The grey market premium of the stock had indicated a 105-110% premium with stock price at Rs 1,140-1,150 per share over the issue price. The company was looking to raise ₹500 crore through the public issue of shares. Gujarat-based speciality chemical manufacturer was a hit among investors during the bidding days, especially from non-institutional investors and qualified institutional buyers. The issue size was subscribed 182.04 times on the third and final day of the issue on July 20. The initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed much more than that of the recent speciality chemical company Clean Science and Technology IPO which was 95 times. In fact, most analysts had suggested subscribing to the IPO for the long term on strong growth opportunities in global markets. The IPO was open for subscription from July 16 to July 20. The camera module at the back mimics a pendulum, with two cameras neatly positioned in a circular arrangement at the top, while a third camera and a distinctive aura LED ring complete the look in the bottom module. The symmetrical, artistic design of the camera module adds to the phone’s elegance. Then there’s the usual Vivo branding on the left and Zeiss branding placed within the camera module. On the right edge, there is a power button and volume buttons. The placing of these buttons is spot on as I could easily turn the volume up and down using my thumb while holding the phone. The bottom edge has the Type-C charging port and speakers along with the SIM tray. On the front, the phone comes with a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display paired with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9200+ processor and everyday tasks feel smooth and seamless. Whether you're making calls, jotting down notes in a meeting, editing photos in Adobe Lightroom, or playing games, the phone can take care of it all. I didn’t encounter any lags or performance issues, even with multiple apps running simultaneously. In fact, I managed to have 18 apps open at once without the phone slowing down, showcasing its impressive multitasking capabilities. I also played a couple of games on the phone including COD Mobile, Genshin Impact, The Sims Freeplay and Battlegrounds Mobile India. The phone was capable of running all the games perfectly at medium and high graphic settings. It did get fairly warm after some intense gameplay but it never got to the point where I had to keep it down. The speakers, enough to fill up a medium-sized room, felt adequate. If your usage is light, it might last a couple of hours over that too. Hence, the battery life is quite impressive. I used the phone at work extensively every day and found myself reaching for a charger only on the following morning when I woke up. When I played Battlegrounds Mobile India on the phone for an hour, the battery dropped by 13 per cent. I was playing with full brightness on. Hence, if you are gaming on the phone for long hours, it is a good idea to have your charger next to you. The phone also charged to a full 100 per cent in about 50 minutes. On the software side, the Vivo V40 Pro runs <keyword id="21133649" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="FuntouchOS-14" source="keywords">FuntouchOS 14</keyword>, built on Android 14. While the interface is feature-rich, it does come with a fair amount of bloatware. You see this in his videos, the gold bottles, he raps about it all the time, and this has now become one of his most valuable assets in his entire portfolio.Diddy does not have his own champagne, however he has something just as or perhaps even more valuable, which is his deal with Diageo's Ciroc vodka. He started out with them in the late 2000s, and at that point, Ciroc was just a middling vodka brand being shilled by no-name former NFL players. They decided to take a chance on Diddy, and they didn't really have anything to lose, because Ciroc wasn't doing very well. It was about the fiftieth ranked vodka in the world and so Diddy came on and he applied his typical marketing panache and his shock and awe salesmanship, this was around the time that Barack Obama was running for president. He started calling himself Ciroc Obama, giving that free product placement, within only a few years, Ciroc was number two in the premium vodka category, to only Grey Goose doin' about two million cases a year.There's a really fascinating connection between Diddy and Jay-Z in the spirits world. Between the two of them, I mean you think, you know same job description, hip hop mogul, two very different guys, two very different approaches. But born a month apart, in the same city, both named Shawn and they both use the same cheap grape as the base of two of their most important products, that's the Trebbiano grape, which is considered by wine officials to be, you know sort of a, a nothing grape, it's a filler, it's table wine.Jay-Z has a Cognac called D'Usse, which is a joint venture with Bacardi. Of course, if you're making Cognac, it doesn't really matter because they're grapes that you have to include in order to be officially called Cognac. As far as Diddy's Ciroc vodka goes, using grapes is rather unorthodox, vodka is typically made out of potatoes or grains or something like that. So that was kind of his first philosophy with Ciroc is to center on the sexiness of the grape.Diddy: One-and-a-half ounces of Ciroc vodka, you can only make it with Ciroc vodka, other vodkas don't work.Greenburg: One thing that gets kind of lost in all of the promotion of Ciroc and such, is that Trebbiano is actually a very cheap grape and not some super-fancy thing.At the end of the day, Jay-Z and Diddy are both excellent, savvy businessmen. With previous generations typically putting the ring before the house, this millennial behavior may seem backward. According to a report by <a href="https://listwithclever.com/real-estate-blog/millennial-home-buyer-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Clever Real Estate</a>, 84% of American millennials think owning a home is a crucial part of the American Dream. And homeownership is more important than other major life goals and events, like getting married and having children, to nearly three-fourths of millennials surveyed in a <a href="https://info.bankofamerica.com/homebuyers-report/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">2018 Bank of America study</a>.But homes are 39% more expensive than they were nearly 40 years ago, <a href="https://studentloanhero.com/featured/millennials-have-better-worse-than-generations-past/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to Student Loan Hero</a>, meaning that some <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/millennials-cost-of-living-compared-to-gen-x-baby-boomers-2018-5#millennials-are-saving-more-money-for-a-longer-time-to-become-homeowners-1" target="_blank" rel="noopener">millennials need to save longer to buy homes</a>. But with many millennials eager to take on homeownership, they don't want to delay the process. Buying with a partner, regardless of marital status, can put millennials on a fast track to homeownership - splitting costs requires less individual savings. While Booth and Thomas both had eventual marriage in mind, not all unmarried homebuyers get a happily ever after - and their bank accounts may suffer as a result. And with financial pitfalls come legal risks.If the relationship dissolves, there could be mortgage and legal fees associated with removing a person from the mortgage or home deed, Dixon said. If you sell the home, it's likely you'd split the loss, she added."Laws help married couples divvy up property after they've split up, but there's a lot of legal grey area around those who are unmarried," Ben Mizes, former real-estate investor and cofounder of <a href="https://listwithclever.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Clever Real Estate</a> told Business Insider. "I recommend involving a lawyer and drawing up a contract that spells out what will happen in the event of a breakup," he said. "This cohabitation property agreement should include rules for how the property will be divided, buyouts, exit strategies, and the dispute process. You can also stipulate what percentage of the property each party owns."Keep in mind that real-estate laws also vary by state, from holding titles to offering buyout provisions, in which you can agree to buy the other person out of the house at market value after a certain period of time, Gershburg said.He recommends sitting down at a long dinner to discuss the practicalities and finances involved. Ask yourselves, "In the event of a breakup, does the house automatically get sold? What if I get laid off? If we want to rent it out, do we agree as to how much it is?
