The Centre issued the moratorium notification under Section 45 (2) of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949. The moratorium came into effect from 6 p.m. on Tuesday and will be in place up to December 16, 2020. The notification also stays the commencement or continuance of all actions and proceedings against Lakshmi Vilas Bank. During the period of moratorium, subject to the condition that such stay shall not in any manner prejudice the exercise by the Central government of its powers under Clause (b) of Sub-section (4) of Section 35 of the said Act or the exercise by the Reserve Bank of India of its powers under Section 38 of the said Act. As per the notification, Lakshmi Vilas shall not without the permission in writing of RBI: * Make payment to a depositor an aggregate sum exceeding Rs 25,000 lying to his credit in any kind of deposit including multiple deposit. * Wherever such depositor is having dues payable to the bank in any manner, either as a borrower or surety, the amount payable to such depositor shall be made after adjusting the relevant borrowal accounts. * Payment to bank creditor cannot exceed Rs 25,000, subject to following exceptions: (i) making of payment of amounts towards any drafts or pay orders issued by the Lakshmi Vilas Bank and remaining unpaid on the date on which the order of moratorium comes into force; (ii) paying the proceeds of the bills received for collection on or before the 17th day of November, 2020; (iii) making payment towards existing liabilities for call money or inter-bank borrowing (iv) trades effected prior to the date of moratorium for which settlement is yet to take place. * Grant any loans or advances or make investments in any credit instruments. According to the notification, the RBI may by a general or special order permit Lakshmi Vilas Bank to allow pay to its depositors an amount in excess of Rs 25,000 to meet unforeseen expenses towards (a) medical treatment of the depositor or any person actually dependent on him (b) towards the cost of higher education of the depositor or any person actually dependent on him for education in India or outside India; (c) to pay obligatory expenses in connection with marriage or other ceremonies of the depositor or his children or of any other person actually dependent upon him (d) in connection with any other unavoidable emergency if there is sufficient credit in his account. However, the sum such paid shall not exceed Rs 5 lakh or the actual balance lying to the credit of the account of such depositor, whichever is less. The Central government also directed Lakshmi Vilas Bank to pay for repaying loans or advances granted against government securities or other securities to it by the RBI or the State Bank of India or by any other bank and remaining unpaid on the date on which this order comes into force. Lakshmi Vilas Bank is permitted to operate its accounts with the RBI or with any other bank for the purpose of making the payments aforesaid. The bank may release or deliver goods or securities which have been pledged, hypothecated or mortgaged or otherwise charged to it against any loan, cash credit or overdraft: (i) In any case in which full payment towards all the amounts due from the borrower or borrowers, as the case may be, has been received by it, unconditionally. (ii) In any other case, to such an extent as may be necessary or possible, without reducing the proportions of the margins on the said goods or securities below the stipulated proportions or the proportions which were maintained before this Order came into force, whichever may be higher. Lakshmi Vilas Bank under moratorium— RBI caps maximum deposit or withdrawal at ₹25,000

(Eds: Combining related stories) Mumbai, Mar 5 () In a rare move, capital-starved Yes Bank was on Thursday placed under a moratorium, with the RBI capping deposit withdrawals at Rs 50,000 per account for a month and superseding its board. Yes Bank will not be able to grant or renew any loan or advance, make any investment, incur any liability or agree to disburse any payment. However, it will be able to pay salaries to its over 20,000 employees, the central bank said. The regulatory actions, undertaken by the RBI and the government, came hours after finance ministry sources confirmed that SBI was directed to bail out the troubled lender. For the next month, Yes Bank will led by the RBI-appointed administrator Prashant Kumar, an ex-chief financial officer of SBI. The country's financial sector is already reeling under a spate of setbacks, starting with the high quantum of dud assets at over Rs 10 lakh crore, their slow-paced resolutions despite legal teeth through bankruptcy laws, scandals at non-bank lenders like IL&amp;FS and DHFL, and also fraud at cooperative lender PMC Bank. The last lender to be placed under a similar action was PMC Bank in September last year. While the withdrawal limits have been increased over time to Rs 1 lakh now, many PMC Bank depositors are still in the lurch. There is no provision to handle insolvencies of commercial banks, and the raft of actions come even as the government is working