The shares that were earlier commanding a premium of ₹35-40 were significantly down to ₹10-15 a share. The listing is also in line with analysts expectations — which predicted listing gains above 15%. “We expect <keyword id="293520" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="RailTel-Corporation">RailTel Corporation</keyword> to list at a premium of around 15% above the issue price. Company has priced its issue at 21.4x PE on a FY20 trailing basis, which is quite reasonable by looking at the strong future growth rates of the company,” said Keshav Lahoti, Associate Equity Analyst at Angel Broking. ESAF Small Finance Bank The Kerala-based ESAF Small Finance Bank had filed DRHP in January and subsequently got the approval from SEBI at the end of March. The ₹976-crore IPO of ESAF Small Finance Bank will comprise a fresh issue worth ₹800 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) aggregating up to ₹176.2 crore. The issue will consist of a fresh fundraise of ₹1,000 crore and offer of sale by promoter TS Kalyanaraman and private equity firm Warburg Pincus of ₹750 crore. Burger King One of India'sIndia's fastest-growing food chains, Burger King, is also in line to raise as much as ₹1,000 crore by initial public offering. The firm aims to utilise the funds to double the number of restaurants by 2025, where it currently operates 216 in India, as per its DRHP. They have downgraded their recommendations as they believe the stocks have priced in all the positives that could fuel the rally further. <div type="image" title="Dixon Technologies" msid="80851182" hostid="261"></div> According to analysts at ICICI Securities, the stock has already factored in rise in higher revenue from TVs, production-linked incentive-driven revenues in making smartphone parts, traction in 2G phones, set-top boxes, capacity-driven growth in LED lights, and washing machines. And thus, it may not see a huge rally in the near term. High commodity prices and increased custom duty may contract its margins As per the IIFL research report, the company, during its investor conference call, said they are witnessing pressure on the margin as commodity prices and freight cost have risen. The margin contracted 318 basis points (bps) in the third quarter, and the pressure is expected to continue in the fourth quarter as well. 100 basis points make up 1%. Dixon gets nearly 70% of its revenue from mobile manufacturing, which it makes on behalf of brands like Samsung, Motorola and Reliance Jio. Finance Minister, Nirmala <a href="https://www.livemint.com/budget/news/budget-2021-higher-customs-duties-for-pcba-camera-modules-for-mobile-phones-11612167676823.html">Sitharaman raised customs duty </a>on some mobile phone parts, from nil to 2.5% during the Budget 2021, may squeeze margin further. <div type="image" title="Dixon Tech rev breakup" msid="80851237" hostid="261"></div> The brokerage such as ICICI and AMSEC downgraded its rating from "BUY" to "HOLD" as it believes that there are still some surprise factors that may play out. However, the government is yet to release the scheme's details. According to the IIFL report, Motorola will cover almost two-third of the PLI thresholds for Dixon and will represent 15-20% of its global volumes in the next four years, whereas manufacturing for Nokia is for the domestic market. Lighting business continues to offer strong growth optionalities The lighting sales grew 26% year-on-year to ₹350 crore— nearly 16% of total sales. This vertical may continue to grow as there is room for expanding both product lines and entering new markets. "Dixon is already exporting to the USA and Indonesia for its anchor customer and is hopeful of large international orders from overseas retail chains," a Nirmal Bang report said. Foreign institutional investors turned net sellers in the capital market as they offloaded shares worth Rs 893.25 crore on Monday, as per exchange data. Domestic equities look to be good at the moment despite mixed cues from global markets, said Binod Modi Head-Strategy at Reliance Securities. Concerns pertaining to increase in bond yields and higher commodity prices dented investors' sentiments in the last couple of days. However, the underlying strength of the economy and market remains intact in our view and hence any further correction in the market should be used to buy, he said. He further added that Indian companies are likely to see sustained earnings recovery in subsequent fiscals and therefore premium valuations are likely to sustain. US equities extended losses in overnight trade on Monday as worries over continued rise in bond yields dampened investors' sentiments. Elsewhere in Asia, bourses in Shanghai and Hong Kong were trading on a positive note in mid-session deals, while Seoul was in the red. Meanwhile, the global oil benchmark Brent crude was trading 1.38 per cent higher at USD 65.25 per barrel.
