The name of the victim has been withheld to protect the family's privacy. No other changes have been made to the wire copy. The charred body of a 27-year-old woman was found under a culvert near here on Thursday,a day after she went missing, police said. The burnt body of the victim working as an assistant veterinarian at a state-run hospital, was noticed by some passers-by who alerted police. Members of her family, who had filed a missing complaint after she did not return home by 10.20 pm on Wednesday, identified the body, police said. Police said she had gone to the hospital and returned home on Wednesday evening. She again left around 5.50 pm to go to another clinic and parked her two-wheeler near Shamshabad toll plaza and took a shared cab. Her younger sister in a complaint lodged with police said she got a call from her sister at 9.22 pm stating that she was still at the plaza as someone told her that her scooter had a flat tyre and offered to help her, taking the two-wheeler. The complainant said her sister told her that after sometime the person returned saying all shops were closed and he will try to get it repaired in some other place. She also informed her sister that she was scared as there was a lorry in the vicinity and some people who had offered her help were near the vehicle, the complainant said. The complainant said she called her again at 9.44 pm but the phone was switched off following which they approached police. The body was found near the culvert on the Hyderabad-Bengaluru national highway, which is around 25 km from the toll plaza where she was last seen, police said. Cyberabad Police Commissioner V C Sajjanar said ten teams have been formed to crack the case. He said police were verifying CCTV footage and suspect involvement of least two persons behind the woman's disappearance.

