Christened <keyword id="448875" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="100" keywordseo="Antilia">Antilia</keyword>, after a mythical island of the same name in the <keyword id="66318" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Atlantic-Ocean">Atlantic Ocean</keyword>, this mansion sits on one of the expensive localities in Mumbai, Altamount Road where square feet of area might cost you Rs 80,000. 
 Antilia was designed by Chicago-based architects <keyword id="164946" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Perkins">Perkins</keyword> and Will, with the Australian-based construction company <keyword id="459361" type="ORGANIZATION" weightage="20" keywordseo="Leighton-Holdings">Leighton Holdings</keyword> taking charge of its construction

Birla outpaced his rivals in a day-long auction and has already paid a 10% token of the entire amount. 
 
The Birla family presently resides at Mangalyan at Altamount Road. 
 
Jatia House is among the most sought after <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/Realty-Check-Bollywood-Stars-Who-Have-Bought-Property-Abroad/articleshow/40667429.cms">residential locations</a> in south Mumbai. The Jatias purchased the bungalow in 1972 from Meher Cawasji Vakeel. 
 
The transaction is the most expensive in the city. Earlier, Sajjan Jindal's bought Maheshwari House in 2012 for Rs 400 crore and industrialist <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Adi+Godrej">Adi Godrej</a> paid Rs 372 crore for Mehrangir, <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/Homi-Bhabhas-Bungalow-Put-On-The-Block-Priced-At-Rs-257-Crore/articleshow/31939480.cms">the iconic bungalow of Homi Jehangir</a>, father of India's atomic energy programme.

Kumar Mangalam Birla now owns the costliest bungalow in Mumbai, buys sea-facing Jatia House for Rs 425 crore

<ul><li>This is the second instance of <keyword id="10924" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="ambani" source="Orion">Ambani</keyword> family getting threats on the hospital landline number.</li><li><keyword id="3820" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="mukesh-ambani" source="Orion">Mukesh Ambani</keyword> currently has a Z-Plus security cover, provided by the Central government.</li><li>In 2013, a letter sent in the name of terror outfit Indian <keyword id="1336187" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="mujahidin" source="Orion">Mujahidin</keyword> was delivered to Ambani's Maker Chambers office. </li></ul> Calls received by a hospital run by the Reliance Foundation threatening to kill Mukesh Ambani and his family members were the latest of the threats received by the billionaire industrialist. Mumbai Police on Thursday arrested Rakesh Kumar Mishra (30) from Darbhanga in Bihar for allegedly making calls to Sir H N Reliance Foundation Hospital here in the last two days, threatening to blow up the hospital and kill Ambani, his wife Nita and sons Akash and Anant. The caller had also threatened to blow up Antilia, the famous south Mumbai residence of the Ambani family on Altamount Road in South Mumbai . According of the city police, this is the second instance of Ambani family getting threats on the hospital landline number. On August 15 this year, the hospital had received at least nine calls threatening the Reliance Industries chairman and his family members, said an official. <keyword id="15181308" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="bishnu-vidu-bhoumik" source="Orion">Bishnu Vidu Bhoumik</keyword> (56) was arrested in connection with the calls. In November 2021, Mumbai Police increased the security outside Antilia following a tip given by a taxi driver about a possible threat, but investigation found there was no such threat. But an incident involving threat to the Ambani family earlier that year made national headlines and shook the state government. On February 25, 2021, an explosive-laden SUV was found parked on Carmichael Road in South Mumbai, near the Ambani residence. Police recovered a printed threat note inside along with gelatin sticks. The note this was only a "trailer" and there would be assembled explosives next time instead of just loose sticks. <keyword id="10875173" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="mansukh-hiran" source="Orion">Mansukh Hiran</keyword>, a Thane-based businessman, told police the SUV had been stolen from his possession. But the matter took a grim turn when Hiran was found dead in a creek in Thane a few days later, and an Assistant Inspector of Mumbai crime branch, <keyword id="1006310" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="sachin-waze" source="Orion">Sachin Waze</keyword> was arrested for alleged involvement in parking the SUV near Antilia and also for Hiran's murder. The affair also led to Mumbai Police Commissioner <keyword id="8848108" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="param-bir" source="Orion">Param Bir</keyword> Singh being shunted out. An angry Singh then accused then home minister Anil Deshmukh of asking police to collect money from bars in Mumbai; Deshmukh subsequently resigned and the CBI registered a corruption case against him. Mukesh Ambani currently has a Z-Plus security cover, provided by the Central government. The Central Industrial Security Force provides security to his residence. In 2013, a letter sent in the name of terror outfit Indian Mujahidin was delivered to Ambani's Maker Chambers office in Nariman Point area. It threatened him for supporting then Gujarat Chief Minister <keyword id="6354477" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="narendra-modi" source="Orion">Narendra Modi</keyword>. Mukesh Ambani's younger brother and industrialist Anil Ambani was in news for reason related to security in 2009 when pebbles were discovered in the fuel tank of his chopper. It was suspected that it was a sabotage attempt. 1. <keyword id="424838" type="PERSON" weightage="80" keywordseo="Jack-Ma">Jack Ma</keyword>: Jack Ma, who founded <keyword id="302749" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Alibaba">Alibaba</keyword> and is its Executive Chairman was rejected from as many as 30 jobs, including a job at KFC before he became the richest man in China. His e-commerce company, Alibaba attracts 100 million shoppers a day and his real time net-worth is a whopping $21.9 billion. But, being the richest person in China didn’t come easy to Ma. He went through a lot of rejection before seeing all the unprecedented success. 
 
