The challenge is one of the first motion triggered challenge created by a brand on the TikTok platform in India. Users can make a Swag sign using their hands to trigger Pepsi branded sunglasses and nod to flip the glasses in the air. <br /><br />The challenge broke all records on the app and saw over 5.4 billion views and over 1,00,000 user generated videos over a four-day period. <br /><br />The Swag Step challenge became the fastest hashtag challenge using a branded effect to reach 1,00,000 video creation globally. <br /><br />It also features a video which has Pepsi®’s new brand ambassador, Salman Khan, encouraging his followers to take the challenge and don the ‘Dabangg Pepsi®’ shades. <br /><br />A PepsiCo India Spokesperson said, “We are very excited with the response to the Swag Step Challenge. Pepsi launches latest summer anthem with Badshah and Jacqueline Fernandez

And with two superstar freshmen facing off head-to-head for the first time in their short-but-esteemed college careers, the game is already eliciting more fanfare than any other game of this NCAA tournament season.</p><h2>Iowa's Caitlin Clark is the 'must-watch' player of March Madness</h2><p>Clark is the leading scorer in all of Division I - men's and women's - with 26.8 points per game this year. And with an NCAA women's-best 7.2 assists per game and 274 three-pointers made to boot, the six-foot 19-year-old is "the <a href="https://www.insider.com/video-caitlin-clark-behind-the-back-pass-assist-iowa-hawkeyes-2021-3">most exciting player in college basketball right now</a>," according to WNBA legend Sue Bird.</p><div type="image" title="caitlin clark" height="1405" width="1874" msid="81714696" hostid="261"></div><p>Clark made good on Bird's word in the second round against Rhyne Howard and the No. 4 Kentucky Wildcats, dropping 35 points on 6-of-12 shooting from behind the arc while adding seven rebounds and six assists to lead her Hawkeyes to the 14-point upset. But the competition only gets stiffer as the NCAA tournament field whittles down, and Saturday's opponent represents the cream of the crop.</p><p>And so does the point guard she'll be up against.</p><h2>Paige Bueckers was a superstar before she stepped foot on a <keyword id="1737297" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="College-Basketball">college basketball</keyword> court, and she's exceeded the hype</h2><p>One of the <a href="https://www.insider.com/video-paige-bueckers-gatorade-athlete-of-year-sue-bird-2020-7">highest-touted players in the country</a> coming out of high school, Bueckers was already Geno Auriemma's next big star even before she arrived on UConn's campus. And though many of women's basketball's brightest talents have passed through Storrs on their way to the WNBA, none of them - Bird, Diana Taurasi, Maya Moore, Swin Cash, Tina Charles, Jennifer Rizzotti, Rebecca Lobo, Renee Montgomery, Moriah Jefferson, Kaleena Mosqueda-Lewis, Morgan Tuck, Gabby Williams, and Breanna Stewart included - ever accomplished that feat.</p><p>And Bueckers did it less than 15 games into her college career.</p><h2>Clark vs. Bueckers has been the top talking point in women's college basketball all season. Now they'll face each other for the first time.</h2><p>As the leader of the most esteemed, most successful, and most closely-watched program in the women's collegiate game, Bueckers has not had any trouble receiving her flowers throughout the season. She's been featured on ESPN more times than you could count, and she's earned the highly-coveted accolades to back that up: AP first-team All-America selection, Big East Player, and Freshman of the Year, espnW Player and Freshman of the Year, and more.</p><div type="image" title="paige bueckers.JPG" height="1666" width="2222" msid="81714701" hostid="261"></div><p>Bueckers is also one of four finalists - and the only freshman - in contention for this year's Naismith Women's Player of the Year award. The Hopkins, Minnesota native is also the only freshman featured on the 15-player Women's National Ballot for the John R. Wooden Award.</p><p>To say the acknowledgment of Bueckers' brilliance is well deserved would be an understatement. But given her loaded resume, Clark undoubtedly has earned similar praise and consideration for top accolades. The fact that she's been granted neither is indefensible, but Saturday's game on college basketball's biggest stage will serve as Clark's chance to prove her worth - and that she belonged on those lists.</p><h2>The megawatt matchup comes despite apparent sexism and unequal treatment from the NCAA</h2><p>It's no secret that women at all levels of athletics are fighting an uphill battle for <a href="https://www.insider.com/midge-purce-sports-gender-equality-uswnt-white-house-visit-2021-3">equality in sports</a>. But in this year's March Madness, sexism from the NCAA was on full, unobstructed display.</p><p>Viral images circulated ahead of the first games revealing <a href="https://www.insider.com/ncaa-sexism-images-show-inequality-mens-womens-march-madness-2021-3">blatant disparities between the facilities and resources</a> at the men's and women's tournaments. While men's players had access to gourmet buffets, full weight rooms, and loaded "swag bags," the women's players were forced to stomach inadequate meals, share a single rack of dumbbells, and accept far less merchandise. The <a href="https://www.insider.com/march-madness-puzzles-ncaa-500-150-pieces-men-women-sexism-2021-3">inequity even trickled down to the puzzles</a> gifted to players; the men got 500-piece sets, while the women's only had 150 pieces.</p><p>But perhaps most significantly, the NCAA appears to have intentionally stifled marketing and exposure for the women's game to exclusively promote the men's side. According to <a href="https://www.wsj.com/articles/march-madness-ncaa-tournament-womens-basketball-11616428776">The Wall Street Journal</a>, the organization "withheld use of the lucrative "March Madness" moniker from women's college basketball. So while the men's courts and promotional materials are plastered with the highly-recognizable term, the women's side has no choice but to settle for "women's basketball."</p><p>The disparate resources and exposure granted to this year's championships undoubtedly could have hindered the success of the women's tourney. But it didn't.</p><div type="image" title="ncaa women's basketball" height="1667" width="2500" msid="81714704" hostid="261"></div><p>Though viewership ratings have not yet been released, ESPN's Women's Tournament Challenge grew 103% year-over-year, <a href="https://twitter.com/MollieCahillane/status/1374357750344482818">per Adweek's Mollie Cahillane</a>, setting a new all-time record. And according to reporting from <a href="https://northernstar.info/84584/sports/sports-columns/womens-national-tournament-provides-cinderella-story/">The Northern Star</a>, ESPN found that "Twitter references of the NCAA Women's tournament are up almost 90% during games compared to two seasons ago."</p><p>Both statistics suggest that this year's competition on the women's side has garnered an unprecedented level of engagement from fans. The UConn vs. Iowa, Bueckers vs. Clark Sweet Sixteen showdown on Saturday will only further contribute to the positive trend - and that's despite the NCAA's official efforts, not because of them. </p>

