from 20 to 21, with female senators of color growing from one to four.And in 2018, three women are in strong positions to pick up Senate seats, two of them in states that have never elected a woman senator.<h2>Courting swing voters in the Sun Belt </h2>Two of the most vulnerable senators up for reelection in 2018 are GOP incumbents: Nevada Sen. Dean Heller and Arizona Sen. Jeff Flake.Heller, who has distanced himself from Trump on immigration and healthcare policy, will be challenged by first-term Democratic Rep. Jacky Rosen, a computer scientist and synagogue president. And Flake, one of the GOP's most vocal Trump critics, will face Rep. Kyrsten Sinema, an openly gay two-term Democrat with a compelling life story.Both incumbents will be primaried by more conservative candidates, both of whom are backed by Trump's former chief strategist Steve Bannon, <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/steve-bannon-gop-senate-candidates-2018-2017-10">who has vowed to challenge every incumbent</a> Republican senator in 2018 in an effort to undermine the GOP establishment.Sinema and Rosen are banking on those primary races to move the senators father to the right and alienate swing voters.Lucinda Guinn, vice president for campaigns at Emily's List, told Business Insider that as Heller and Flake are forced to stake out more conservative positions, they will "get more and more out of touch with their states, with those they represent, than they already are."Emily's List, a political action committee that works to elect Democratic women who support abortion rights, was quick to endorse Rosen and Sinema and has already begun campaigning against their opponents, launching a series of <a href="https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&amp;rct=j&amp;q=&amp;esrc=s&amp;source=web&amp;cd=4&amp;cad=rja&amp;uact=8&amp;ved=0ahUKEwibys-h34DXAhWf3oMKHUdnCE8QFghKMAM&amp;url=https%3A%2F%2Fthenevadaindependent.com%2Farticle%2Fnew-digital-ads-from-emilys-list-target-heller-over-health-care-planned-parenthood&amp;usg=AOvVaw08JBT9NY-kY7mULUBbFCCw">attack ads on Heller in August</a>.<h2>The rise of 'hardcore' conservative women</h2>Meanwhile, veteran congresswoman Marsha Blackburn is running as a Trump-supporting, far-right conservative to replace retiring Tennessee Sen. Bob Corker, a prominent Republican who <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/bob-corker-trump-adult-day-care-twitter-017-10">recently broke with Trump</a>.In <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wxSPO4V7FYI&amp;t=13s">an October campaign ad</a> announcing her Senate bid, Blackburn sold herself as a strong Trump backer - a "hardcore, card-carrying Tennessee conservative" and "politically incorrect and proud of it."Syracuse University professor Danielle Thomsen <a href="http://www.scholarsstrategynetwork.org/brief/how-polarization-reduces-ranks-republican-women-congress">has found</a> that that since the 1980s, Republican women elected to Congress have become more conservative (along with the rest of their party) and their numbers have declined in recent years, while Democratic women have made steady gains both in the House and Senate. Just five of the 52 Republicans in the Senate in 2017 are women. Of the 46 Democrats in the Senate, 16 are women.Blackburn - along with Kelli Ward, Flake's conservative primary challenger - epitomizes the rightward ideological shift among Republican women elected to Congress over the past several years.In <a href="https://www.amazon.com/Opting-Out-Congress-Polarization-Candidates/dp/1107183677">her 2017 book on partisan polarization</a> in Congress, Thomsen used Blackburn, who has been in Congress since 2oo2, as a benchmarch for ideology, and found that between 1980 and 1992, just 6% of incoming Republican members of Congress were more conservative than Blackburn. She wrote that key demographics, including undecided voters in swing states, didn't respond well to Clinton's focus on her gender."Many of our core supporters were very excited by the idea of finally breaking the glass ceiling," Clinton wrote. "But some younger women didn't see what the big deal was. And many undecided women in battleground states didn't want to hear about it at all. Workplace romance is not something which surprises us today, and with people spending more time at the office, romantic relationships are bound to develop. It's perfectly normal to get to know each other on a more personal basis when you're working closely together. Maybe you and your boss run into each other outside of work, or hang out together during your lunch break. If you're mutually attracted to one another, it's natural for something more to develop if you don't keep your emotions in check. 
 
Counsellor Anita Mehta who runs a clinic of her own in a posh Delhi colony says, she often has such patients with anxiety who have love relationship with their bosses turned sour. 
 
"It’s a tricky situation because 'dating the boss' is widely unacceptable. Some can accept it, but others will feel some resentment toward you. This can be especially true if another worker has an eye on the boss as well or feels you can get professional advantage easily," she says. 
 
