Chinese smartphone maker <keyword id="874458" type="COMPANY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Xiaomi">Xiaomi</keyword> is all set to launch two new <keyword id="4539022" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="mi-homes">Mi Homes</keyword> in Bangalore this month. The company launched its <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/Xiaomi-unveils-its-first-Mi-Home-in-India-plans-to-open-100-more-in-next-2-years/articleshow/58627564.cms">first offline outlet</a> in India in Bangalore in May this year. 
 
Although Xiaomi started as a strictly online smartphone seller where it believed in keeping a tab on the price of the phone but striking off the middle men. But now the company believes that an offline presence will help the company in reaching more consumers and helping customers experience their products before they invest in it. 
 The two new Mi Homes will be coming up in LIDO Mall and Orion Mall in <keyword id="6354321" type="CITY" weightage="20" keywordseo="Bengaluru">Bengaluru</keyword> on July 22 and July 29 respectively. Xiaomi has earlier stated its aim of launching around 100 Mi Home outlets in India in the next two years. 
 
The first Mi home in India is pretty small compared to the big experiential <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/As-Xiaomi-gets-all-set-to-bring-in-its-own-little-world-in-India-heres-a-look-at-what-a-Mi-Home-in-China-looks-like/articleshow/58595932.cms">Mi Homes in China</a> and there is only limited number of products available in the Mi Home in India. It is also because there is a huge difference in the number and variety of products available in India as compared to China. Xiaomi is yet to bring many of its ecosystem products to India, so far it have brought in one major ecosystem product, <keyword id="3578724" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mi-air-purifier">Mi Air Purifier</keyword> 2. <keyword id="2944432" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="Mi-TV">Mi TV</keyword> is something that has been talked about the most but Xiaomi is still not clear on when to launch the product in India. Xiaomi wants to make sure there is enough local content available for the consumers before launching the Mi Tvs in India. 
 
Apart from Bangalore, Xiaomi is currently looking at four key cities to set up Mi Homes in including Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kolkata. And we hear that there will be some big experiential Mi Homes as well in days to come.

 Xiaomi took the Indian market by storm when it launched its first Android One phone, the Mi A1. The appeal of the phone is two fold. One, since it is a stock Android phone, that means no extra preloaded apps taking up space. And, two, since it’s a part of the Android One program, it gets immediate security and software updates directly from Google. The appeal of having a smartphone device without any preloaded apps and immediate updates at a budget price had users lining up for every flash sale. When the Mi A2 launched launched last year, the reactions were more lukewarm than intended. It’s not that the Mi A2 was a bad phone — it just wasn’t much of an upgrade over the Mi A1. One of the reasons was the absent headphone jack, which is back on the Mi A3. The trend might be set to change with the Mi A3 hitting the markets in August since the phone shows more promise, augmented with the latest features the company has to offer — including those found on the Redmi K20 and K20 Pro. <keyword id="7489350" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="20" keywordseo="xiaomi-mi-a3">Xiaomi Mi A3</keyword> expected features As an Android One device, the Mi A3 will receive two years of software updates and three years of security updates. It will be available in three colors — blue, white and gray. The phone is also expected to have a triple rear camera setup with a 48-megapixel primary camera lens, an 8-megapixel wide angle lens and a 2-megapixel third depth sensor. There’s no fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone because the Mi A3 has an in-display fingerprint reader instead. Xiaomi’s Mi A3 also sports a 6.1-inch HD Plus AMOLED display that has a resolution of 1560x720 pixels. The screen, unlike the current trend, isn’t notchless. Instead, there’s a dewdrop notch on top that houses the 32-megapixel front camera of the phone. The display is covered is Gorilla Glass 5 coating to keep from getting scratched or damaged too easily. The Mi A3 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 665 processor and a 4,030 mAh battery with support of 18W fast charging. Xiaomi Mi A3 expected price The Mi A3 has already been launched in Spain at a price of 249 Euros, which translates to ₹19,000 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model. The higher model, which comes with 128GB of storage, costs 279 Euro (₹21,500).

The Mi 10i India price is set at Rs 20,999 for the 6GB + 64GB store variant. The 6GB + 128GB storage option is priced at Rs 21,999. The Mi 10i has a quad rear camera setup that includes a 108MP Samsung HM2 sensor with a 1/1.52-inch sensor size, 9-in-1 pixel binning, 2.1um superpixel, and f/1.75 aperture. There's an 8MP ultra-wide sensor as well with 120 degree field of view and f/2.2 aperture. There is a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth lens as well. For selfies and video chats, the Mi 10i houses a 16MP front-facing camera. Xiaomi sells over ₹200 crore worth Mi 10i during the first sale

Xiaomi launches Mi Portable Bluetooth speaker, Mi Neckband Bluetooth Earphone Pro in India

Xiaomi to launch new fitness tracker Mi Band 6 on March 29

The initiative has been introduced first in Chhattisgarh, covering places from Basna to Sankara and Bhawarpur to Pithora. The 'Mi Store on Wheels' will be present at popular weekly haats and markets along the way. "Following all the necessary hygiene and safety practices, while regulating crowds and maintaining social distance, 'Mi Store on Wheels' outlets will be fully safe for consumers to visit," said Muralikrishnan B, COO, Mi India. During the lockdown, Mi India launched its first omni-channel solution called Mi Commerce. The 'Mi Store on Wheels' will showcase newly-launched 9 series models from Redmi. Other than smartphones, the moving store will also include products such as 32-inch and 43-inch Mi Smart TV, Mi Box 4K, Mi TV Stick, Mi CCTV Cameras, Mi Sports Bluetooth Earphones, Mi True Wireless Earphones 2, Redmi Earbuds S, Mi Sunglasses, Mi Powerbanks and chargers. Xiaomi's Mi Store on Wheels takes the retail experience to small cities and towns

Global technology brand <keyword id="874458" type="General" weightage="100" keywordseo="xiaomi" source="Orion">Xiaomi</keyword> on Friday said it has closed the <keyword id="15371102" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="mi-financial-services" source="Orion">Mi Financial Services</keyword> in <keyword id="3658" type="General" weightage="80" keywordseo="india" source="Orion">India</keyword> as part of its strategic assessment activity and to focus more on core business services in the country. The company launched <keyword id="3616221" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="mi-pay" source="Orion">Mi Pay</keyword> in the country in 2019 which garnered more than 20 million users the country. The company also launched Mi Credit later. In a statement to IANS, <keyword id="2210169" type="General" weightage="50" keywordseo="xiaomi-india" source="Orion">Xiaomi India</keyword> said the move is "to enhance focus on our core business services". "We closed the Mi Financial Services in March 2022. In a short span of four years, we were able to connect and support thousands of customers. We are working with our partners and supporting our consumers during this process," the company spokesperson said. Xiaomi India said it will continue to bring the latest technology and innovation for all with "our products and services in the future". Initially launched in May 2018 and then relaunched on December 3 in 2019, Mi Credit was an online curated marketplace for lending, to offer personal loans to Mi Fans. According to the company, it disbursed personal loans of up to Rs 28 crore (or Rs 1 crore per day) during the pilot phase which ran through November 2019. It later informed that over Rs 125 crore worth of loans were disbursed via its digital lending solution in India till December 2019. The company led the Indian smartphone market in the third quarter of this year. According to a report by market research firm Canalys, Xiaomi held onto the first place with 9.2 million units as the brand gained traction from July's online sales ahead of the festival season.
