Samsung is planning to hire students from multiple streams including computer science, electronics and communications, electrical engineering, mathematics and computing, instrumentation and information technology to support its efforts to build innovative solutions for India-specific challenges. “As businesses continue to expand and grow, we will be hiring 1000 plus engineers for our R&amp;D [research and development] centres from top notch engineering colleges. These engineers will work at our R&amp;D centres located in Bangalore, Delhi and Noida,” said <keyword id="1072012" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="sameer-wadhawan" source="Orion">Sameer Wadhawan</keyword>, senior vice president and head of human resources at <keyword id="107877" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="samsung-india" source="Orion">Samsung India</keyword> in an interaction with Business Insider. He said, “One-fourth (260) engineers will be coming from all IITs and the balance would be coming from other tier one schools.” When asked about the average salary package, which the company will be offering to their new employees, Wadhawan said, “We are offering a very competitive compensation [when] hiring from campuses. That is why we are able to hire more than 1000 plus engineers year after year”. Samsung had hired 1200 engineers in 2019 as well from these top colleges, but they joined the company in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The reason behind this massive hiring was its main agenda to strengthen their R&amp;D centres. “This is part of our continued growth and expansion plans in India. For us R&amp;D has been on the front. We opened our first R&amp;D centre in India in 1996 in Bengaluru, and a factory in the same year. This shows our commitment to the Indian market and India-related product and talent,” Wadhawan added. The smartphone maker company witnessed a high attrition rate in the last couple of months. “Attrition rate is slightly higher than usual and it is more to do with the simple demand and supply issue, also there are so many tech jobs available, but the situation is not alarming for us”, he said. Attrition rate, also known as churn rate is the rate at which employees leave the company and is often calculated as an annual figure. Samsung, in their third quarter results which came out in October, reported a 28% increase in their operating profit from its previous quarter. From IIMs to BITS Pilani — here are the top courses in fintech offered by India’s premier colleges

Kota, Feb 2 () Researchers are working on two electric vehicle solutions, including a technology that would allow sharing of stored battery power with another EV and even sell excess energy to make a fast buck, for making the clean vehicles more economical, a professor at <keyword id="6442381" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="bits-pilani">BITS Pilani</keyword> said. Along with the power sharing tool vehicle-to-everything (V2X), researchers are also examining the feasibility of battery swapping stations where an EV owner would simply replace the batteries like refilling of gas cylinders, <keyword id="8706186" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Hitesh-Datt-Mathur">Hitesh Datt Mathur</keyword>, associate professor at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, said. The two solutions can make EVs economical as customers would not need to buy expensive heavy batteries which account for around 25-30 per cent of the total cost of an EV currently.
 The research projects are sponsored by the <keyword id="201062" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="department-of-science">Department of Science</keyword> and Technology and the Ministry of Human Resource Development. Mathur, who has designed an EV with V2X technology, said the model is capable of sharing stored power with another EV, a grid, hotels, malls etc. 
 "The incentive could be seen by an example where a customer is charging EV with V2X feature at home at Rs 8 per unit and discharging some part of stored power at any commercial place at Rs 15 as commercial rates are higher than domestic rates of electricity," he suggested.
 When the EV is not in use, some part of stored energy may be sold to others including the grid, another EV customer, even to some offices or homes.
 If a customer sells 20 units equivalent of power during this discharge, he will have Rs 140 earned. The power grid, at large, during peak hour, can also be supplemented by orderly managed owners of EVs with V2X feature.
 "One can imagine a parking lot of a mall where, hundreds of V2X electric cars are parked for more than 6-7 hours in a day which is equivalent to a mid-sized power plant of 5 to 10 megawatt range since each electric car has battery power of 20-25 kilowatts. Even if 30-40 per cent customers decide to sell power to grid, it would be good enough for that mall itself. All this would be executed through a mobile app," he said.
 "The project will develop a cyber physical network using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms," Mathur said. 
 However, the project faces some challenges, he said. The associated infrastructure at various commercial and non-commercial places to enable V2X EVs is a great challenge. 
 Developing battery swapping stations (BSS) is another aspect of the project as it would make EVs with V2X feature affordable because one does not have to buy a battery of EV that costs approximately 25-30 per cent of the total cost of the vehicle, Mathur said. 
 "This would just be like the refilling of gas cylinders we use. The opening of BSS has a huge commercial opportunity and many private players can be given option to open a BSS (similar to petrol pumps)," he added.