on the FRDI (financial resolution and deposit insurance) Bill. Just like PMC and DHFL, the RBI superseded the board of Yes Bank for a period of 30 days "owing to serious deterioration in the financial position of the bank". The government took the decision of placing the bank under moratorium on an application made by the RBI, a gazette notification signed by Amit Agarwal, joint secretary in the finance ministry, said. The RBI had appointed former deputy governor R Gandhi to the bank's board last year amid the leadership turmoil, caused by the central bank's August 2018 action asking co-founder and chief executive Rana Kapoor to step down by January 2019 on corporate governance concerns. The developments come exactly a year and four days after Ravneet Gill joined the lender, after leaving German bank Deutsche Bank's India operations. Immediately on joining, Gill identified hidden stress of over Rs 10,000 crore, providing for which eroded capital buffers. The bank has been struggling to execute a capital raising plan for the last six months and had been repeatedly assuring all that it sees some hope of funds flowing in. It had also named ace investor Rakesh Jhunjunwala, GMR Group and Citax Holdings as being interested in the bank. Yes Bank's core equity tier-I ratio had slipped to 8.7 per cent as of September. The bank had pushed its December quarter results announcement to March 14, citing hindrances it may pose to the capital raising plan. "The Reserve Bank came to the conclusion that in the absence of a credible revival plan, and in public interest and the interest of the bank's depositors, it had no alternative but to apply to the Central Government for imposing a moratorium under section 45 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949," an RBI statement said late Thursday evening. It said the bank management had indicated that it was in talks with various investors and was also engaged with a few private equity firms for exploring opportunities to infuse capital. "These investors did hold discussions with senior officials of the Reserve Bank but for various reasons eventually did not infuse any capital. "Since a bank and market-led revival is a preferred option over a regulatory restructuring, the Reserve Bank made all efforts to facilitate such a process and gave adequate opportunity to the bank's management to draw up a credible revival plan, which did not materialise," the central bank said. In the meantime, Yes Bank was facing regular outflow of liquidity, the apex bank said, justifying its actions. As part of the moratorium directions, Yes Bank will not be able to grant or renew any loan or advance, make any investment, incur any liability or agree to disburse any payment, the RBI said. However, it will be able to pay salaries to its over 20,000 employees and also rents, it clarified. The actions come hours after reports of the government directing a consortium of largest lender SBI and life insurance behemoth LIC to bail out the bank emerged. If successful, this will be the first major instance in many years where a private sector lender will be bailed out using public money, with the first instance being Global Trust Bank's amalgamation with Oriental Bank of Commerce in 2003, which was followed with IDBI Bank's takeover of United Western Bank in 2010. The news of a bailout packaged had sent the Yes Bank stock soaring. It closed 25.77 per cent up at Rs 36.85 apiece on the BSE. However, brokerages were not enthused, and couple of them pegged the value of each stock at Re 1 if such a bailout were to happen. Terming it as a "quasi sovereign bailout", J P Morgan said, "we believe forced bailout investors will likely want the bank to be acquired at near zero value to account for risks associated with the stress book and likely loss of deposits". Earlier this year, SBI Chairman Rajnish Kumar had said the troubled bank will "not be allowed to fail". He had also suggested that rival Kotak Mahindra Bank is best suited to take over Yes Bank. Even after the notification there is no email or Whatsapp notification from the management,” an employee told Business Insider on the condition of anonymity. “I tried to withdraw cash at around 8:00 pm but couldn't. New Delhi, Mar 14 () The government has notified the Yes Bank reconstruction scheme as per which the moratorium on the troubled private sector lender will be lifted on March 18.Current administrator Prashant Kumar has been appointed managing director and CEO of the newly-reconstructed board.The Yes Bank Reconstruction Scheme 2020, shall come into force on March 13, the gazette notification said. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) had on March 5 put a moratorium on Yes Bank restricting withdrawals to Rs 50,000 per depositor till April 3."The order of moratorium on the reconstructed bank issued by the government...shall cease to have effect on the third working day at 18:00 hours fron the date of commencement of this scheme," the notification said.The scheme has been notified on March 13 and hence the moratorium will be lifted on the third working day or March 18. Moratorium on Yes Bank to be lifted on March 18