The only time you have to leave is for sleep, to recharge your phone and external battery pack, or for work.</p><p>And while I've begun to exhaust the selection of Pokémon up for grabs around Central Park and New York City - I'm currently at level 19 and have caught 83 different types of Pokémon - I figured it couldn't get any better than that.</p><p>Oh how I was wrong. </p><p>Welcome to San Diego where the Pokéstops are plentiful and the lure modules go on as far as the eye can see.</p><p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table"><div><div class="image"></div></div></div></p><p>I'm visiting this week with my colleague Melia Robinson for the annual pop culture and comic book convention and in between snapping photos, running around from panel to panel, and scooping up some swag, we've been trying to fit in some "Pokémon GO." Vulpix has been floating around but has evaded me. I scooped up my first Onyx Thursday afternoon along with a Graveler. After one day of 'Comic-Con,' 'Pokemon GO' in San Diego may be better than NYC

<p><div class="KonaFilter image-container display-table float_right"><div><div class="image on-image"></div><p></p></div></div><keyword id="6354810" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Defense">Defense</keyword> Secretary Chuck Hagel has <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/report-defense-secretary-chuck-hagel-is-resigning-2014-11">tendered</a> his resignation and is set to announce his resignation alongside President Obama at 11:00 a.m. </p>
<p>Hagel has been the Secretary of Defense for almost two years after being sworn in on February 27, 2013. During his tenure, Hagel has been <a href="http://www.foreignpolicy.com/articles/2013/12/15/the_pentagons_invisible_man_chuck_hagel">characterized</a> as an invisible man who was content to work behind the scenes.</p>
<p>As Secretary of Defense, Hagel has faced a multitude of challenges and has suffered from a less than glamorous track record of successes and failures. </p>
<p>Below are the major highlights of Hagel's time serving as the defense secretary. </p>
<h3><strong>April 3, 2013</strong></h3>
<p>Hagel <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/hagel-north-korea-rhetoric-presents-real-clear-danger-threat-to-us-and-allies-2013-4">said</a> that North Korea presented a clear and real danger to the US after expectations that North Korea may launch a missile test. The declaration occurred simultaneously with the movement of a US missile defense battery to Guam. North Korea carried out a missile launch the following month.</p>

