It alleges some of the nickel shipments arranged with the Indian businessman didn't actually contain any of the pricey metal, in what it has described as a systematic fraud.Court documents <a href="https://www.ft.com/content/57396c6f-a14b-4547-a29c-998695ecbb54" target="_blank" rel="noopener">reviewed by the FT</a> detail the apparently chaotic events over a 10-day period in November when Trafigura uncovered the alleged multimillion-dollar fraud by Gupta.Trafigura's head nickel trader, Sokratis Oikonomou, arranged for a physical inspection of the cargoes shipped by Gupta's firms on November 9, the report said. The check came after a request by lender Citi, which had supplied an $850 million line of credit to Trafigura for its transactions.Just two days before the inspection was due, Gupta sent a WhatsApp message to Oikonomou saying he had had a heart attack, per the FT. The businessman then allegedly attempted to bargain with the nickel trader in a bid to delay the inspection in Rotterdam.Oikonomou, though, pressed ahead with the inspection. Trafigura has said none of the Rotterdam containers had the the nickel previously agreed in orders, but contained carbon steel instead.A full container of nickel, typically traded in large volumes, can be worth roughly $500,000. Carbon steel tends to be priced at about 5% of the value of the costlier metal.Trafigura believes about 1,100 shipping containers were involved in its trades with Gupta, but it can't say for sure what exactly is inside them, the FT report said. By early February, it had checked 156 of the total, and none so far contains nickel — just carbon steel, or other kinds of steel or iron.In negotiations after Trafigura's discoveries, Gupta is alleged to have tried other means of stalling. He offered a wind farm and steel mill to Trafigura as collateral, and put forward a $200 million repayment plan on a handwritten note to Oikonomou in a meeting at Heathrow Airport.Gupta was hit with a $625 million freezing order by a London court after Trafigura filed its fraud lawsuit. Dentsu India merges all its commerce capabilities under its Total Commerce offering

It’s a good news for Indian <keyword id="18173" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="SME">SME</keyword> sector. Chinese ecommerce giant <keyword id="302749" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Alibaba">Alibaba</keyword> group’s business-to-business arm, Alibaba.com, may soon enter into strategic tie-ups with SMEs in India. 
 
According to a report by ET, India is considered to be the largest overseas market for Alibaba.com in terms of sellers, second only to its home market China. 
 
"India is our key market and only when we have the local channels will we be successful here," said Timothy Leung, head of global business development at Alibaba.com in the report. 
 
It should be noted that currently there are 4.5 million registered users from India with the world’s largest ecommerce company, which makes it the second-highest paid users on the platform after China. 
 
Interestingly, Alibaba.com has launched a reseller programme in India, which is aimed at partnering with companies that work with SMEs to encourage their clients to join Alibaba as sellers. Such partner companies will get a commission for sales done by the SMEs they introduce. 
 
The reseller programme is already active in China and other Asian markets including Malaysia, Vietnam and Turkey. "India is higher potential but also more complex, so we have to get our model right," added Leung. 
 
In India, Alibaba has already tied up with two companies or partners - Sokrati, a digital media startup focused on SMEs, and transit-focused advertising company TDI. The company also plans to hold an event, which will bring together 40-50 potential resellers next week. 
 
"Getting SMEs listed on Alibaba with a single click is the kind of integration that we are trying to do," said Sokrati cofounder and CEO Ashish Mehta. Alibaba has already started receiving expression of interests from a number of companies in the SME sector.

Leading the way is Miami Heat guard Dwyane - not Dwayne - Wade, whose first name has been spelled incorrectly in 6,480 of the 142,599 articles Factiva aggregated, good for 4.3%. 
Taking second place is Calgary Flames goalie Miikka Kiprusoff, whose second "i" has been omitted 3.2% of the time. Other notable finishers include Mark Buehrle (2.8%), Skylar Diggins (1.8%), and Agnieszka Radwanska (1.8%).
But perhaps the most interesting result is Mike Kryzyewski. The Duke men's basketball coach may don the most notoriously difficult surname in all of sports, and yet, Krzyzewski has only been misspelled in 0.3% of articles. The last name of Coach K's former AP Player of the Year, J.J. Redick, meanwhile, has been misspelled 1.8% of the time.
Other seemingly straightforward athlete names, like third basemen Cal Ripken and Alex Rodriguez, also made the list. 
Notable snubs include Milwaukee Bucks guard Giannis Antetokounmpo, Red Sox catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia, and Greek soccer player Sokratis Papastathopoulous.
