Worried about not being able to work out daily? Exercising even once a week is better than no physical activity, said Dr <keyword id="21063917" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="sudhir-kumar" source="keywords">Sudhir Kumar</keyword>, a Hyderabad-based neurologist. The doctor, popularly known as 'Hyderabaddoctor' on X.com, said this on the social media platform along with a recent study on the benefits of people doing physical activity only on weekends -- known as weekend warriors. "Too busy to exercise on a regular basis? Exercise only on weekends to derive similar mortality benefits," he wrote on X. The study, published in the journal <keyword id="20003777" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="bmj" source="keywords">BMJ</keyword>, followed more than 150,000 adults for about two decades. The findings showed that people who exercised once or twice per week had a 15 per cent lower risk of death, similar to those who worked out on 3 or more days per week. However, the benefit was evident only when the duration of exercise sessions was at least 30-60 min. "The results suggest that even busy adults could benefit from taking part in one or two sessions of exercise per week," said the researchers of the study from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia. "Exercise as often as you can: exercising even once a week is better than not exercising. Ensure that the exercise session is of 30-60 minute duration," said the doctor, from <keyword id="19941238" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="apollo-hospital" source="keywords">Apollo Hospital</keyword> in <keyword id="19900176" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="hyderabad" source="keywords">Hyderabad</keyword>. In an earlier post, the doctor vouched for a "combination of aerobic exercises and strength training". "It may be better to combine aerobic exercises (on 2-3 days a week), and strength training (on 2-3 days a week) (with one rest day per week), for optimum benefits," the neurologist said. In a heart-warming move, <keyword id="1678378" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Sudhir-Kumar-Sopory">Sudhir Kumar Sopory</keyword>, vice-chancellor of Jawaharlal Nehru University, who is set to retire on January 27 has decided that he will continue to sponsor the education of the daughter of a Tihar convict. 
 
He has assured the family that his retirement would not have any effect on his pledge to honour the trust that the convict had in him while giving him the responsibility of the child’s education. 
 It was in November 2013 that the convict had sent him a letter requesting him to guide his 13-year-old daughter and support her through the institution of <keyword id="6356383" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="JNU">JNU</keyword>. Sopory has then decided to sponsor her education from his own money. 
 
The accused has been jailed for the murder of his wife, which his second wife claims as a false accusation, the man has already spent 15 years in Tihar Jail now. His wife, who works as a domestic help, takes care of the girl child as well as his two sons. 
 
"Our daughter wants to study, and we too felt she should get a good education since she is a bright kid," she told TOI. The girl is presently studying in senior school in a government institution in Raghubir Nagar and says that she wants to continue studying.

While the graffiti was done to show off the admiration and love that the fan must have had for the star, it certainly has left the star shocked, and legitimately so.

Her relationship with Meena began around the time her husband, Ghulam Haider, moved to Saudi Arabia for a job, <a href="https://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-india-66117548" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to BBC</a>.Their distance and cultural backgrounds arguably posed more significant barriers: Haider is a Pakistani Muslim woman while Meena is a Hindu Indian man, the Times reported.Pakistan and India fought several wars after the partition of British India in 1947. The new test has made India the only country in the world to have successfully integrated long-range missiles into fighter jets. DRDO has integrated and tested the BrahMos with Indian Air Forces (IAF) mainstay fighter jet Sukhoi 30. BrahMos travels at 2.8 Mach, which is almost three times the speed of sound. It is also the heaviest weapon to be deployed onboard Sukhoi 30. “We can take on any ship at sea up to 300 to 400 km far away and after sometime, maybe longer, we can take on land targets up to hundreds of km and with the test that we have conducted some time back, ranges up to thousands of km,” Mishra said. Mishra added that the BrahMos has become the mainstay weapon of choice for the Army, Air Force and Navy, and the steep 90-degree version has come out as an ultimate aircraft hitter. It has constituted a search-cum-selection committee to be headed by the former vice chancellor of <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Banaras+Hindu+University+%28BHU%29+">Banaras Hindu University (BHU)</a> Prof Dhirendra Pal Singh. 
 <keyword id="6370187" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Subramanian-Swamy">Subramanian Swamy</keyword> have already set the stage for appointment of the new <keyword id="6356383" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="80" keywordseo="JNU">JNU</keyword> vice chancellor, by claiming that he is an informal frontrunner for the post. 
 Last week, the ministry has constituted the committee under Prof <keyword id="174899" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="DP-Singh">DP Singh</keyword>, director at the National Assessment &amp; Accreditation Council. The two others on the committee are former <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/3-ISRO-achievements-that-made-Indians-proud/articleshow/48347077.cms">ISRO</a> chief K Radhakrishnan and former diplomat Ashok Sen. 
 
Radhakrishnan and Sen were appointed to the committee according to the recommendations of the JNUI Executive Committee and Prof DP Singh is the nominee of the visitor to the Central University— the President of India. 
 
The HRD ministry has also invited applications to the VC's post which will now be screened by this committee. After Subramanian Swamy hoax, HRD Ministry sets the ball rolling for new JNU VC

As per a news report by the Press Trust of India (PTI), district court at Muzzafarpur in Uttar Pradesh has directed police to register an FIR against two Nestle officials and film stars Amitabh Bachchan, Madhuri Dix it and Preity Zinta, who have featured in the Maggi advertisements and arrest them if required. 
 
Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Ramchandra Prasad directed Kazi Mohammadpur Police Station to register the FIR against the five and investigate the complaint. 
 
The court also directed the police to go for arrest if required in the course of investigation. 
 
The order came during the hearing of a case filed by lawyer Sudhir Kumar Ojha yesterday. 
 
The petition had named Managing Director of Nestle Mohan Gupta, its Joint Director Sabab Alam and the three film stars Amitabh, Madhuri and Preity, who have featured in Maggi ads at different times. 
 
As per the news report, the complainant claimed that he purchased Maggi from a shop at Lenin chowk of Muzaffarpur on May 30 and that he was taken ill after he ate it. This prompted him to file a case against Nestle, the maker of the noodles and the film stars who are the product's brand ambassadors. 
 
Lenin Chowk falls under Kazi Mohammadpur police station. The case has been filed under IPC sections 270 (malignant act likely to spread infection of disease dangerous to life), 273 (sale of noxious food or drink), 276 (sale of drug as a different drug or preparation) and 420 (cheating and dishonesty), confirmed the PTI news report.