<p>During a tour of Asian countries and allies whose main concern was a lack of US staying power in the region, Hagel called the decline of US military power a "<a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/hagel-visits-asia-to-reassure-allies/2013/05/31/627018a2-c9d8-11e2-9cd9-3b9a22a4000a_story.html">good thing</a>."</p>

The coup took place despite Hagel's warnings and consultations in the days leading up to the event. </p>
<h3><strong>August 27, 2013 </strong></h3>
<p>Hagel <a href="http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-23847839">told</a> the BBC following a chemical weapons attack by military forces loyal to the regime of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad that the US was ready to launch retaliatory strikes against Syria. Obama put the decision to Congress and the strikes never occurred. </p>
<h3><strong>March 2014 </strong></h3>
<p>Russian forces <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/russias-crimea-takeover-in-3-photos-2014-3">quietly invaded</a> and annexed Crimea, prompting a quickly elevating cross-border conflict in Ukraine and eastern Europe. NATO allies in the region have been uneasy ever since.</p>
<h3><strong>April 5, 2014</strong></h3>
<p>On a trip to Japan, Hagel said he <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/r-hagel-backs-japan-plan-to-bolster-self-defense-2014-04">welcomed</a> Tokyo's steps in amending its constitution to allow for collective defense agreements. This support of Japanese militarization led to increased tensions with China, which is deeply opposed to a resurgent military power in Tokyo. </p>
<h3><strong>May 31, 2014</strong></h3>
<p>The White House performed a prisoner swag with the Taliban in order to win the release of US soldier Bowe Bergdahl. The US traded give Taliban prisoners from Guantanamo Bay to win Bergdahl's release.</p>
<p>The prisoner swap was <a href="http://www.npr.org/blogs/thetwo-way/2014/06/11/320969162/hagel-to-face-skeptical-lawmakers-over-bergdahl-trade">immediately criticized</a> as Bergdahl may have purposefully deserted his post prior to his capture, and the White House failed to notify Congress thirty days ahead of the exchange as is required by law. </p>

In Hagel's eyes ISIS remained an "imminent threat to every interest we have."</p>
<h3><strong>October 2014 </strong></h3>
<p>Hundreds of US soldiers <a href="http://www.washingtonpost.com/national/health-science/us-ebola-fighters-head-to-africa-but-will-the-military-and-civilian-effort-be-enough/2014/10/25/1ceba6a8-5b99-11e4-8264-deed989ae9a2_story.html">began to fly</a> to Liberia to fight the rapidly expanding Ebola epidemic in western Africa. Thousands more were expected to be deployed afterwards. Hagel was <a href="http://thecable.foreignpolicy.com/posts/2014/10/27/will_the_pentagon_split_with_the_white_house_on_ebola_response">at odds</a> with the White House at times during the response.</p>
<h3><strong>November 21, 2014</strong></h3>

<h3>Reactions to Hagel's departure:</h3>
<p>One former Obama official <a href="http://time.com/3602096/chuck-hagel-pentagon-resign/">told Zeke Miller of Time</a> that an administration without Hagel would be an improvement: "Not sure what kind of Kool-Aid they are drinking if they think that getting rid of Hagel-and not the national security advisor who's flailing to handle the [ISIS] problem-is going to make things better."<span> </span></p>

Their fiery spirit and appetite for growth was magnetic, and I thought it’d be a great idea to share their wisdom with the world. So, here are 7 tips, which I believe would help every entrepreneur step closer to their dreams.<br />

