As different markets slowly opened up, the <keyword id="1938159" type="PERSON" weightage="20" keywordseo="cinema-industry">cinema industry</keyword> facilitated a safe environment for their consumers as per government mandates. However, the audience is still wary about going to cinema halls and multiplexes in India are going out of their way to woo consumers back. They are tweaking their marketing strategies to reach to their consumers at different touch points in their ticketing journey and coming up with new ideas to use their premises. Multiplex chain <keyword id="105311" type="DOMAIN" weightage="20" keywordseo="INOX-Leisure">INOX Leisure</keyword> has come with an innovative solution to this problem. It has opened up its cinema halls for private screenings. It allows guests to reserve an entire INOX auditorium for a private show, entirely for their family members and friends. The guests get to choose the content of their choice, either from the current playlist, or an old blockbuster. The movies are available in Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Bengali, Kannada and Gujarati. “We are planning to organise a lot of live events, invest in alternative content. You can have your birthday parties, anniversary celebrations, organise a planned marriage proposal, they can use the auditorium for any memorable occasion. You can do an office workshop and even organise a wedding. In fact, we also wanted to do an opera in one of our cinemas. So, sky is the limit,” said Saurabh Varma, Chief Marketing Officer, INOX. Sharing the idea behind these private screenings, Varma added, “With this, we want to make INOX a venue for entertainment that allows you to do a large amount of things that build memories and you cherish it forever. The pricing of these auditoriums are extremely affordable -- as less as Rs 2,999.” INOX has also tied-up with brand partners like Olympix, sporting channels to screen events in the auditorium. Apart from that, the multiplex is also going to organise video gaming competitions and planning to organise stand-up comedy shows within its premises. INOX is currently spread across 68 cities in India and is opening rapidly. Word of mouth has already started working its magic and INOX has seen a good response coming in from the audience. Verma said, “Thanks to Durga Puja, a lot of families approached us in Bengal. Thanks to various supporters of INOX who have spread the word. We have also tied up with local event organisers to reach out to more consumers.” Moreover, INOX has also tied up with social media influencers and is using social media actively to reach out to a wider audience and win their trust. For the first three months of the current financial year, INOX reported a loss of ₹73.64 crore, while revenues fell by almost 100%. However, Varma is confident that the audience will come back for private screenings and cinema will be back to normal by March-April. Voicing his optimism, Varma said, “Cinemas have been providing a mental escape to millions since decades, and would continue to do so in the post-pandemic world. We believe that a large segment of our audiences would feel more comfortable enjoying a movie, with just their family members and friends, or even by themselves. Cinema in India is here to stay. We can see that because of the kind of content that is made available in our country. Every movie is at least made in 5 languages. People are also more accepting of change now. They watch a Tamil movie in Bengal. By March or April, you will see amazing people coming to cinema to catch these movies. So I think the business is only going to grow and that’s our hope and vision we are working towards. We are confident that it will happen. Cinema will also complement OTT in a big way. PVR has said that over one lakh tickets have been pre-booked for the coming weekend. “Finally, some relief for the industry. received #Brahmāstra *day-wise data* (advance booking) of a leading multiplex chain. Observations say that tickets sold are at 11,558 which is a very positive start, since advance opened at select locations only,” <a href="https://twitter.com/taran_adarsh/status/1565973786368675841?t=OJ1okV-x7JlFgPVi5qq65g&amp;s=19">tweeted business analyst </a>Taran Adarsh. On the basis of strong advance bookings, Elara Capital expects a strong opening with earnings of ₹20-22 crore over the weekend. “The lifetime box office (collection) for the film is estimated to be in a wide range of ₹130-200 crore, basis the strong advances,” says a media note by the brokerage firm. However, the science fiction movie as it’s being called, has been made over a massive budget of ₹410 crore and even if the upper end is breached it will earn only half of what was spent on its making. The movie is bankrolled by Karan Johar owned Dharma Productions along with Starlight Pictures, Prime Focus and Star Studios. The movie stars Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt and is the first of the franchise of three movies. “Brahmastra is the first sci-fi based Hindi franchise, and augurs well, as audiences want to watch large scale content in cinemas with visual