Well, serial entrepreneur and founder of a billion dollar edtech company Ronnie <keyword id="652420" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="screwvala" source="Orion">Screwvala</keyword> has a slightly different take on it. In a conversation with Business Insider during its Future of Work event, Screwvala noted that the world is in the fourth era of industrial revolution and many things are bound to change. However, he is of the opinion that saying that “bots are going to replace the workforce is rather a simplistic way of seeing things”. The jobs of tomorrow would lay emphasis on soft skills of an individual as hard skills can easily be managed by technology. <div type="ExtQuote" text="“When everyone says that you’re unemployable, it’s not because you don’t have the knowledge base. Ashutosh Garg, founder and chief executive (CEO) of artificial intelligence-powered talent management company eightfold.ai, also attended Business Insider’s Future of Work event. He noted that there are multiple aspects to saying whether automation is going to replace humans in their jobs. The first of those aspects is whether artificial intelligence (AI) is ready for it. According to Garg, AI is not developed enough to be at that stage, however it has the potential of getting there in the future. Again, some jobs may have to work in alignment with this deeptech technology. “I can put it on autopilot and be feasibly comfortable. So things are improving a lot. Now let's take sales as an example. I'm trying to hire a salesperson, I will start evaluating this person based on their emotional touch. Are they going to be able to close the deal or not, can they negotiate with the buyer or not?” he noted. According to a PwC <a href="https://www.pwc.com/hu/hu/kiadvanyok/assets/pdf/impact_of_automation_on_jobs.pdf">report </a>which estimates that 40% of jobs can be automated in the next 15 years, digital and softer skills are going to be the demand of the new age businesses. In 2017, <a href="https://www.deakinco.com/uploads/Whitepaper/deloitte-au-economics-deakin-soft-skills-business-success-170517.pdf">Deloitte</a> also reported that "soft skill-intensive occupations will account for two-thirds of all jobs by 2030." According to a<a href="https://www.muchskills.com/blog/soft-skills-skills-of-the-future"> blogpost </a>by Sweden-based HR-tech platform MuchSkills, the new age technologies — like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) or robotics — can automate a number of human tasks, they will not be able to replicate emotional, social and cognitive skills imbibed by humans. “Between 1980 and 2012, jobs requiring high levels of social interaction grew by nearly 12 percentage points as a share of the US labour force. Math-intensive but less social jobs – including many STEM occupations – shrank by 3.3 percentage points over the same period,” wrote David J Deming in a paper titled<a href="https://scholar.harvard.edu/files/ddeming/files/deming_socialskills_may2017_final.pdf"> The Growing Importance Of Social Skills In The Labor Market</a>. It will also offer a one-year LLM (Master of Laws) degree course. “We are looking to partner with nearly 10 more universities for multiple online courses in the future,” Mayank Kumar, Co-founder of upGrad said. This is in line with announcements made during the budget session which said that ‘degree-level’ full-fledged online courses will be launched in India to provide quality education to the underprivileged. “It is a start. The COVID crisis has brought in some sort of urgency and awareness to the medium of online being a very effective and highly penetrable one,” said Ronnie Screwvala, Executive Chairman and Co-Founder of upGrad. The cost of enrolling in these online degree programs will vary according to the course. “The programmes that we are launching with Jamia Hamdard will cost nearly ₹50,000 annually. While the LLM and MBA programme with OP Jindal University will largely cater to working professionals, it will be priced between ₹2-2.5 lakh on an annual basis,” Kumar added. The platform witnessed a 360% jump in users in the COVID lockdown period, compared to the last quarter. upGrad agrees that the completion rate for such courses also witnessed growth. “Today, online is allowing us to reach tier 2, 3, 4 and tier 5 cities. This includes the large rural segment as well. The blended approach that online learning brings allows us to be able to provide access to the best universities across rural India,” Screwvala added. Government’s push for online degrees To kickstart the learning calendar for students, the Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, on May 17, announced that the top 100 educational institutions in India will be automatically allowed to start courses online from May 30, 2020. Under this, the courses will be taught via live interactions and aired on TV channels for students from 1st to 12th grade to access it. It will also introduce at least 12 educational channels to keep the learning continuity for students. As many as 200 textbooks have been added to e-pathshala and 61 crore students have accessed the courses on Diksha platform, as on March 24. Given the delay in the academic year, the government has also tied up with private DTH operators like Tata Sky to air educational content on TV. The students and teachers can also communicate with experts via skype.

 ‘Sam Bahadur’ Known widely as Sam Bahadur, he was the Chief of Army Staff during 1971 Bangladesh Liberation war. He was the first general of the modern Indian army to be made a field marshal. Manekshaw’s career lasted four decades, and saw five wars. He also successfully masterminded the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971. The Burma Campaign The Field Marshal was born on April 3rd, 1914 and did his early schooling in Amritsar. According to Katrina, she said yes to running the dream run (6 kms) when Ronnie Screwvala asked her to run for his Foundation because she felt that it was a cause worth running for and she felt that she was fir enough to take up the challenge as her personal trainer Yasmin Karachiwala had been keeping her on her toes recently. 
 
While we can’t help but laud Kaif on taking up the challenge, be rest assured that her intense workout schedule will make you want to ditch the couch and head out to the gym- 
 
 
According to Katrina’s trainer Yasmin Karachiwala, she spends atleast two hours at the gym everyday preparing for the run and as a part of her marathon training schedule the actress has included ATS (Altitude Training System) to her cardio workouts to build stamina and endurance. “ATS gives you a feeling of training in the mountain up to 15,000 feet above sea level, as it boosts oxygen carrying red blood cells,” she added. 
 Complementing that is <keyword id="41982" type="PERSON" weightage="80" keywordseo="Pilates">Pilates</keyword>, which helps the boy balance after the imbalance caused by running. Pilates has also improved the actress’s efficiency and gives her a better form while running. 
 
Apart from this, Katrina is also following an extremely healthy food plan that she strictly adheres to. Her breakfast comprises oats and nuts. Lunch is fish and veggies, while dinner is eggs and soup. She is allowed to snack on fruits, nuts, and some healthy vegan protein snacks between meals. 
 
Karachiwala has ensured that her diet has been tweaked to guarantee that her glycogen levels are up and improve her speed, energy and alertness.