	1.  Swag is important<span> </span></h3> Nobody could put this better than <keyword id="58954" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Richard-Branson">Richard Branson</keyword>. Starting a project and being entirely responsible for its success could take its toll, but that doesn’t mean one couldn’t pull it off in style. There is no better satisfaction than taking the road less travelled by, and improving its look and feel. If you intend to do something awesome, then do it different from others.<br />

	2.  Take setbacks with elan<span> </span></h3>
There’s always a flipside to success and failure. When its failure, know that you haven’t pulled off all the stops and some work is left, and if it’s early success and went too smooth, not worth it. Success comes at a price; and if it came for free, then feel assured that you haven’t paid your dues yet. This will help in maintaining that fiery spirit alive like it was when you started your startup company.<br />

I understand successful startups are no one-day wonder, and plenty of action takes place during the client-sales calls, development and production floors, but that is your job. What about your life? It needs a little action for its own well-being. <a href="http://www.entrepreneur.com/article/237065">Playing sports induce agility</a> in your system, and I know many brilliant entrepreneurs who play for stress release bouts. It’s all in our biochemistry, and we need Serotonin and Oxytocin, which in <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ReRcHdeUG9Y&amp;noredirect=1">Simon Sinek’s</a> words are the “unselfish” hormones that make strong leaders.<br />

	4. Indulge in your favorite hobby<span> </span></h3>
Work is important, but is it more important than you? The sound of leading a team towards one common objective of creating some paradigm shifting systems is truly inspirational, but the pressure is equally challenging as well. If you’re a tech buff and love trying new stuff, then exploring new innovations like the latest GoPro devices, the new 4K devices in the market or the Victorinox Expedition Kit will definitely sound compelling.<br />

Revitalise your spirits, and get back to action and become a force to reckon with. Startup businesses aren’t corporations, which is why their office floors are always full of excitement. Instill that vigor in your project and employees while keeping yourself motivated.<br />

	5.Socialize like a boss<span> </span></h3>
Running a business has several perks (not sure if many would agree), such as social recognition and influential power, besides the monetary benefits, of course. However, many social entrepreneurs, I had the pleasure of speaking with, told me that they knew many contemporaries that drew inspiration for their startups projects via verbal jousts. The point is, you never know when and where your startup idea resides, and it’s up to you whether you want to latch upon it or not.<br />
 <br /> Also, socializing is a great way of meeting new people, and therefore new ideas. Here's Steve Jobs talking about a <keyword id="10387" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Microsoft">Microsoft</keyword> employee he knew in his autobiography:<br />

<em>"This guy badgered me about how Microsoft was going to completely change the world with this tablet PC software and eliminate all notebook computers, and Apple ought to license his Microsoft software. But he was doing the device all wrong. It had a stylus. As soon as you have a stylus, you’re dead. This dinner was like the tenth time he talked to me about it, and I was so sick of it that I came home and said, 'F@$% this, let’s show him what a tablet can really be.”</em><br />

	6. Stay hungry, stay foolish &amp; keep learning<span> </span></h3>
In her aptly titled book <em>Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish, </em>author Rashmi Bansal compiled the stories of 25 MBAs from IIM Ahmedabad, the premier Indian <keyword id="107736" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Business-school">business school</keyword>, who left lucrative jobs to follow the rough road of entrepreneurship. Each of the stories filtered light on a different and incredible entrepreneur story, many of whom galvanized their hunger for knowledge into successful business setups. The trick is to never hang up on your lab equipment and keep experimenting. Success and failure are subjective, but the experience is precious than both.<br />

	7. Unwind every weekend<span> </span></h3>
When you love what you do, then work becomes your sport and office your playground, which indeed is a true blessing. I have always admired the great <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Confucius"><em>Confucius</em></a><em> saying, “Choose a job that you like, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” </em>For most startup entrepreneurs, their projects are among the most important things in life, which they emphatically call their primary love interest. Still catching a break every other weekend from hectic daily schedule gets a tad too difficult, which affects both mind and health. Therefore, it is advisable that you should spend some “me time”, and indulge in relaxation techniques, such as swimming, gaming, spa or workouts.<br />

Take my word that when you visit office back, you’ll enjoy a fresh new outlook towards work, new ideas will keep pouring in, and thus will resonate a positive flux of energy amid your team.<br />