effects. The film has seen strong acceptance/advances in the premium format screens (Imax, 3D etc), given the nature of content,” said Karan Taurani of Elara Capital. Word-of-mouth publicity But even for the movie to earn ₹200 crore, it would need a lot of good reviews that would bring the audience to the theatres. “We believe a positive word of mouth and audience acceptance can help the film breach the upper end. It will be tough to provide any concrete estimates unless we get to know reviews, as most recent estimates have been revised downwards post reviews. Hope it’s the other way round (positive side) for Brahmāstra as it’s a very large franchise movie and Hindi Box Office desperately needs a hit movie,” says Taurani. However, if the movie turns out to be a hit, it could rake in the moolah for theatre owners who have been hurt by the dismal performance of the much-hyped recent film releases – <keyword id="4632769" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Liger" source="Orion">Liger</keyword> and <keyword id="14924108" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="Lal-Singh-Chaddha-" source="Orion">Lal Singh Chaddha.</keyword> “A film like Brahmāstra can provide support (to) ticket prices and spend-per-head growth too, as the film is available in multiple premium formats – average ticket price and spend per head have been 15-25% higher than pre-Covid levels until last quarter for multiplex chains,” said Taurani. The movie will be released in 3D, IMAX 3D and 4DX 3D formats across theatres, this Friday. Moreover, since it’s dubbed in multiple languages, it can bring in 15-20% of the business from regional markets too. Brahmāstra hits the advance booking bulls eye but needs word of mouth publicity

Not even in the hay days, when movies were a key source of entertainment. Now, at a time when theaters are struggling with occupancies and footfalls, India’s largest multiplex chain has brought out its PVR INOX Passport. For ₹699, consumers can watch 10 movies in a month on weekdays but without access to its IMAX, Gold, LUXE and Director's Cut services. Even as the movie industry saw post-pandemic successes with RRR, Pathan, <keyword id="6498265" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="pushpa" source="Orion">Pushpa</keyword> and Rocky and Rani Ki Prem Kahani, occupancies haven’t yet hit pre-Covid levels. Now, PVR is hopeful that with this limited period offer, they can bring back some of those who have lost the habit of watching movies on the screen. “The three significant target groups we are focusing on are students, housewives, and senior citizens, where we believe lies a great opportunity. We expect this innovative offering will not only revitalize weekday cinema attendance but also introduce a new dimension to how our patrons interact with and enjoy the world of cinema,” said Gautam Dutta, co-CEO of PVR INOX. The big screens are being hurt by OTT’s weekly and monthly launches of shows and direct-to-OTT movies. Moreover, GenZs with mobiles and easy data access, find little allure of watching movies in a size larger than life. Unlimited OTTs plus limited theatrical releases PVR is trying to build a habit of making movie watching a social outing that it has been for generations before. OTTs have also upped their ante during the pandemic and has brought back movie loving public into its fold. The time lag between a theatrical release and their satellite/OTT debuts have come down drastically. In some cases, it’s a matter of a few weeks. Added to that, a few superstar-starring, much awaited movies are going directly to OTTs. Case in point – Knives Out ‘Glass Onion’ starring Daniel Craig had a ‘limited’ release before it hit Netflix. Even Martin Scorsese planned the same for his ‘Killers of the Flower Moon’ but canceled it. There are more examples closer home too. One of Bollywood’s most-awaited debuts with three star kids directed by Zoya Akhtar is The Archies. The off-beat movie starring Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, Amitabh Bachchan’s grandson Agastya Nanda, and late actress Sridevi’s daughter Khushi Kapoor, is coming to Netflix. More reason for the young to subscribe to Netflix and chill, instead of making a movie date. “This move may eventually bring the youth back to the cinemas, which will be a big positive structural trigger. The only ponderable is if lower pricing or good content would be the decider to usher in this change,” says Karan Taurani, research analyst at Elara Capital in a note on the offer. Without the price-barrier If there ever was a good way to bring back young people to try something, price reduction is the way to go. Many apps and new-age businesses are built on this theory. PVR’s Passport plan however does zero or no damage to their economics. As per Elara’s calculations, pan-India, annual average occupancy for exhibitors for weekdays (Monday-Thursday) is around 17%. Discounted ticket prices may prop occupancy towards 20-25% it believes. “Increased occupancy may not come at any incremental costs and may drive better F&amp;B and ad revenue which is high-margin in nature,” Taurani adds. The Passport