A BITS Pilani professor claims his students have found a way to EVs affordable

<ul><li>Twitter’s co founder, <keyword id="194394" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Biz-Stone">Biz Stone</keyword>, invests in ‘Visit’. </li><li>‘Visit’ is the innovation of BITS, <keyword id="6357476" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="pilani">Pilani</keyword> students. </li><li>The chatbot dispenses health advice using AI.</li></ul> Twitter co-founder, Biz Stone, has <a href="https://www.digit.in/machine-learning-and-ai/twitter-co-founder-invests-in-indian-ai-powered-health-chatbot-40664.html">invested</a> in the Delhi-based artificial intelligence (AI) company, Visit. The healthcare platform was created by students of the <keyword id="472692" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Birla-Institute-of-Technology-and-Science">Birla Institute of Technology and Science</keyword> (BITS), Pilani in <keyword id="6355588" type="LOCATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="rajasthan">Rajasthan</keyword>. Anurag Prasad, Vaibhav Singh, Shashvat Tripari and Chetan Anand came up with the idea of the AI-powered chatbot that dispenses health advice in 2016. The ‘advice’ it gives out is based on assisting doctors and learning from them. Stone <a href="https://medium.com/@biz/why-im-investing-in-visit-d3296c45d293">explains</a>, “People interact with the ‘Visit’ chatbot by sharing some symptoms. The bot follows up with relevant questions to collect more symptoms and risk factors (is the person hypertensive, diabetic, a smoker). This triaging is conversational and low stress.” How does Visit work? Visit takes queries from multiple people and learns from them. Since many queries will be the same, it allows the AI to learn more and pick patterns. In order to do so, Visit dispenses advice based on over 20,000 probabilistic relationships between variables (variables being family history, symptoms, conditions etc). This implies that if you have certain symptoms that may be more pertinent to a pre-existing condition in the family, then the probability calculations of that situation would be skewed to take that into consideration. The bot takes into account factors such as symptoms, risk factors, patient history, living conditions etc. Once the bot is able to determine which medical condition needs to be addressed, it connects the patient to a health specialist from anywhere across the country. Visit currently has over 2,000 doctors who can be contacted via video chat, phone or text. And it’s not a one-time deal. Patients will apparently have the option of keeping in touch with their practitioner for a follow-up. Stone also adds, “The objective is not to replace the doctor but to help practitioners in an assistive way by regular patient check-ins and reminders related to their care plan.” According to him, the goal behind Visit is to address the shortage of doctors in the nation using AI. In support of which he wrote - “Accessibility to quality health care advice is an overwhelming problem in a country with over 200 million people affected by lifestyle problems like stress, chronic conditions, obesity, skin conditions and more. This is where the technology approach by ‘Visit’ comes in.” The situation in India is <a href="http://indianexpress.com/article/india/less-than-one-doctor-for-1000-population-in-india-government-tells-lok-sabha-4760892/">reportedly</a> as bad a 921 patients per doctor. Platforms like Visit could make it easier for people to access healthcare services and doctors, exponentially. Visit isn’t alone in its endeavour. Many online consultancy services such as quickconsult, Practo, Portea and Zoylo already exist but they’re still depend on man-power exclusively. Visit has the potential to be largely self-reliant once the AI has reached a point where it has enough information.