New Delhi, Mar 13 () Cash withdrawal restrictions and other moratorium conditions on Yes Bank will be lifted within 3 days of "very soon" to be notified SBI-led bailout plan for the beleaguered lender, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said on Friday. Meanwhile, private sector lender ICICI Bank has announced to invest Rs 1,000 crore for an equity in excess of 5 per cent in the crisis-ridden bank. HDFC will also infuse Rs 1,000 crore, while Axis Bank will invest up to Rs 600 crore to purchase 60 crore shares in the bank. Sitharaman said the central bank is engaged with other financial institutions for investment as part of the scheme to resurrect Yes Bank under RBI imposed moratorium since March 5. Cash withdrawal from the bank was capped at Rs 50,000. "Today the Cabinet has approved reconstruction scheme for the Yes Bank as was proposed by the RBI," she said. "The decision to provide a reconstruction scheme keeps at its core the protection of depositors' interest, keeps at its core providing stability to Yes Bank and also keeps at its core keeping a stable financial environment, banking system," she added. The minister said the bank was being monitored for past one year. She said the State Bank of India (SBI) will invest up to 49 per cent of the equity in Yes Bank and other investors are also being invited. RBI has been engaged in lot of engagements to bring in other investors, she added. "After the notification of the scheme, within 3 (working) days the moratorium will be lifted and within 7 days, a new board will be constituted," Sitharaman said, adding that the notification will be issued "very soon". There will be two directors from the SBI on the new board of the Yes Bank. The administrator will vacate the office within 7 days of notification and new board will take charge. Following the moratorium, the RBI had superseded the board of Yes Bank and placed it under an administrator, Prashant Kumar, former deputy managing director and CFO of SBI. There will be a three year lock-in period for all the investors, she said. However, the lock-in period for SBI would be only for 26 per cent of shareholding. It would be 75 per cent in case of other investors. The authorised capital of Yes Bank too has been increased to Rs 6,200 crore "so that we can accommodate immediate and also subsequent raising of capital requirements", the finance minister said. As per RBI's draft reconstruction scheme for the bank, its authorised capital was to be Rs 5,000 crore. On Thursday, SBI said it will invest Rs 7,250 crore in Yes Bank, which is much higher than Rs 2,450 crore it had planned initially for 49 per cent stake in the private sector lender that began operations in 2004. The minister declined to comment on a query regarding write-off of AT1 (Additional Tier-1) bonds, saying the matter is in court. In a stock exchange filing, ICICI Bank said it will invest Rs 1,000 crore in Yes Bank for cash consideration. The decision on the investment, it said was taken at the board meeting of ICICI Bank held on Thursday. This investment is likely to result in ICICI Bank Ltd holding in excess of 5 per cent shareholding in Yes Bank, with the final shareholding to be determined based on the final Scheme of Reconstruction and share issuance thereunder, it added. HDFC also announced investing Rs 1,000 crore in Yes Bank for an equity stake. Meanwhile, Axis Bank said it will invest up to Rs 600 crore in Yes Bank for up to 60 crore shares as part of the reconstruction plan for the cash-strapped peer lender. "The Board of Directors of Axis Bank Ltd at its meeting held today has accorded approval to invest a sum of up to Rs 600 crore for acquiring up to 60 crore equity shares of Rs 2 each of Yes Bank Limited, for cash, at a premium of Rs 8 per equity share, under the proposed Scheme of Reconstruction of Yes Bank Limited under the Banking Regulation Act, 1949," Axis Bank said in a regulatory filing. Since the RBI action on Yes Bank, the central agencies ED and CBI have arrested Yes Bank's co-founder and former CEO Rana Kapoor for alleged money laundering and corruption, while his wife Bindu and three daughters are also being quizzed by these agencies for their role in siphoning of public funds. One of the biggest charges against Kapoor is that he illegally benefitted to the tune of Rs 3,000 crore by lending to certain troubled companies like DHFL, Anil Ambani group and Essel Group -- all the loans worth around Rs 20,000 crore that have turned into bad debt. New Delhi, Mar 17 () With moratorium being lifted from Wednesday, the crisis-hit Yes Bank might see a heavy withdrawal of deposits by customers, according to a report.On March 5, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) imposed a moratorium on the troubled private sector lender, including capping withdrawals at Rs 50,000 per depositor.Lifting of deposit withdrawal moratorium on March 18 could open flood gates and will require a calibrated approach along with active support and signaling from the RBI, government and investor banks, said Emkay Alpha Portfolio in its