There is a good news for those who are looking for a job change as talent demand across all the sectors in India has increased by 8% in July 2015. 
 
After witnessing a continuous fall for five months, talent demand has jumped by a thumping 10-14% based on month-on-month analysis, with demand for media professional has risen by a whopping 17% in July. 
 According to RecruiteX, <keyword id="62182" type="UNKNOWN" weightage="80" keywordseo="Timesjobs">TimesJobs</keyword>.com recruitment index, sectors such as <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=pharmaceutical">pharmaceutical</a>, healthcare, <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=biotechnology">biotechnology</a>, logistics and warehousing have joined the IT &amp; Telecom sectors as the top employment generators in July this year. 
 
<a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Banking%2C+Financial+Services+and+Insurance+%28BFSI%29+">Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI)</a> and manufacturing sectors have registered a substantial rise of 9%, retail and petrochemicals, oil &amp; gas sectors have seen an increase of 7% rise, travel and hospitality saw a rise of 4% in talent demand, as per a report by RecruiteX. 
 “We have observed this seasonal trend in the job market ever since we launched the RecruiteX report in 2011. The pre-appraisal and appraisal periods are usually slow on hiring since companies take stock and consolidate resources and processes, now that this is over, it is time once again to look for fresh talent,” said TimesJobs COO <keyword id="225450" type="PERSON" weightage="60" keywordseo="Vivek-Madhukar">Vivek Madhukar</keyword>. 
 
The report said demands for <a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=media+sales+%26+business+development+professionals+">media sales &amp; business development professionals</a> have seen a rise of 10% with senior professionals, having more than 20 years of experience, witnessed the highest rise in demand of 13%. 
 
<a href="http://www.businessinsider.in/searchresult.cms?query=Bangalore+">Bangalore</a> once again tops the hiring activity list of cities in the country with a massive 16% rise in talent demand across industries. Among top ten towns, Lucknow posted the highest rise in talent demand at a whopping 23%. Among the states, West Bengal topped with a reported 7% rise in hiring activity. 
 
The year 2015 started off with an 11% rise in hiring activity in January. But talent demand saw a drop of nearly 4% between February and June period this year.

Biden's allies are pushing old stories about Trump's connections with Jeffrey Epstein

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was spotted speaking with the unlikeliest of her congressional colleagues: Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz, and Arizona Rep. Paul Gosar. Ocasio-Cortez was seen on Tuesday speaking to Gaetz briefly on the floor of Congress. The conversation between the two came as a surprise, <a href="https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/house/aoc-and-matt-gaetz-spar-on-twitter-bad-haircut-in-a-cheap-suit" target="_blank" rel="noopener">considering how they have clashed</a> and how ideologically different the progressive congresswoman and the House Freedom Caucus congressman are. Speaking to <a href="https://theintercept.com/2023/01/03/kevin-mccarthy-aoc-matt-gaetz-speaker/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">The Intercept</a>, Ocasio-Cortez said Gaetz told her that House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy — who is currently vying for the role of House Speaker — is trying to convince the GOP he can cut a deal with the Democratic Party to get the job. In response, Ocasio-Cortez says she told Gaetz that the Democrats will not help McCarthy out. "We couldn't have fathomed in our wildest imaginations that even a Fox News would reject an ad that simply condemns the insurrection, and condemns people who support the insurrection," Ben Meiselas, a co-founder of the PAC MeidasTouch, told the <a href="https://www.latimes.com/politics/story/2021-06-06/fox-news-ad-jan-6-insurrection-capitol?_amp=true&amp;__twitter_impression=truetrue">Los Angeles Times</a>. "What Fox has really become is a fascist echo chamber gatekeeper for their base."The advertisement features testimony from some of the law enforcement officers who responded to the riot."It's been very difficult seeing elected officials and other individuals whitewash the events of that day or downplay what happened," said DC Metropolitan Police Officer Michael Fanone in the advertisement in a clip that was originally from an interview on CNN."I experienced the most brutal, savage hand-to-hand combat of my entire life," he added.During the riot, prosecutors say Fanone had a heart attack after he was shot several times with a stun gun, dragged down steps, and beaten with a flagpole, as <a href="https://www.businessinsider.com/capitol-riot-dc-police-officer-michael-fanone-assaulted-bodycam-video-2021-5">Insider previously reported</a>.Capitol Police Captain Carneysha Mendoza is also featured in the advertisement, speaking about the chemical burns to her face she experienced. They said they had never in the past had an advertisement rejected by Fox News.A spokesperson for Fox News told Insider that claim was false and said the network had turned down previous advertisements from the PAC.The progressive organization posted the minute-long advertisement to its Twitter page and said it planned to air the advertisement on other networks.The PAC told the LA Times it had paid Fox News $185,000 to run the advertisement from June 6 to June 15 during its programming."The fact they want to cancel and censor the voices of law enforcement who bravely guarded the Capitol.
