The story (of 'Zero') also changed but I couldn't go to him again. The day I have an opportunity, I'll go to him. "Sharma is an experienced business leader with a deep knowledge and understanding of the consumer technology industry in India. Carl Pei's Nothing ropes in former Samsung executive Manu Sharma to lead its India operations

New Delhi, June 20 (IANS) India's largest smartphone seller Xiaomi is "more Indian" than any other smartphone brand, company's India head Manu Kumar Jain said on Saturday amid growing chorus for boycotting Chinese goods in the country. Stressing that the company's mobile phone R&amp;D centre and product team is in India, the Xiaomi India Managing Director also pointed out that it employs 50,000 people in the country. Other reasons he cited in a tweet to substantiate his claim that Xiaomi is more Indian than anyone else included the assertions that most of its phones and TVs are "Made in India", the entire leadership team is Indian and that the company pays its taxes in India. The tweet drew mixed reactions from Twitter users. While some agreed with the reasoning of Jain, some others pointed out that the parent company continues to be Chinese. "Sir Xaomi name itself is Chinese (sic)," said Twitter user Deepak (@deepaknrn) whose bio in the social media account simply reads "A Proud Indian." "Where does the Final profit go???," asked Twitter user Siddharth Sharma (@Siddhar97465501). Some others argued that the so-called "Made in India" Xiaomi products are actually "assembled in India". However, some users supported XIaomi. "I love Xiaomi. Waiting for new smartphone launch," replied one user on Jain's tweet. The Xiaomi India MD also shared a link to his interview to news channel CNBC-TV18 where he said that the company invests back in India. He argued that even American smartphone companies selling their products source components from China and the same is true about Indian smartphone brands. While admitting that there is currently an anti-China sentiment on social media, he said that it has not impacted Xiaomi's business in the country. Earlier, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth who is also very active on social media said that Realme is an Indian startup. In his latest episode of 'Ask Madhav' series on YouTube, he said: "I can proudly say Realme is an Indian startup, which is now a global MNC (multinational corporation)". Xiaomi announces leadership changes amid investigations in India — Alvin Tse will lead the Indian team

India's fast growing smartphone market has found itself a new leader in the form of Samsung Electronics, which has captured 58% share in the quarter that ended in March. The share has been captured because of a bumper 8 million unit sales of its Galaxy J series. 
 
Not only this, Samsung's volume share in the segment is also said to have increased to 55% in the said quarter. Last year in the corresponding period, the South Korean electronics major had a 40% share in smartphones, by both value and volume. 
 "We had an overall markshare of 48.6% in the first quarter of 2016," said Manu Sharma, director-mobile business at <keyword id="107877" type="CITY" weightage="100" keywordseo="Samsung-India">Samsung India</keyword>, at the launch 2016 editions of Galaxy J7 and Galaxy J5. However, he did not comment on the number of devices that they sold or the market share in the affordable segment. 
 
Talking about the said segment, the Rs 6,000-15,000 price segment is called the affordable segment in smartphone market, and it makes up about 65% of the industry by volumes. A list of companies operate in this segment, including both Indian and Chinese players, like Micromax, Intex, Xiaomi and LeEco.

"To be able to have so much compassion that I wanted to achieve through playing this part, and also to the audiences to be able to play something like this requires someone who can see, what a person in that situation can go through or maybe any other situation, it can be endless situations in a story, I think that was my biggest challenge, to be able to put yourself away from it and look at it and without judging it just observe. Directed by Tamil filmmaker Atlee, the movie features the superstar in the role of Vikram Rathore and his son Azaad. Critics and audiences are praising the film for being an impressive blend of high-octane stunts and a politically charged narrative with a strong emotional core. "Karan Arjun" (1995) - The story revolves around the titular brothers, who are reincarnated years later to avenge their father's murder at the hands of their property-hungry uncle. "Ra.One" (2011) - It may have been dubbed as a failure at the box office, but this Anubhav Sinha-directed movie has gained cult status over the years.