report.The moratorium would be lifted by 6 pm on March 18, as per the reconstruction scheme notified by the government on Friday.However, Yes Bank CEO-designate Prashant Kumar said there are absolutely no worries on the liquidity front and that complete operational normalcy would be restored from 6 pm on Wednesday."We have made adequate precautions. All our ATMs are full with cash. All our branches have adequate supply of cash. So, from Yes Bank side, there is absolutely no issue on the liquidity front," Kumar said.According to rating agency Crisil the moratorium would pose challenges to companies that have cash credit facilities and current accounts with YesBank. The ensuing financial stress can impact their ability to service financial obligations on time in spite of sufficient liquidity, it said. Companies having material banking relationship with Yes Bank could face financial stress, which does not reflect their inability or unwillingness to meet obligations.Many retail customers are waiting for the first opportunity to withdraw their hard earned money from the bank.Yes Bank Reconstruction Scheme 2020, SBI cannot reduce its stake in the bank to below 26 per cent for a period of three years, while other investors and existing shareholders will have a lock-in period of three years for 75 per cent of their investment in Yes Bank. Yes Bank likely to face withdrawal rush with lifting of moratorium from Mar 18: Report

New Delhi, Oct 10 (IANS) Citing Kamath Committee recommendations, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has informed the Supreme Court that it has accepted the recommendation for different treatment for sectors namely aviation, automobile manufacturing, roads and wholesale trading. In an affidavit, the RBI said: "Wherever the Committee felt that certain ratios were not relevant or not applicable based on the specific nature of the sector, the Committee itself had recommended a different treatment, for eg. aviation, automobile manufacturing, roads and wholesale trading, which has also been accepted by the Reserve Bank." Citing the September 7 special window notification, the RBI insisted that banks have sufficient flexibility to accommodate the impact of Covid-19 while specifying specific ratios for determining eligibility of loan resolution. The RBI said lending institutions are required to consider five key ratios while preparing the financial assumptions in respect of resolution plans under the "Resolution Framework". "The specific thresholds to be met for these ratios in respect of borrowers in 26 sectors have been prescribed, as recommended by the Expert Committee. As regards all other sectors, the lending institutions may make their own internal assessments with regard to the values of the five ratios to be considered", said the affidavit. In the second affidavit, the RBI said a long moratorium exceeding six months can also impact credit behaviour of borrowers and increase the risks of delinquencies post resumption of scheduled payments. "It may result in vitiating the overall credit discipline which will have a debilitating impact on the process of credit creation in the economy. It will be the small borrowers which may end up bearing the brunt of the impact as their access to formal lending channels is critically dependent on the credit culture", added the affidavit. The RBI said the cumulative reduction of 250 basis points in the repo rate since February 2019 is working its way through the economy, lowering interest rates in money, bond and credit markets, and narrowing down spreads. Financing conditions have eased considerably, enabling financial flows via financial markets and making improvements in different sectors, it added. Giving details about the scheme, Sitharaman said SBI will invest for 49 per cent equity in Yes Bank and other investors are also being invited. There will be a three year lock-in period for all the investors, she said. However, the lock-in period for SBI would be only for the 26 per cent of the shareholding. The authorised capital of the lender has been increased to Rs 6,200 crore from Rs 1,100 crore, the finance minister said. Sitharaman said the scheme has been approved with the objective of protecting the interest of depositors and providing stability to Yes Bank as well as to the entire financial system. The moratorium on the bank will be lifted within 3 days of notification of the reconstruction scheme, while its board will be in place in 7 days, she said. The eight categories of loans are MSME (Micro, Small &amp; Medium Enterprises), Education, Housing, Consumer durable, Credit card, Automobile, Personal and Consumption. "For several months, large number of industries were not allowed to function and exemptions were granted only to few of the industries to run and carry on its activities, which were found essential and necessary in the fact situation," the bench, also comprising Justices R S Reddy and M R Shah, said. Although, gradually, due to Unlock- 1, 2 and 3, the industries and other business activities have been restored and the economy of the country is on track, although at