The IPO was subscribed 42 times and generated bids worth more than ₹259.42 crore against the offer size of 6.12 crore shares. The portion of the IPO reserved for retail investors was subscribed 16.78 times, whereas the qualified institutional buyer was subscribed 65.29 times. Grey market premium fizzled out ahead of the listing Although the high number of subscriptions showed an excellent demand for its shares, just days ahead of the listing, the company's grey market premium fizzled nearly 62%, amid the high market volatility this week. The shares that were earlier commanding a premium of ₹35-40 were significantly down to ₹10-15 a share. The listing is also in line with analysts expectations — which predicted listing gains above 15%. “We expect <keyword id="293520" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="RailTel-Corporation">RailTel Corporation</keyword> to list at a premium of around 15% above the issue price. Indian Railways owned RailTel’s IPO: Here’s how to check share allotment status

Let’s take a look at some of the upcoming IPOs scheduled this year: Equitas Small Finance Bank The Chennai-based microfinance lender, Equitas Small Finance Bank (SFB), is looking to raise ₹532 crore from the IPO. The initial public offering will open on October 20 and will remain open till October 22. The company has appointed JM Financial, Edelweiss Financial Services, and IIFL Securities as its book running lead managers to the issue. RailTel’s ₹700 crore initial public offering The state-owned RailTel Corporation has filed a Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offer of up to 8.66 crore equity shares. The company is likely to raise ₹700 crore through the IPO, a complete offer for sale by the Central government. It has appointed ICICI Securities, IDBI Capital, SBI Capital Markets as the book running lead managers to the issue. ESAF Small Finance Bank The Kerala-based ESAF Small Finance Bank had filed DRHP in January and subsequently got the approval from SEBI at the end of March. However, the bank delayed its initial public offering due to the volatile market conditions and said it would take a call on ₹976-crore initial public offering (IPO) after September. The ₹976-crore IPO of ESAF Small Finance Bank will comprise a fresh issue worth ₹800 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) aggregating up to ₹176.2 crore. Kalyan Jewellers Kerala based Jewellery maker, Kalyan Jewellers, is also expected to launch a ₹1,750 crore initial public offering (IPO) in <a href="http://www.marketsguruji.com/upcoming-ipos-in-india/">November</a>. The ₹1,750 crore IPO will be the largest in its sector. The issue will consist of a fresh fundraise of ₹1,000 crore and offer of sale by promoter TS Kalyanaraman and private equity firm Warburg Pincus of ₹750 crore. Burger King One of India'sIndia's fastest-growing food chains, Burger King, is also in line to raise as much as ₹1,000 crore by initial public offering. The firm aims to utilise the funds to double the number of restaurants by 2025, where it currently operates 216 in India, as per its DRHP. Burger King IPO is also likely to hit the market in November this year. Bajaj Energy The ₹5,450 crore IPO of Uttar Pradesh-based, one of the largest private-sector thermal generation companies, Bajaj Energy, is expected to hit the market by the end of this year. The IPO comprises fresh issuance of shares aggregating up to ₹5,150 crore and an offer for sale of scrips up to ₹300 crore by the promoter Bajaj Power Ventures, according to its DRHP. Foreign institutional investors turned net sellers in the capital market as they offloaded shares worth Rs 893.25 crore on Monday, as per exchange data. Sensex reclaims 50,000-mark, Nifty trades near 14,800

The stock has multiplied investors’ wealth nearly 5-fold since March 31, last year. However, analysts are now a bit nervous about the stock. They have downgraded their recommendations as they believe the stocks have priced in all the positives that could fuel the rally further. <div type="image" title="Dixon Technologies" msid="80851182" hostid="261"></div> According to analysts at ICICI Securities, the stock has already factored in rise in higher revenue from TVs, production-linked incentive-driven revenues in making smartphone parts, traction in 2G phones, set-top boxes, capacity-driven growth in LED lights, and washing machines. And thus, it may not see a huge rally in the near term. High commodity prices and increased custom duty may contract its margins As per the IIFL research report, the company, during its investor conference call, said they are witnessing pressure on the margin as commodity prices and freight cost have risen. The margin contracted 318 basis points (bps) in the third quarter, and the pressure is expected to continue in the fourth quarter as well. 100 basis points make up 1%. Dixon gets nearly 70% of its revenue from mobile manufacturing, which it makes on behalf of brands like Samsung, Motorola and Reliance Jio. Finance Minister, Nirmala <a href="https://www.livemint.com/budget/news/budget-2021-higher-customs-duties-for-pcba-camera-modules-for-mobile-phones-11612167676823.html">Sitharaman raised customs duty </a>on some mobile phone parts, from nil to 2.5% during the Budget 2021, may squeeze margin further. <div type="image" title="Dixon Tech rev breakup" msid="80851237" hostid="261"></div> The brokerage such as ICICI and AMSEC downgraded its rating from "BUY" to "HOLD" as it believes that there are still some surprise factors that may play out. Can Mobile PLI surprise on the upside or downside? The management retains its guidance of total ₹25,000-30,000 crore revenue under the mobile PLI scheme over the next five years with an EBITDA close to 3%. However, the government is yet to release the scheme's details. Analysts say the stock has already priced in the PLI benefits — it would be worth watching if the scheme matches the management's guidance. <div type="image" title="PLI" msid="80851292" hostid="261"></div> Dixon added Motorola and Nokia as customers for smartphones and is in talks with other large brands as a third PLI customer. The commercial production for Nokia has started, while for Motorola it is expected to begin in March this year, post completion of all audits, the management revealed to analysts. According to the IIFL report, Motorola will cover almost two-third of the PLI thresholds for Dixon and will represent 15-20% of its global volumes in the next four years, whereas manufacturing for Nokia is for the domestic market. Lighting business continues to offer strong growth optionalities The lighting sales grew 26% year-on-year to ₹350 crore— nearly 16% of total sales. This vertical may continue to grow as there is room for expanding both product lines and entering new markets. "Dixon is already exporting to the USA and Indonesia for its anchor customer and is hopeful of large international orders from overseas retail chains," a Nirmal Bang report said.
