Most of the new-age startup founders are also exceptional in that they are self-made; 85% of those in the list are part of family businesses.

The Hurun Report was started by researcher Rupert Hoogewerf. The first report, in 1999, was on the rich in China, and Hoogewerf has since been regularly bringing out a China rich list. The India initiative began two years ago.
 At the top, Mukesh Ambani was followed by Dilip Sanghvi of Sun Pharma, S P Hinduja &amp; family of the Hinduja Group, Shiv Nadar of HCL, and Pallonji Mistry of the <keyword id="261354" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Shapoorji-Pallonji-Group">Shapoorji Pallonji Group</keyword>. According to The Verge, Google has confirmed to disabled the feature in India. "We are aware that some businesses are abusing our anti-spam policies to send promotional messages to users in India. We are disabling this feature in India while we work with the industry to improve the experience for users," a company spokesperson said in a statement late on Wednesday. Last month, multiple users took to social media platforms that RCS ads in Google Messages appear to be coming from "Verified Business" accounts and the frequency of such ads has picked up over the last few months in the country. The users reported a deluge of ads, primarily related to personal loans, gambling companies and life insurance. Multiple reports said that the problem has been around for about a year, and "complaints appear to be coming overwhelmingly from users based in India". It means an average home in Mumbai’s costliest district only start at around ₹ 6.6 crore. Tardeo has three things going for it -- connectivity, connectivity and connectivity. Two of Delhi’s localities like Karol Bagh and Golf Course Road made it to the list however, and so did Kolkata’s Alipore area, along with Pune’s Koregaon Park. It is not surprising to see the growth in expensive homes as the rich increasing in number. According to a Credit Suisse report, there were an estimated 3.42 lakh Dollar-millionaires in India as on mid-2018 who collectively held around $6 trillion. It is forecast that 5.26 lakh Indian dollar millionaires’ wealth will be around $8.8 trillion by 2023. Market fluctuations make very little difference to the personal net worth of these individuals, indicating that they are not beaten by the slowdown like everyone else.