offer which is not available in the South of India, is also limited in nature. Only 20,000 of these passes are available. The idea behind it is not merely to boost weekday occupancy, claims PVR. “With the Passport, we have sought to break the barriers of cost and allow our newer audiences to immerse themselves in a wide array of movies across diverse genres. We expect this innovative offering will not only revitalize weekday cinema attendance but also introduce a new dimension to how our patrons interact with and enjoy the world of cinema,” said Dutta. Small vs Big Apart from limited releases, a lot of quaint small movies, whose surprise performance vitalized box offices are also missing. These are the movies that are being swept off by OTTs and as per media reports, producers and distributors are also getting <a href="https://economictimes.indiatimes.com/industry/media/entertainment/studios-fail-to-talk-up-movies-theatres-pay-the-price/articleshow/104897753.cms">tight-fisted with marketing spends</a>. Taurani says that theaters’ dependence on large-budget films increased to around 85% in Hindi <keyword id="25892" type="General" weightage="20" keywordseo="box-office" source="Orion">Box Office</keyword> (BO) which is a structural risk. If there is an option to watch ‘many movies’ with a prepaid option, the small movies which are hitherto undiscovered can get a boost. “It's about making every visit to the cinema an opportunity to discover something new, to be entertained, and to be captivated by the magic of storytelling on the big screen, even with the smaller films,” said Dutta. Be it big or small, a movie on a big screen is always an experience. Whether the younger generation who is reportedly more keen on experiences than anything will subscribe to it, is yet to be seen. On Sunday, the <keyword id="13126" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Maharashtra">Maharashtra</keyword> government announced a "week-end lockdown" across the state till April end, besides stringent weekdays norms, to combat the pandemic's resurgence. All agricultural, industrial manufacturing, production activities will be allowed but private offices, places of worship, restaurants, bars, pubs, cinemas, malls, shopping plazas, beauty parlours or gents salons, beaches, gardens, playgrounds, swimming pools, sports complexes, amusement parks, and other crowded places shall be shut. The decision comes at a time when the economy and business activities were on their recovery cycle. In exchange, people get to beat the heat in comfortable, air-conditioned seats and perhaps even enjoy some of those trailers. This is the multiplex chain’s bid to woo back the moviegoers who have shunned the big screens since the Covid-19 pandemic broke out and “re-ignite their love for watching entertainment on the big screen”. The chain will also be hoping these shows translate into a boost in advance bookings for movies releasing in the crucial summer season. Salman Khan-starrer Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Vikram’s Ponniyin Selvan: Part-2, and Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan are among the movies lined up for release in May and June. The trailers will be curated by PVR Inox and will include upcoming Bollywood, Hollywood and other regional movies as well, customised based on the region. If all this sounds familiar, it’s because PVR Inox has borrowed a leaf out of the booklet of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies like Nestle India, ITC, Kellogg’s and others, which have long used samples as a way to attract new customers by giving them a taste of their new products. For instance, FMCG companies have targeted kids by partnering with schools to give out free samples of Kellogg’s Chocos, Horlicks, Boost, Bournvita or Sunfeast’s Timepass biscuits or atta noodles. These companies also often give out free samples to visitors in shopping malls. The trailer screening show is PVR Inox’s bid to bring sampling to the big screens, especially after reporting a 15% decline in footfalls in the first nine months of FY23. With a total of 1,680 screens, it is India’s largest multiplex chain with presence in 115 cities in India and Sri Lanka. <cmsannotation type="cmsannotation" annotationid="Dwindling footfalls" comment="subhead" text="Dwindling footfalls">Dwindling footfalls</cmsannotation> Dwindling footfalls have worried both single-screen and multiplex chains alike post the Covid-19 pandemic. According to media consulting firm Ormax, Hindi cinema footfalls fell from 341 million in 2019 to a meagre 189 million in 2022. Only two Bollywood movies have managed to break the ₹100 crore collection mark in the March quarter. “In our view, the innovation is interesting and would help address low footfalls, particularly witnessed in case of Hindi movies,” Nuvama Institutional Equities said in a note, adding that it could also help boost advance bookings for upcoming movies. For starters, the trailer screening show is available in multiple cities across the country, and PVR Inox says there will be two shows per day. According to Nuvama, 35,000 tickets were sold across