a slow pace, it said. The apex court noted that moratorium period as granted by the Reserve Bank of India have continued from March 3 to August 31 for the period of six months. It noted the submission of Solicitor General Tushar Mehta that measures taken by the Centre in exercise of jurisdiction under the Disaster Management Act, 2005 to mitigate the hardships and miseries of few sectors. "As noted above, senior advocate Rajiv Dutta, counsel for the petitioner has expressed its satisfaction on the measures taken by the Government of India redressing grievances of the petitioner to the extent as noted above. "We dispose of the present writ petition with directions to the respondents to ensure that all steps be taken to implement the decision... so that benefit as contemplated by the Government of India percolates to those for whom financial benefits have been envisaged and extended," it said. The RBI had on March 27 issued the circular which allowed lending institutions to grant a moratorium on payment of instalments of term loans falling due between March 1, 2020, and May 31, 2020, due to the pandemic. Later, the moratorium was extended till August 31 this year. The pleas pertained to charging of interest on interest by banks on EMIs which have not been paid by borrowers after availing the loan moratorium scheme of RBI during March 1 to August 31. The top court's judgement came on a PIL filed by Agra resident Gajendra Sharma seeking directions to declare the notification dated March 27, 2020 issued by Reserve Bank of India as ultra vires to the extent it charges interest on the loan amount during the moratorium period. SC directs govt to implement its decision to forego interest on eight categories of loans

New Delhi, Mar 16 () Yes Bank customers will be able to access full banking services from Wednesday evening, as the moratorium will be lifted earlier. The RBI had on March 5 put a moratorium on Yes Bank restricting withdrawals to Rs 50,000 per depositor till April 3. However, the government in a notification on Saturday said the moratorium will be lifted by 18:00 hrs on March 18. "We will resume full banking services from Wed, Mar 18, 2020, 18:00 hrs. Visit any of our 1,132 branches from Mar 19, 2020, post commencement of banking hrs to experience our suite of services," Yes Bank said in a tweet. "You will also be able to access all our digital services &amp; platforms @RBI @FinMinIndia," it said. The government on Saturday notified the reconstruction plan for cash-strapped Yes Bank and said the moratorium will be lifted by 18:00 hrs on March 18, much earlier than the earlier date of April 3. "The order of moratorium on the reconstructed bank issued by the government...shall cease to have effect on the third working day at 18:00 hours from the date of commencement of this scheme," the notification said. The lender has posted a net loss of Rs 18,654 crore for third quarter ended December 31 due to huge provisioning for bad loans. It had posted a profit of Rs 1,001.8 crore during December quarter of 2018-19. "You will be able to use your YES BANK cards and accounts across wallets like Paytm, Amazon Pay and Freecharge among others from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours," the bank said in an FAQ on its website. Besides, the customers have been allowed for inward RTGS/NEFT/IMPS based transaction services to pay for their Yes Bank credit card bills and loan EMIs from any bank accounts including Yes Bank accounts. "Outward NEFT/IMPS/RTGS will resume from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours. The limits for transactions across digital channels will continue to remain what they were prior to the imposition of the moratorium. However, from March 19, 2020 post commencement of banking hours, transactions at branches will not have any limits," it said. Among others, customers will be able to pay towards their utility bills and use the UPI platform, Google Pay and PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, Freecharge. "You can withdraw your Yes Bank FDs (fixed deposits) and RDs (recurring deposits) after the moratorium is revoked from March 18, 2020, 18:00 hours. Standard charges will apply on the same. You will be also able to access all services available through digital channel/platforms (Net Banking/ Mobile Banking etc)," it added. Customers can also initiate "stop a payment" service, Yes Bank said. The other service that remains inactive now is cheque clearing because clearing activities are suspended as per the directive. Customers who use forex card can also not use such services. New Delhi, Mar 13 () Uday Kotak-led Kotak Mahindra Bank on Friday said it will infuse equity capital of Rs 500 crore into Yes Bank under the RBI's bailout plan for the crisis-hit lender. "...the Bank has issued a equity commitment letter to invest Rs 500 crore (the 'equity commitment') in Yes Bank Limited for subscription of 50 crore equity shares of Yes Bank at a price of Rs 10 per equity share," Kotak Mahindra Bank said in a regulatory filing. The commitment is pursuant to the scheme of reconstruction of Yes Bank proposed