The government has raised over Rs 4.04 lakh crore through disinvestment and strategic sale of public sector enterprises since the Modi government came into power in 2014, the <keyword id="47209" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="finance-ministry" source="Orion">Finance Ministry</keyword> said on Tuesday. Of this, the largest amount totalling over ₹1.07 lakh crore through offer for sale in 59 cases. This was followed by a stake sale through <keyword id="181067" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="exchange-traded-fund" source="Orion">Exchange Traded Fund</keyword> (ETF) in 10 tranches, aggregating to ₹98,949 crore. Strategic sales in 10 companies, including <keyword id="2573" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="air-india" source="Orion">Air India</keyword>, yielded Rs 69,412 crore to the exchequer in the last 8 years. Share buyback in 45 cases fetched ₹45,104 crore. 17 CPSEs were listed since 2014-15, which yielded Rs 50,386 crore. Of this, the initial pub<keyword id="6367143" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="lic" source="Orion">lic</keyword> offering (IPO) of LIC alone fetched the government Rs 20,516 crore. The additional market capitalisation of ₹7.31 lakh crore was achieved through new listings, the ministry said. Apple's market value grows by $102 billion after report says the company aims to produce electric cars by 2024

Shares of nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer manufacturer CF Industries are ripping after <keyword id="700504" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Dan-Loeb">Dan Loeb</keyword>'s Third Point LLC said in an investment letter that it had taken a stake.

Equity Position: CF Industries 6 
CF Industries is North America’s largest nitrogen fertilizer manufacturer and one of the lowest-cost producers globally. CF currently trades at an unwarranted discount to fertilizer and commodity chemical peers. We believe its structural cash flow generation strength is misunderstood and that management should deliver a much larger dividend to its shareholders. Such a dividend would highlight the sustainability of its cash flow generation and lead to a substantial re-rating. 
CF’s access to low-cost North American natural gas – the primary input in nitrogen fertilizer production – gives the company a structural, sustainable margin capture relative to global peers with higher input costs. These same competitors provide a floor for the nitrogen fertilizer price, because they idle production when the price nears their cost (“the cost floor”). The spread between CF’s production cost and that of the higher cost producers is a sustainable stream of cash flow for CF, with limited volatility. Using an onerous set of assumptions for this spread ($5 Henry Hub/natural gas input cost and $275 per ton nitrogen fertilizer price),we estimate that this cash flow stream would be ~$1.2 billion annually (operating free cash flow less maintenance CapEx, post expansion). On today’s equity value, that would mean CF is currently trading at an 11% free cash flow yield using these onerous assumptions. Given the low-risk profile of this portion of CF’s cash flow, it should receive a bond-like multiple (e.g. 7 - 8% yield), which alone implies significant upside to the current share price.
CF management has the ability to highlight the value of this stable cash flow stream by paying a significant portion of it as a dividend. A high dividend payout would still leave CF’s leverage well below the 3x debt to EBITDA criteria that Moody’s recently established as adequate to maintain their current debt rating of Baa2.

My search for a great vitamin C serum kept leading me back to one product: the <a href="http://www.anrdoezrs.net/links/6415797/type/dlg/https://www.dermstore.com/product_C+E+Ferulic_5230.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic serum</a>. Since it's release in 2005, this serum has been a favorite among self-labeled skin-care experts and dermatologists alike for its scientifically-based formula. That sounded well and good to me, but there's a catch - a one ounce bottle costs $166.I'm all for a skincare splurge every now and then, but $166 is a hard pill to swallow. I wondered, then: Would a cheaper vitamin C serum do the trick? So, I figured, why not compare these two serums and see if the cheaper one stacked up?<h2>Why vitamin C so important for the skin</h2>I was excited to begin this skin experiment, but in order to help me - and hopefully you - understand what makes vitamin C the elixir of choice for getting that dewy glow, I reached out to a dermatologist for an expert opinion. <a href="http://www.drdendyengelman.com/about2.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Dr. Dendy Engelman</a> is a board-certified dermatologic surgeon and celebrity dermatologist. Currently, she works as an MD at Manhattan Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery as well as a clinical assistant professor and director of dermatologic surgery at the Metropolitan Hospital Center. Here's why Dr. Engelman says adding a vitamin C serum is so beneficial, in scientific terms: After that little science lesson, I had a better understanding of why a vitamin C serum is so important and felt ready to take on this experiment and test these serums out. <h2>My testing method</h2>To make a fair comparison, I decided to use the serums at the same. Skin can be fickle and since I can't control external variables that may cause unwanted flare-ups, doing a half-half method seemed like the best way to judge each products effectiveness. Everything else in my skincare routine would be left as is - I'd fit the serums in after using a gentle cleanser, but before layering on a lightweight lotion, eye cream, and sunscreen. Both serums feel lightweight and absorb nicely into my skin. I let each side dry, then follow up with my regular lotion and sunscreen. After a few days, all I notice is a pimple smack dab in the middle of my forehead - an area where I rarely break out. I wonder if that could be attributed to the new products, or was just a fluke. Either way, I continue the routine. Week two: It hasn't been long, but I haven't noticed much of a difference on either side. At dinner with family though, I get asked if I'm the youngest child. I had taken a picture of my skin before starting the routine, so I decide to take a new set of pictures and compare. Looking at the pictures side by side, I finally have my "wow" moment. I have sun spots and some freckles, but I've never really thought of them as a skin concern - not cosmetically at least. I've come to terms with their existence and for the most part, forget they're even there. As Dr. Engelman stated, both products can work, it really just depends what you are looking for in the product. If you are just looking to delve into the world of vitamin C serums as a means of getting even, glowy skin, I think TruSkin Naturals will do the trick. If you are specifically targeting fine lines and discoloration, <a href="http://www.anrdoezrs.net/links/6415797/type/dlg/https://www.dermstore.com/product_C+E+Ferulic_5230.htm" target="_blank" rel="noopener">SkinCeuticals</a> will likely yield better results. Ultimately, neither of these products changed my life - at least not yet. While at first that disappointed me a little, it's for the best. Plenty of skincare products reap immediate rewards, but a vitamin C serum is something that helps protect your skin for the long haul, which I know in a few years I'll be grateful for. Neither of these products are quick fixes, and while a one ounce bottle will last you a long time (you only use a few drops each day), keeping up with a $166 skincare habit is not necessarily sustainable. Luckily, there are plenty more topical Vitamin C products to choose from, that may <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/what-does-vitamin-c-serum-do-for-skin-2018-8" target="_blank" rel="noopener">work better for your skin type and budget</a>.For now, I am going to transition to SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic full time with the hopes that it will help lessen the discoloration and veins on the other side of my face, too.