the country over the last weekend. Our initial checks in Mumbai suggest that a large number of seats are vacant today (Friday). It will be interesting to see if PVR Inox’s experiment gathers momentum, especially when people can freely watch trailers on their smartphones or TVs from the comfort of their home. Shares of Inox Leisure and PVR gained 6% and 1.3% respectively on July 27 at 12:51 p.m. Foreign portfolio investor (FPI) holdings in Inox Leisure have <a href="https://www.thehindubusinessline.com/markets/stock-markets/fpis-mfs-increase-stake-in-pvr-inox-leisure/article35546798.ece">reportedly</a> gone up by 8.09% year-on-year to 16.44% as of April-June 2021 from 9.53% in the same quarter last year. Also, mutual funds’ holdings also went up to 23.09% from 19.72% during the same period. It may be looking to expand its content streaming platform Prime Video. Reacting to the report, Inox Leisure released a statement on exchanges saying there are no discussions taking place with Amazon, nor were there any such discussions in the past. Inox Leisure, PVR stocks shine on hopes of theatres reopening soon

New Delhi, Mar 18 () Inox Leisure on Wednesday said that two additional screens in the existing multiplex movie hall in Indore will be opened for movie screening as soon as the Madhya Pradesh government's recent order on temporary closure of cinemas is lifted. The ban has been imposed as a precautionary measure to avoid spread of novel coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic. "The company has opened two additional screens (with seating capacity of 73 seats) in the existing Multiplex Cinema Theatre located at Indore. Considering the Madhya Pradesh government's recent order on temporary closure of cinemas... the screens will be opened for movie screening as soon as the order is lifted," Inox Leisure said in a filing to the BSE. With addition of two more screens, the said Multiplex Cinema Theatre has 6 screens and 1,151 seats and with this opening, Inox has opened 58 screens this financial year. Inox Leisure to open 2 new screens at Indore multiplex after state ban lifts

<ul><li>INOX recently launched Megaplex, an 11-screen threatre in Mumbai to elevate the movie-going experience.</li><li>The multiplex plans to launch Megaplexes in more cities, starting with Lucknow in an attempt to bring people out of their homes to watch movies in theatres instead of at home.</li><li> Alok Tandon, CEO, <keyword id="105311" type="COMPANY" weightage="20" keywordseo="INOX-Leisure">INOX Leisure</keyword> walks us through INOX’s performance and why it is strengthening its experiential offerings.</li></ul>Multiplex chain INOX Leisure recently launched Megaplex, an 11-screen theatre in Mumbai’s Inorbit Mall, Malad, with an aim of transforming movie-watching into a more experiential experience and to further increase its engagement with its audiences. With 1,600 seats, INOX is said to have invested between Rs 50-60 crore. It will offer 6 different movie viewing formats, IMAX, ScreenX, MX4D, Onyx LED, Kiddles and INSIGNIA. In a recent conversation with Alok Tandon, CEO, INOX Leisure, we tried to understand the reasons behind the organization’s increased focus on experiential, and also what the future of INOX would look like, and what role marketing will play in it. Edited excerpts: Q) Why was this a good time to launch Megaplex? While the criticality of the role of ‘content’ in the cinema exhibition industry is massive, we were determined to play our part and offer an even more engaging experience to our guests. We were therefore, determined to up our experience game by creating massive experience-led entertainment destinations. Grand and chic INOX multiplexes took shape in Bangalore, Kolkata, Jaipur, Hyderabad and many other cities, but what really set the tone for the new decade was the recent launch of INOX Megaplex at Mumbai. Apart from being an architectural masterpiece in the cinema space, Megaplex also comes with innovative F&amp;B concepts and an elaborate gourmet selection. Q) Why did you choose to launch Megaplex in Mumbai? What other cities are you planning to expand to? The entire country looks up to Mumbai as the heart of Indian cinema, and putting up a destination like this in Mumbai was a matter of huge pride for us. Our next Megaplex is coming soon in Lucknow in the Phoenix Market City. We have strategically decided to make massive experience-driven entertainment destinations as a part of our growth strategy, and you would see more Megaplexes rolling out over the years. Q) What are your expansion plans for INOX in terms of number of screen? What is your vision for INOX? We currently stand at 617 screens across 68 cities in 147 multiplexes. We have a robust pipeline of over 900 screens that are going to come up across the country. As the passion for the giant screen experience is evenly spread across the country, so are our expansion plans. You will see INOX coming up in the highly urban locales to non-metros, to Tier II and Tier III centers as well. Q) A lot of youngsters are choosing to watch content on OTT now. How are you enticing this group of audience? The