You're gonna like it," Perdomo added.<h2>'Gen V' will debut sometime in 2023</h2>In July 2022, Kripke told <a href="https://variety.com/2022/tv/features/the-boys-spinoff-release-date-season-4-mcu-1235306102/">Variety</a> that the spin-off was "almost halfway through shooting." The rollout plan for the show is for episodes to be released when "The Boys" isn't currently airing. "I think the overall goal is to start leapfrogging them, where, a series of months after 'The Boys' wraps, season one of the spin-off will drop," Kripke told the publication.