It came from someone's backyard, here in Oneonta, New York. This year's tree is an 80-year-old Norway spruce found in Al Dick's yard.Erik Pauze: Tree's 75 feet tall, 45 feet wide, and about 11 tons. I found this tree back in 2016.Al Dick: The head gardener for <keyword id="2407" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="60" keywordseo="rockefeller-center">Rockefeller Center</keyword> happened to be riding down the road, and he saw the tree.Narrator: Erik stopped by Al's general store to see if Al and his family would donate their tree to Rockefeller Center.Al: He asked me if we could do it, and we said, "Sure," but they had to wait a few years.Paula Dick: It wasn't tall enough when they first saw it.Erik: I've been looking at it for a couple years. I watered it, I fed it over a couple of years, and then this summer when I came by, it just looked great, and it looked perfect, and it was the year to take it.Narrator: When this spruce was unveiled as the 2020 tree, the Rockefeller team got to work protecting and preparing it.Al: We had 24-hour-a-day guards. Paula: Erik especially, he's been here every day. They'd been like family. We're gonna miss them being outside every day.Narrator: But getting this massive spruce to the center of Manhattan is no easy task. First, it had to come out of the ground.Erik: We came up, and we started tying it. It took us all the way to Saturday afternoon.Narrator: Erik hired a crew of local workers to tie up the branches. That's to make sure they're secure through the cutting and the drive.Erik: And then the crane came, and we built the crane and put the counterweights on it so that it could hold the tree.Narrator: The crane is already attached to the tree when the workers begin cutting. Erik and his team have private property and bystanders to think about.[chainsaw sawing]It takes only a few minutes to saw through the massive trunk, leaving the giant tree hanging in the air.Erik: Now we moved it over to the truck.Narrator: The tree is laid on its side on that 115-foot-long trailer and strapped into place.Al: The tree is gonna take a nice little trip down to New York City.EB Kelly: Often the most complicated part is getting it right from the property where it is onto the highway.Narrator: What is normally a 3.5-hour drive takes up to three days with a 75-foot tree!EB: You don't want to get the <keyword id="1967086" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Rockefeller-Center-Christmas-tree">Rockefeller Center Christmas tree</keyword> stuck in traffic. And then of course the city of New York is always tremendously helpful with us in terms of closing the streets and making sure that we're able to have a smooth arrival into the city.Narrator: Normally, the tree arrives to big crowds, but this year, because of COVID-19, it pulled up to an empty Rockefeller Center.EB: We like to think that tree-arrival day is the start of the holiday season officially in New York. And certainly this has been a year unlike any other, so it felt all the more important to us to continue those traditions.Narrator: Carefully, it's lifted off the truck, then tilted right side up and slid into the sturdy tree stand in the middle of Rockefeller Center.Broadcaster: As if putting up the tree in Rockefeller Plaza is not enough --Broadcaster: Crews working on the Rockefeller Center Christmas Tree got a little surprise --Broadcaster: They found a tiny owl.Narrator: This year, workers found a little owl hidden inside the tree. And the bird went viral, as people guessed it'd hitched a ride all the way from upstate New York. He was brought safely to a shelter and named, appropriately, Rockefeller, Rocky for short.Also blowing up the internet? The fact that the tree looked a little bare on arrival. But what might look like a scrawny tree now got a big face-lift.CJ: This is the extension to make it nice and full.Narrator: Over the next couple of weeks, the tree was surrounded in scaffolding. As the tree's branches settled and fluffed out, it's been reported workers also attached branch extensions to make the tree appear fuller.CJ: We stick a hole in the tree, put the branch back in, wire it in, boom.Spectator 1: Boom!Spectator 2: Like a weave!CJ: Like a weave, it's just like a weave!Narrator: Then they draped 50,000 LED lights around it and topped it with a 900-pound Swarovski crystal star. Shkreli, 32, was arrested on Thursday morning by federal authorities on charges of securities fraud involving his former hedge fund, MSMB Capital, and, Retrophin, the publicly-traded biotech company he founded in 2011 and led until September 2014 when he was ousted by the board as CEO.Prosecutors alleged that Shkreli carried out three interrelated fraudulent schemes by money from Retrophin to repay investors in MSMB Capital. US Attorney Robert Capers said his alleged transactions were "like a Ponzi scheme."Shkreli faces seven counts, including two counts of securities fraud, two counts of conspiracy to commit securities fraud, and three counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, according to the indictment. He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, according to Bloomberg. In 2014, as the head of pharmaceutical company Retrophin, <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/martin-shkreli-history-of-price-hikes-2015-9">Shkreli bumped up</a> the price of a drug called Thiola by 2,000%.<a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/martin-shkreli-arrested-in-securities-fraud-investigation-2015-12">Shkreli has been charged by the federal government with seven counts</a>, or statements of different alleged crimes:<ul><li>2 counts of securities fraud</li><li>2 counts of conspiracy to commit securities fraud</li><li>3 counts of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.</li></ul>All of the above charges are related to events that happened earlier in his career, while he was managing hedge funds.Here's where the two narratives meet up: After managing funds at MSMB Capital, where he lost $3 million on bad trades but neglected to tell investors, according to allegations from US Attorney Robert Capers, he then went on to found another hedge fund, called MSMB Healthcare and convinced investors to back it as well. With that money, he payed back his debts to MSMB Capital investors, alleged Capers. From there, the federal government alleges <a href="http://media.bloomberg.com/bb/avfile/rjMmmf1jHzI0">in a complaint</a>, there was "a scheme to defraud Retrophin by misappropriating Retrophin's assets through material misrepresentations and omissions in an effort to satisfy Shkreli's personal and unrelated professional debts and obligations." That was interwoven in the MSMB Capital and MSMB Healthcare relationships. In other words, the charges have little to do with the drug industry or with his practice of hiking up drug prices.Everything related to that still awaits Congress, which has recently <a href="http://www.businessinsider.com/senate-aging-committee-on-drug-hikes-2015-12">amped up its investigations</a> into his behavior and other companies who've taken similar actions. <keyword id="54615" type="CITY" weightage="60" keywordseo="Comcast">Comcast</keyword> is buying the remaining 49 percent of <keyword id="5601" type="COMPANY" weightage="60" keywordseo="NBC">NBC</keyword> Universal from GE for a$16.7 billion.
And the market seems to think this is a win-win.
Shares of Comcast are up 8 percent. Shares of GE are up 4 percent.

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
Comcast Corporation (Nasdaq: CMCSA, CMCSK) announced today it will acquire GE’s entire 49% common equity stake in the NBCUniversal joint venture for approximately $16.7 billion. Also, NBCUniversal will purchase from GE the properties used by NBCUniversal at 30 Rockefeller Plaza and CNBC’s headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, NJ for approximately $1.4 billion. The acquisition accelerates GE's divestiture ahead of a redemption period that would have begun in July 2014 and solidifies Comcast’s position as a leading media and technology company. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close by the end of the first quarter of this year.

The transactions will be funded with $11.4 billion of cash on hand, $4.0 billion of subsidiary senior unsecured notes to be issued to GE, $2.0 billion of borrowings under Comcast and/or subsidiary bank credit facilities and $725 million of subsidiary preferred stock to be issued to GE.