Delhi-based health startup gets investment from Twitter co-founder

The <keyword id="6355630" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Securities-and-Exchange-Board-of-India">Securities and Exchange Board of India</keyword> (<keyword id="35210" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="sebi">Sebi</keyword>) is considering the possibility of an open offer under the takeover rules regarding the proposed merger of India’s leading telcos <keyword id="6354923" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Vodafone-India">Vodafone India</keyword> and <keyword id="6354924" type="PERSON" weightage="100" keywordseo="Idea-Cellular">Idea Cellular</keyword>. Reportedly, SEBI has also asked for clarifications about <keyword id="4757980" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Pilani-Investment-and-Industries-Corp">Pilani Investment and Industries Corp</keyword> buying 8.2 million Idea shares before making an official announcement about possible merger. Pilani Investment and Industries Corp is a part of the <keyword id="44373" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Aditya-Birla-Group">Aditya Birla Group</keyword>, which owns Idea Cellular. The resulting entity after the merger would have Vodafone holding a 50% stake initially, while the rest would be distributed amongst Aditya Birla Group (21.1%) and and public shareholders (28.9%). After some time, Vodafone will divest a 4.9% stake to the Aditya Birla Group, making it the owner of 26% stake, which would make an open offer possible. As per the takeover rules, if an entity acquires 25% of a listed firm, it has to make an open offer for an additional 26% from public shareholders. "Sebi's concern, which it expresses in cases like these, is the possibility of such a merger bypassing the takeover regulations," Sandeep Parekh, founder of Finsec Law Advisors, told <a href="http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/markets/stocks/news/vodafone-idea-merger-sebi-looks-at-open-offer-possibility/articleshow/59568774.cms">ET</a>. "Where nearly half the shareholding is moving into another set of hands and with a movement from sole to joint control, usually SEBI sees a court-approved process as a means to bypass shareholders' exit rights. They will then either ask for an open offer to be made or oppose the merger in court."

BITS Pilani’s international startup challenge ‘Conquest 2017’ is back. Get ready to be mentored by experts, funding of $1 million on offer

The winning projects were selected by the Jury in front of an audience comprising of students, faculty, innovators and industry leaders.

Its an alternative way to the currently established system based on face, fingerprint and iris and the students claim it can’t be spoofed or hacked. 
 
IIT Bombay: These students developed Li-Fi beacons. The product is basically a simple LED light source which can be connected to a receiver that can transmit dta in real time at a couple of GB/sec. 
 
IIT Varanasi: The IIT Varanasi team is working on a smart helmet which can be integrated with a two wheeler which - will keeps both the driver as well as the vehicle safe and secure by making it mandatory for the driver to put on the helmet and have a permissible alcohol breath level so as to be able to start the vehicle.

Edition of Ericsson Innovation Awards

Over a month back, we told you about the notices that <keyword id="56459" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="University-Grants-Commission">University Grants Commission</keyword> (<keyword id="44171" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="UGC">UGC</keyword>) sent to ten of India's best-known institutes, including TIFR, NMIMS, HBNI, and <keyword id="6442381" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="BITS-Pilani">BITS Pilani</keyword>. The notices had asked these universities to 'immediately' shut down their allegedly 'unauthorised' off-campus centres. 
 
However, one of these universities hasn’t quite liked the matter, and has moved to court to fight a legal battle. 
 
The institute in question is BITS, Pilani, an institute which is a deemed university and is quite reputed in India. Last week, the institute’s management filed a writ petition in the Delhi High Court, challenging the said UGC notice. The petition would be heard in the high court today. 
 
Senior advocate Harish Salve would be fighting the case for BITS Pilani, and would aim to seek a stay on UGC's closure orders for its off-campus centres. 
 
BITS-Pilani has in the past opined that the 2010 deemed university guidelines quoted in the UGC notice had "no statutory force, and the establishment of our campuses pre-dates the regulations in question, which are prospective in nature, and further that the validity of these regulations is itself sub judice, and so it is beyond the legal power of UGC to issue such a notice".