For starters, Ma revealed in a recent interview that he failed a college entrance exam three times. Unfortunately, it didn’t just end there. Ma faced more obstacles when he founded Alibaba in 1998. The brand didn't turn profitable for the first three years, and Ma had to get creative. 
One of the company's main challenges was that it had no way to do payments and no banks would work with him. This is when he decided to start his own payment program called Alipay. The program transfers payments of different currencies between international buyers and sellers. 
 
"So many people I talked to at that time about Alipay, they said, 'this is the stupidest idea you've ever had,'" he said. "I didn't care if it was stupid as long as people could use it." 
 
Today, 800 million people use Alipay. 
 
 
 
2. Dhirubhai Ambani: Dhirubhai Hirachand Ambani, the founder of <keyword id="6355199" type="CITY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Reliance-Industries">Reliance Industries</keyword> came from a family of moderate means. He started his entrepreneurial career by selling "pakora" to pilgrims in Mount Girnar over the weekends. When he was 16 years old, he moved to Aden, Yemen. He worked with A. Besse &amp; Co. for a salary of Rs.300. Two years later, A. Besse &amp; Co. became the distributors for Shell products, and Dhirubhai was promoted to manage the company’s filling station at the port of Aden. 
 
In 1962, he returned to India and started the Reliance Commercial Corporation with a capital of Rs.15,000. The primary business of Reliance Commercial Corporation was to import polyester yarn and export spices. During this period, Dhirubhai and his family used to stay in one bedroom apartment at the Jaihind Estate in Bhuleshwar, Mumbai. In 1968, he moved to an upmarket apartment at Altamount Road in South Mumbai. Ambani's net worth was estimated at about Rs.1 million by late 1960s. 
 
Ambani's greatest achievement was that he showed Indians what was possible. With no Oxford or Yale degree and no family capital, he achieved to build an ultramodern, profitable, global enterprise in India itself. What's more, ‘he enlisted four million Indians, a generation weaned on nanny-state socialism, in an adventure in can-do capitalism, convincing them to load up on Reliance stock’. 
 
 
 
3. <keyword id="969806" type="PERSON" weightage="80" keywordseo="Kevin-Systrom">Kevin Systrom</keyword>: <keyword id="819905" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="Instagram">Instagram</keyword>’s CEO Kevin Systrom will go down history as one of the greatest <keyword id="6357722" type="COMPANY" weightage="80" keywordseo="silicon-valley">Silicon Valley</keyword> success stories of this generation. Systrom who was responsible for introducing the photo-sharing app to the world had infact no formal engineering training. While working in the marketing department at Nextstop, which Facebook acquired in 2010, he would spend his evenings learning to program.
