After launching its first mid-range premium smartphone Nord that became a thumping success, <keyword id="2210217" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="oneplus">OnePlus</keyword> is now planning to unveil another device with Snapdragon 662 or 665 chip for a price tag between Rs 16,000-Rs 18,000. While OPPO is expected to launch a phone with Snapdragon 662 chipset early September under Rs 20,000, OnePlus will follow suit at the end of September with its own phone in similar range and specifications, reports GizmoChina. The Snapdragon 662 is an octa-core chipset that sits barely below the Snapdragon 665 processor. OnePlus has also received certification for an 18W charger. The upcoming phone may come bundled with the new charger. The OnePlus Nord starts at Rs 24,999 for 6GB of RAM and 64GB storage. It is priced at Rs 27,999 for 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and goes up till Rs 29,999 for the high-end 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage variant. Meanwhile, the company is planning to launch OnePlus 8T and 8T Pro with a 64MP camera at the rear. Since the OnePlus 8 series and OnePlus Nord support a 48MP main camera, it is likely that the upcoming OnePlus 8T series is the one that will get upgraded to 64MP. The OnePlus 8T could be expected to get an enhanced 65W Super Warp charge, along with a 1002W fast charging tech.

The next OnePlus smartphone could cost under ₹20,000

Chinese smartphone maker <keyword id="2210217" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="oneplus">OnePlus</keyword> is reportedly planning to launch '<keyword id="10136501" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="OnePlus-9">OnePlus 9</keyword>' sometime around mid-March next year. This apparent launch date would be roughly a month earlier than the <keyword id="8178911" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="oneplus-8">OnePlus 8</keyword> series, which was launched on April 14 this year, reports Android Central. The OnePlus 9 will most likely incorporate some of the features from the <keyword id="9184481" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="OnePlus-8T">OnePlus 8T</keyword> like support for 65W fast charging and a 120Hz refresh rate display. The smartphone may feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 processor expected to launch in December 2020. The device is also expected to feature an improved set of cameras and a better battery life with faster-charging speeds compared to OnePlus 8T. OnePlus 9 with Snapdragon 875 and 65W fast charging expected to launch in March 2021

Smartphone brand OnePlus on Monday announced two new phones in its affordable Nord lineup called the N10 5G and N100. The N10 5G starts at 349 euros and is powered by a Snapdragon 690 chip. The N100 starts at 199 euros and is powered by a Snapdragon 460 chip, reports The Verge. The company said both the devices will be available on other countries "at a later date," following the European release. The N100 will arrive in the UK on November 10 with the N10 5G following later in November. The 6.5-inch <keyword id="9955485" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="oneplus-nord-n10-5g">OnePlus Nord N10 5G</keyword> has 6GB RAM and 128GB expandable storage, along with a 4,300mAh battery with Warp Charge 30T. OnePlus announces Nord N10 5G and Nord 100 affordable smartphones

India’s wearable shipments rise by 2.1% in Q1 2024, average price declines

Chinese smartphone maker <keyword id="1731609" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Oppo">OPPO</keyword> on Friday confirmed to launch a new phone under its A-series with 90Hz display in India on August 25. "Built to empower users with advanced technology, <keyword id="3157884" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="Oppo-A53">OPPO A53</keyword> will carry forward the legacy of the A series and offer an incredibly fluid and smooth display at a more affordable price," the company said in a statement. In India, the smartphone will be priced under Rs 15,000, the company informed. In terms of specifications, the smartphone features a 6.53-inch HD+ LCD display with 1600 x 720 pixels resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 460 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The storage can be expanded up to 256GB via micro-SD card slot.