BITS Pilani drags UGC to court over shutting down of off-campus centres

<keyword id="56459" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="University-Grants-Commission">University Grants Commission</keyword>, which is responsible for the regulation and maintenance of higher education in the country, has directed ten Indian institutions to immediately close their off-campus centres. The commission has said that these centres are "unauthorised" and have been set up against policies. These institutes include some highly reputed names like <keyword id="176817" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Tata-Institute-of-Fundamental-Research">Tata Institute of Fundamental Research</keyword>, Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies University, <keyword id="697241" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Homi-Bhabha-National-Institute">Homi Bhabha National Institute</keyword>, and <keyword id="6442381" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="BITS-Pilani">BITS Pilani</keyword>. The other names include <keyword id="115839" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Birla-Institute-of-Technology">Birla Institute of Technology</keyword>, <keyword id="80267" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Mesra">Mesra</keyword>, <keyword id="1630220" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Indian-School-of-Mines-Dhanbad">Indian School of Mines Dhanbad</keyword>, <keyword id="1406039" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Banasthali-University">Banasthali University</keyword> (Rajasthan), Ponnaiyah Ramajayam Institute of Science and Technology (PRIST), <keyword id="94112" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="100" keywordseo="Indian-Veterinary-Research-Institute">Indian Veterinary Research Institute</keyword> (IVRI) in Uttar Pradesh and The Lakshmibai National University of Physical Education (LNIPE) in Gwalior, which is sponsored by the youth affairs ministry. In a 2009 report of the HRD ministry, all these universities come under nation’s top rated institutes, except PRIST. 
 Sunita Siwach, Deputy Secretary of <keyword id="44171" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="UGC">UGC</keyword>, sent out notices to these ten institutions last week. The notices said that these centres have been established in violation of clause 6 of the UGC guidelines and Article 12(5) of the Deemed University regulations of 2010. These institutions have been given a month to submit a report on the action that they take regarding these centres. 
 
However, the reactions from these institutes have not been too positive. Prof RB Grover, who serves as the vice-chancellor of Homi Bhabha National Institute, was surprised at this sudden move by the commission. "We have not yet received the communication but we are quite taken aback at this. This has to be some misunderstanding and we would like a dialogue with them on the matter," he told ET. "It is quite surprising as UGC as per its own gazette notification has approved HBNI as a deemed university with all its ten constituents. If there are some recent changes, then they must give us sufficient time to meet new requirements. Asking us to close these down will be very perturbing," he continued. 
 
The notice also said that these centres were established without an approval by the ministry of human resource and development, and if these are not closed, "necessary action" would be initiated.

10 Top Indian institutes to soon down their
shutters on the UGC’s orders

JAIPUR: Technology and e-commerce players have taken the lead over companies in core industries during the campus placements at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS)-Pilani. And <keyword id="6355629" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Google">Google</keyword> has offered an annual package of Rs 1.40 crore to students selected this year, sources said. The institute hopes to break its last year record of Rs 1.44 crore, offered to one of its students by <keyword id="6354576" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Facebook">Facebook</keyword>. 
 With companies such as Linkedln, <keyword id="10387" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Microsoft">Microsoft</keyword>, Flipkart, Schlumberger, <keyword id="6361649" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Goldman-Sachs">Goldman Sachs</keyword> and <keyword id="18635" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Amazon">Amazon</keyword> also visiting the campus, students eye big offers. All these companies have increased their compensation offer by 5-25%, indicating a better job scenario. 
 
The BITS placement session for 2014 started off with Google, which conducted its first round (written) on August 18 at the Pilani campus. The company's HR team is slated to visit India in the first week of September. 
 "A good number of students sat for the first round. We hope that a few of our students will make to the final selection," said G Balasubramanium, chief <keyword id="199325" type="POSITION" weightage="20" keywordseo="placement-officer">placement officer</keyword> at BITS-Pilani. 
 