preference for watching content on OTT platforms is on the rise but it has not impacted the footfalls in cinemas so far. If the footfall figures are anything to go by, I believe OTT and cinemas are going to co-exist, with the quantum of content consumption increasing with increasing availability. We will continue to entice film patrons with the various formats we offer and by driving our experience strategy rigorously through luxury, service and technology aspects. We want to ‘de-couch’ Indian cinema lovers with supreme standards of cinema viewing experience, and we have done it with a lot of success. We have also innovated a lot on our F&amp;B services. On the marketing front, we have adopted a lot of experiential marketing initiatives to develop a stronger bond with our guests. Whether we are promoting a movie, or hosting a special screening, we have added a lot of fervor to our events. We have also successfully ventured into screening of concert films like BTS, Westlife and Metallica. We have also done reasonably well with Live screening of sporting events and brand alliances with various sporting leagues including the NBA, IPL and the PBL. We were one of the three multiplex operators in the world that got the screening rights of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019. Q) How are you making the entire experience more seamless, in terms of tickets bookings, cancellations etc? A lot of effort has gone into making the ticketing and food ordering experience seamless and digitally-enabled. The aspiration was to remain available at the guests’ fingertips the moment they make the decision of going for a movie. Our redesigned app is intuitive and simple to navigate, much like our website. You can avail food combos at offer prices while making an online booking. In case you are visiting the multiplex without a booking, you will be greeted with interactive touch screens, which allow you to book tickets, order food and make the payment, all at one go. Even our box offices are enabled with touch screens, making the transaction faster and transparent, with a personal touch. The endeavor is to ensure that the guests do not have to stand in queues while entering or while ordering the food. Q) Tell us a bit about INOX's performance in this financial year? Did the general industry slowdown lead to lesser footfall? FY20 has been great so far. H1 saw us reporting the best growth in the industry, on footfalls, at 24%, on revenue at 30%, EBITDA at 48% and on PAT at 89%, all on a year-on-year basis. Our occupancy too grew by 319 base points in the same period. We have added 46 screens and 9 properties so far. The need and urge for entertainment, and that too cinematic entertainment has stood the test of time for decades in our country, and is unparalleled. Regardless of the state of the economy, going to the cinema is a family celebration or social event, and we Indians never compromise on celebrating, and that is what inspires us to welcome them at our properties and serve them better.

How INOX is de-couching Indian cinephiles by making the cinema-going experience grander

<ul><li>As different markets slowly open up, the cinema industry is gearing up to facilitate a safe environment for their consumers. </li><li>However, consumers continue to feel anxious about stepping out and ponder upon various safety concerns like what would the seating arrangement be like, how often will they sanitize the cinema halls and how safe will the food be? We spoke to multiplexes to find out the answers.</li></ul>The world is constantly changing and will not be the same after we come out of this situation for a while. Like every other industry, the experience of watching a film in theatre with a large set of audience might not be the same either. As the pandemic-induced lockdown has pushed us towards subscribing to more streaming platforms, the latest movie premiers on Amazon Prime in India left the industry concerned for the future of cinema. However, contrary to the perception being built in the trade and media, Ormax Media’s latest report revealed that high consumption of films on TV and OTT has not reduced the audience attraction for theatrical experience. The report further said that audiences have given whole-hearted endorsement to the theatrical experience, with 82% missing going to the theatres. A dominant section of the audience also said that they will go back to the theatres within 2-3 weeks of them re-opening. Social distancing and sanitization precautions taken by theatres will play a crucial role in their decision to visit. The future is contactless As per Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI), all cinema halls are required to disinfect every possible area in the premises starting from the entrance to F&amp;B stand to the auditorium. To ensure a safe distance is maintained, theatres will be demarcating circles in the foyer and encourage digital transactions to avoid queuing. Before you enter the hall, your body temperature will also be checked through guns, and if found with a high temperature, your amount will be refunded. In regular auditoriums, families