In such situations, having a normal balanced relationship with the boss is difficult until both sides are sure of each other's feelings. Rumours can spar the relationship with one moving on, while the other refuses to believe he/she has been dumped and has become the talk of office. 
 
But, Mehta says, there are many cases where such a relationship is manageable and even acceptable, as long as it doesn't affect work quality or production. 
 It all depends on how you nurture it, says Mehta, as she goes on to discuss some golden rules to follow when you end up in a <keyword id="26675" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="love-affair">love affair</keyword> with your boss: 
 
Discuss What Sort of a Relationship You're Getting Into 
Is one of you only interested in a one-time fling, or are you both interested in a long-term relationship? Are either of you involved with someone else? Misunderstood intentions in this type of situation can have serious consequences, especially if after a few dates with you, your boss starts flirting with the new secretary. Before starting, have a serious discussion about your intentions before you move any further. Make a rule together that while at work you are employee and boss instead of boyfriend and girlfriend. 
 
Be Wise and Think Of Everything That Can Happen Going Forward 
Of course, no one wants to think about the possibility that they might break up. It's always a possibility, and one that you should both be prepared for. Draw up an agreement or create a backup plan on what you will do if you break up. Will one of you resign? Can you promise not to let emotions get in the way of future treatment at work? This is extra important for the boss. If the relationship fizzles, the jilted lover can claim an abuse of power or even sexual harassment. The last thing your boss needs is a lawsuit, so think it over carefully before moving forward. 
 
Decide Whether to Reveal Your Relationship at Work 
In most cases, it's best to keep your relationship quiet at work, and treat each other the same as you did before you were together. Remember that even if you only tell one person, it's likely that the entire office will eventually find out. If you do decide to reveal your relationship, do not let it affect your work under any circumstances. You will be under extra scrutiny for special treatment from management as well as you will never be able to have a conversation at work with your boss/boyfriend without all the employees trying to listen in to see if it is personal. 
 
Control your Urges 
It can be difficult to maintain a professional attitude in your workplace after getting involved in a love relationship with your boss, especially when you're spending so much time together at work. Touching each other at work should be completely off-limits. Avoid light touches, kissing, hand-holding, hugging and other physical contact while at work, and especially if other coworkers are around. This can make the other employees uncomfortable. Love and lust can cloud your mind, but if you're trying to keep a professional image, avoid any distracting and flirtatious behavior at the workplace. 
 
Maintain your Performance 
It's easy to forget that you are still a normal employee, even if you're an "apple tart sweet custard pie" in the eyes of your boss. This means no special treatment for either of you. Instead of using your relationship with your boss as an excuse to slack off on your assignments, try to do better. Consider yourself lucky. What's better than spending your hectic work days knowing the love of your life has your back? Use that moral support to encourage your best behavior, continue to improve yourself and impress your sweetheart by getting things done. This makes your boss look better, too, since it can help avoid criticism from other employees when they see that your relationship doesn't interfere with your work performance. 
 
Don't throw attitude around 
If you've decided to reveal your relationship to your coworkers, they'll probably expect things to change around the office. Regardless of the prestige you get from your romantic relationship with your boss, and despite the giggles from your friends saying that you caught the big fish, you're still not the king or queen of the land. Stay humble, and remember that you just happened to fall in love with the person who also happened to be your boss. Don't let pride affect your attitude. If your boss asks you to do a work-related task, do it out of responsibility. Don't act like doing your job or helping out your coworkers is beneath you now. Your co-workers/friends may suddenly seem distant because they will be worried you will report things to the boss. Suddenly your place at the lunch/breakroom table will be taken away as your co workers will not be able to relax around you because you may as well be the boss as far as they are concerned. One of the bonding aspects of co-workers is discussing the issues with management together and you will no longer be included in those conversations. 
 
Prioritize your relationship outside of work 
Keep the lines of communication open. All relationships require a healthy dose of conversation, and not just small talk. Since a subordinate/superior relationship is like a balancing act, you should always have a clear picture of each other's feelings about the relationship. All couples eventually have arguments and issues. Never take these to work with you.Make time either before or after work to discuss important issues, and don't fight, argue or discuss personal issues at the office, as tempting as it might be. Keep the romance alive outside of the workplace and make time for each other, so your private life doesn't spill over onto your professional one. 
 
Don't use company funds for personal gain 
While it might be tempting to take business trips together on the company's dime, you know that traveling together makes it a much more personal affair. Even something as simple as working on more projects together can be misconstrued as an excuse to spend more time together, so be aware of how your actions look to others. Plan trips and dates outside of your work schedule to avoid the temptation to spend all of your time together. Make sure that you are not the only one chosen to work over time or stay late at the office. It will be natural to want to stay late with your boss, however have your boss make sure that the offer is extended to others in the office