This year, 2,300 BITS students are eligible for campus placements — 53 were placed in two days, with the highest domestic package of Rs 23.5 lakh. Microsoft and Schlumberger have also shortlisted students. Both have offered more than Rs 70-lakh annual package to BITS students. 
 
Overall, BITS has placed 150 students at its three centres — Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad. In Goa and Hyderabad, the placement session started on August 13. Facebook, which visited BITS for three consecutive years till last year and offered the highest package in 2013, is not scheduled to visit the campus this year. 
 
The placement officer admitted that attracting these big companies wouldn't have been possible without the support of the alumni who have a wide network among companies. The institute is confident that by the end of April 2015, 100% students will get placements.

A few students have shown interest in public sector undertakings (PSUs) due to revised pay grades. 
 
Many students here have opted out of placement session to open their own startups. Balasubramanium said among those who opted out of placement sessions, 10 have already started their companies, mostly in IT and communication.

Google Offers Rs 1.4 Crore Pay At BITS-Pilani

MUMBAI: Flush with funds and hungry for growth, a bunch of startups is gearing up to stake claim on talent at India’s top campuses. 
 
As placements unfold over the next few months at the IITs, IIMs and other institutes, these startups look on track to give traditional heavyweights a run for their money in the battle for talent. 
 
Ten startups that ET spoke to are collectively looking to hire more than 850 graduates across leading business schools, engineering colleges and graduate schools this fiscal. 
 From established names such as <keyword id="6354742" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Flipkart">Flipkart</keyword>, TaxiForSure and <keyword id="1006428" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Olacabs">Olacabs</keyword> to campus newbies like Vizury and <keyword id="2463175" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="CodeNation">CodeNation</keyword>, almost all are hiring in greater numbers than before, armed with attractive pay packages and the promise of greater responsibilities and faster growth for potential hires. 
 
Barely six months after being registered as a company, enterprise software developer CodeNation is already one of the most coveted recruiters at engineering campuses such as National Institutes of Technology (NITs), offering salaries of Rs 24 lakh. One of the last to go to the campuses last season, it hired 12 engineering graduates in March 2014. 
 
This time, it plans to net the best early on from the IITs, NITs, IIITs (Indian Institutes of Information Technology), DTU (Delhi Technological University) and PESIT (PES Institute of Technology). "We went to campuses very late (last time), but do not want to do the same this time. We plan to hire 50 students from the best colleges," said Anuja Sivaram, head of operations at CodeNation. 
 Another relatively new name is Bangalore-based big data analytics startup Vizury. Last year, it went to two <keyword id="2470783" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="BITS-Pilani-University">BITS Pilani University</keyword> campuses with seven offers. The startup, which in June saw a third round of <keyword id="6357455" type="EVENT" weightage="20" keywordseo="Funding">funding</keyword> totaling $16 million from new and existing investors, is planning to recruit more this year. "We plan to hire 25-30 engineers from IITs, BITS Pilani University, NITs and IIIT campuses for our product engineering team. Students will be working on cuttingedge analytics and advertising technology platforms," said Subra Krishnan, vice-president in charge of products. 
 
Taxi-service startup Olacabs, fresh after raising Rs 250 crore last month, is on an expansion mode. 
 
To drive its growth plans, the company is in the market for 100 new hires from IITs and IIMs, compared with 40 it recruited last year, said co-founder and Chief Executive Bhavish Aggarwal. 
 
Rival TaxiForSure, on its part, is heading to engineering campuses for the first time this year. Until now the company hired engineers laterally. "We will head to IIT-Madras and IIT-Bombay for the first time. Now we have five engineering managers who can train the new recruits and therefore there is sufficient leadership to hire from engineering campuses," said human resources head TN Hari. 
 While it hasn’t decided on the number of engineering students to be recruited, the startup will hire 25 from IIMs in Bangalore, <keyword id="6354925" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Kolkata">Kolkata</keyword>, Ahmedabad and Lucknow as well as the <keyword id="6357275" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Indian-School-of-Business">Indian School of Business</keyword>. 
 Online retailer Flipkart, last year’s biggest <keyword id="41007" type="POSITION" weightage="20" keywordseo="recruiter">recruiter</keyword> in the startup space, declined to share numbers for this year but is expected to at least match last year’s hiring tally. 
The Bangalore-based company, which made an entry into the ET Top Recruiters at B-schools survey for the first time this year, hired more than 275 students from across campuses, including 90 management trainees, 115 graduate trainees and 70 software development engineers last season.