and groups will be seated together and one adjacent seat would be left empty. Luxurious halls that come with existing width between each recliner seat, will not have to leave a vacant seat in between. Use and throw 3D glasses will be distributed and premium IMAX 3D glasses will be disinfected after every use. <div type="image" title="cinema screen" msid="76042795" hostid="261"></div> But what about impulsive watchers? “To offer a contactless experience to those guests who make an impulsive decision to watch a movie, I am glad to share that 100% of our POS card machines are enabled for contactless transactions,” shares Tandon. To help detect asymptomatic cases, PVR has tied up with a hospital, name not disclosed to the media yet, to arrange body check-ups for their employees once or twice a week. Reviving back to its full strength Both Tandon and Bijli are certain that the audiences’ passion for cinema will remain unaffected. They opine that the future of cinema is secure and stable. “We will now assign greater significance towards understanding the needs and aspirations of the fast evolving consumers and working out ways to satisfy them, through services and experiences, and of course, safety. We will continue to focus on customizations and personalization, and we know that a cookie-cutter approach may not work, and I am glad that we are well equipped to handle it. The liking for the giant screen has stood the test of time and has seen through many difficult phases in its century old history. We believe this passion will take care of the concerns and apprehension and will bring back the ‘old normal’, which featured gangs coming together, seated hand in hand, sharing popcorns, having celebrations over lip-smacking meals and above all, a heavy exchange of emotions,” said Tandon. “The future of cinema in the post-COVID world is very bright,” said Bijli. He added, “We are all just waiting for cinema to open to showcase our new protocols on safety and hygiene to give confidence to the consumers that it is safe place to come back and enjoy their favourite form of entertainment -- as and when we do open, which I feel is not very far from now. Industries are opening up slowly, we are seeing more relaxations now. Before COVID, 60-65% of the tickets were bought online and we’ll continue to push that.” To engage with their consumers and make sure they trust them, Bijli shared that PVR is going to communicate the precautions it has taken via digital media and might explore print if it picks up. It has also conducted an email survey amongst its consumer base to understand their expectations better and continue to engage with them. How long till we see the old normal? We reached out to a few industry experts to understand how long it will take for cinema to revive considering that a lot of people will continue to avoid crowded places. Shailesh Kapoor, CEO, Ormax Media highlighted that multiplexes will need to strengthen their marketing strategy to regain trust among consumers. He said, “Cinemas will reopen at some stage, but it's difficult to say when. The most optimistic estimate will be August, but it could be as late as Sep-Oct. Theatre chains will have to build confidence in the audience's minds that it is safe to revisit theatres. For this, theatres will need to take safety measures and do campaigns promoting these safety measures. Bigger chains like PVR and INOX will be able to get more audience trust than smaller chains and local cinemas.” Harikrishnan Pillai, CEO and co-founder, TheSmallBigIdea thinks creation of content will not be a problem but changing the distribution and pricing strategy will play a key role in luring the consumers onto different platforms. “While creation will have its challenges, it is still a smaller hurdle. The future of cinema depends on how distribution and pricing is handled. I think new pricing models will evolve. Producers have always been selling satellite and overseas and have covered a part of their cost. OTT rights was a new norm that added to this revenue. With an OTT-first release, these films could command a premium. But that premium won't cover the loss made by muting the biggest distribution channel, which are the theatres. So theoretically revenue loss is imminent. But here’s the twist. When you make a film, there is a chance of it tanking at the box office. So if the film is sold outright to a platform on the back of the star cast and the perception, there is a possibility that the producers will end up hedging possible losses. Big films with big star cast might go for models where they will have a fee and a percent of new downloads or have a completely different pay per view model being developed with the OTT platform and make it the new box office window.” Karan Taurani, Vice President - Research Analyst, Elara Capital said that the cinema industry will take a lot of time to come back on-track and contactless will be its future. “When cinemas open up, they will start with 10% occupancy and slowly move to 15-20% and peak out at 25%. I think social distancing will prevail until there is a vaccination or a cure,” said Taurani.