by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) under Section 45 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, and is subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions, it added. As per the RBI-approved reconstruction plan for Yes Bank, the country's largest lender SBI will pick up 49 per cent stake in the cash-strapped private sector bank by infusing Rs 7,250 crore. SBI will have to maintain at least 26 per cent shareholding for three years. ICICI Bank and Axis Bank too said they will invest Rs 1,000 crore and Rs 600 crore, respectively, while largest mortgage lender HDFC Ltd will infuse Rs 1,000 crore. All the investment plans outlined by these lenders on Friday will be for cash consideration. Meanwhile, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday said the reconstruction scheme keeps at its core the protection of depositors' interest, providing stability to Yes Bank and keeping a stable financial environment and banking system.  The State Bank of India (SBI) will buy 725 crore shares in Yes Bank at ₹10 per share, which adds up to an investment of ₹7,250 crore, giving the country's largest bank a 49% stake in the troubled private bank. The SBI will not reduce its holding below 26% for at least three years from the date of investment. Those private investors who get shares of Yes Bank cannot sell 75% of their stake for three years. "A new board, having at least 2 directors of SBI, will take over within 7 days of the issuance of notification," Sitharaman added. The decision has come a day before the much-awaited quarterly earnings, which have been delayed by a month, from Yes Bank. The numbers are expected to reveal the depth of the rot in the bank which has gone from being one of the country's top banks to embattled one, neck-deep in bad loans, and one with a history of scandals under its earlier promoter Rana Kapoor who was recently forced out by the RBI. With the money of millions of Indian depositors stuck at the bank, the government and other authorities have come together to rescue the bank and stop it further wrecking India's financial system. ICICI Bank follows SBI to rescue Yes Bank⁠— and depositors may get to withdraw money sooner than expected

New Delhi, Mar 6 () The National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Friday put restrictions on Yes Bank shares in various segments, including futures and options.In a rare move, capital-starved Yes Bank was on Thursday placed under a moratorium, with the RBI capping deposit withdrawals at Rs 50,000 per account for a month and superseding its board.The categories placed under restriction include debt, securities lending and borrowing scheme, currency derivatives, commodity derivatives, futures and options, as per notification by NSE."Due to the recent development in Yes Bank it has been decided that no fresh or renewal of bank guarantees and fixed deposit receipt issued by the bank limited will be accepted," it said.The existing benefit provided to members towards Bank Guarantees and Fixed Deposit Receipt issued by Yes Bank in favour of NSE Clearing Ltd, shall also be reduced, it added. "The financial position of Yes Bank has undergone a steady decline largely due to inability of the bank to raise capital to address potential loan and losses and resultant downgrades, triggering invocation of bond covenants by investors and withdrawal of deposits," NSE said in a separate circular.The bank has also experienced serious governance issues and practices in the recent years which have led to steady decline of the bank, it added. NSE puts restrictions on Yes Bank shares

(Eds: Adding BSE circular) New Delhi, Mar 6 () Leading stock exchanges BSE and NSE on Friday decided to drop Yes Bank from Futures and Options segment from May 29. The existing Futures and Options contracts across all expiries will expire on May 28. The development came after Yes Bank on Thursday was put under a moratorium, with the RBI capping deposit withdrawals at Rs 50,000 per account for a month and superseding its board. In similar-worded circulars, the exchanges said," the existing Futures and Options contracts, across all expiries shall expire on May 28, 2020. No Futures and Options contracts shall be available in Yes Bank for trading in equity derivatives segment from May 29, 2020 onwards". Derivatives markets or F&amp;O segment reflect expectation of spot prices in the future, and current price bands or circuit filters are generally not applied on them. At present, there are over 200 stocks in F&amp;O segment. Further, the bourses said due to the recent development in Yes Bank it has been decided that no fresh or renewal of bank guarantees and fixed deposit receipt issued by the private lender will be accepted as collateral. The existing benefit provided to members towards bank guarantees and fixed deposit receipts issued by Yes Bank in favour of their respective clearing corporations will be reduced. "Further, haircut in respect of shares of Yes Bank provided as collaterals shall be revised to 100 per cent with effect from begin day of March 6, 2020," the exchanges said.
