<ul><li>Zerodha-backed incubator and fund <keyword id="7796657" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Rainmatter-Capital">Rainmatter Capital</keyword> has led an angel funding round of ₹2.7 crore in an ‘online curiosity platform’ – <keyword id="9908041" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="qshala">Qshala</keyword>.</li><li>Qshala is an <keyword id="23248" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Online-learning">online learning</keyword> platform that uses quizzes to help students learn.</li><li>The startup was founded in 2014 and also holds a Limca record for conducting quizzes across continents – including Antarctica.</li></ul>Zerodha-backed incubator and fund Rainmatter Capital has led an angel funding round of ₹2.7 crore in an ‘online curiosity platform’ – Qshala. The round also saw participation from investors like Mindtree co-founder Kalyan Banerjee and other CXOs. Qshala is an online learning platform that uses quizzes to help students learn and answer the various ‘how’ and ‘why’ questions on their minds. The startup said that its principles are on the same lines as that of the National Education Policy, which urges children to learn more and beyond their school curriculum. “Our team members undertake extensive research to create content for the QShala programs in fun induced formats like quizzes, focused sessions, and interactive programs to help sharpen life skills. Our programs start with children from class 1 onwards, and our goal is to expand our footprint to many more cities across the country and the world to cover children in the age groups of 8 to 16 years,” said Raghav Chakravarthy, Co-founder, QShala. Both Chakravarthy and his co-founder Sachin Ravi have been taking part in quizzes from an early age and met at law school. The startup was founded in 2014 and also holds a <a href="https://www.qshala.com/">Limca record</a> for being the “first company in the world to conduct a quiz in all 7 continents in the world including the Antarctic”. “It is important for children to develop critical and lateral thinking from a young age much beyond their classroom framework in today’s world. Zerodha's fund, Mindtree co-founder and others invest in an 'online curiosity' platform for kids

<ul><li>The startup, founded in 2019 by Satish Mugulavalli and Srinivas Katta, is incubated at IndusLaw.</li><li><keyword id="11228730" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="RuleZero">RuleZero</keyword> is also a marketplace, which connects with other legal or fintech product and service providers.</li><li>The round also saw participation from law firm IndusLaw and Reddy Futures LLP amongst others.</li></ul>Legal services and fintech platform RuleZero has raised ₹10 crore in a seed funding round led by <keyword id="7796657" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Rainmatter-Capital">Rainmatter Capital</keyword>. The round also saw participation from Infosys co-founder Kris Gopalakrishnan, law firm IndusLaw and Reddy Futures LLP amongst others. Rainmatter Capital is an incubator backed by stock trading platform <keyword id="759851" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Zerodha">Zerodha</keyword>. The startup, founded in 2019 by Satish Mugulavalli and Srinivas Katta, is incubated at IndusLaw. The startup manages ownership data of a company, automates share issuance processes and provides tools to track cap tables and manage transactions. RuleZero is also a marketplace, which connects with other legal or fintech product and service providers. Katta said in a press statement that “manual processes, limited number of skilled professionals and the absence of a single source of truth has resulted in private companies suffering from compliance issues, limited liquidity, high financing costs and delays.” He claims that RuleZero is solving this issue. Mugulavalli has been an entrepreneur with many startups in Silicon Valley and India and was most recently a partner at YourNest Venture Capital, an investment firm. Katta, a corporate lawyer, is one of the founding partners of IndusLaw. Founded by Rushabh Mehta in 2010, the Enterprise Resource Planning startup offers businesses services like inventory management, payroll management, sales and support CRM, ticketing, HR, and employee wellness.