What helps these startups attract talent other than strong hiring numbers is a vibrant work environment, and salaries that are as competitive as many established organisations. TaxiForSure, for instance, will be offering packages ofRs 8-10 lakh at IITs. At IIMs, salaries will range between Rs 12 lakh and Rs 25 lakh, compared with Rs 12-18 lakh last year. 
 Mobile marketing and communications startup <keyword id="416397" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="ZipDial">ZipDial</keyword>, which intends to hire around 20 students this year, says while its fixed salaries may be slightly lower than market rates, top performers stand to make much more in terms of variable bonuses and employee equity grants. LimeRoad.com, which operates an online shopping platform for women, will offer employee stock option programmes. 
 Restaurant-guide startup <keyword id="830092" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Zomato">Zomato</keyword> is offering around Rs 15 lakh a year while property listings portal <keyword id="1960231" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Housing-com">Housing.com</keyword> will be shelling out anywhere between Rs 12 lakh and Rs 18 lakh. 
 Mumbai-based Housing.com, which raised Rs 115 crore in a new round of funding in June, was in fact, a <keyword id="2470782" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="first-day-recruiter">first-day recruiter</keyword> at <keyword id="2470784" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="IITKharagpur">IITKharagpur</keyword> placement rounds last December, sharing space with the likes of <keyword id="6355629" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Google">Google</keyword> and <keyword id="43340" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Oracle">Oracle</keyword>. 
 
This year, as well, several startups are likely to be among the first and second day recruiters at prestigious campuses, a privilege usually reserved for big-ticket recruiters. 
 
"The culture of entrepreneurship that startups provide, the growth opportunities and the challenging work environment are all very attractive to a number of students," said Punj Rajan, a student placement committee member at IIT-Kharagpur. "They actually want several startups to be among the companies slotted in the first few days of placements." Rajan had interned with Jabong.com during summer. Even B-schools are ready to make extra efforts to attract more startups. 
 
IIM-Bangalore last year organised a separate day for startups to come and hire from the executive MBA batch. "Startups often offer senior positions and if they need more time and rounds, we are ready to stretch for them. In the near future, we may have separate startup fairs for our flagship PGP batch too," said Sapna Agarwal, head of career development services at IIM-Bangalore. 
 
Not surprisingly, Advitiya Sharma, co-founder of Housing.com, says he has been flooded by invitations from top colleges. His plans are not firmed up as yet, but he intends to hire around 25 people from IITs and a similar number from IIMs across software, analytics, operations and tech roles. 
 
Another startup, Wooqer, has already made three pre-placement offers at Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur. It plans to hire 25 students across IITs and a couple of NITs, and intends to reach out to IIM-Indore, IIM-Bangalore, SP Jain Institute of Management &amp; Research and NMIMS soon. 
 
Salaries will range from Rs 13 lakh toRs 17 lakh. Other institutes including graduate and design schools are also being targeted by these startups. 
 
Upasana Nath, chief recruitment officer at Zomato, said besides the 40 students it will be hiring from engineering colleges like the IITs and senior leadership profiles from IIMs and ISB, it will be taking on board 200 for front line sales and content operations from graduate colleges in Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore. Suchi Mukherjee, CEO &amp; co-founder of LimeRoad.com, said the startup intends to get 30-50 people from campuses alone. IITs in Delhi, Kanpur, Mumbai and Chennai will be the focus for technology and IIMs in Ahmedabad, Bangalore and Kolkata for product managers, marketing and category managers.
